Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an overall structure of an umbrella dehumidifying apparatus 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 and 3 are an exploded schematic view and an internal schematic view of the umbrella dehumidifying apparatus 10 shown in fig. 1, respectively.
The umbrella dehumidifying apparatus 10 includes: a bracket 101, an outer cavity 102, an inner cavity 103 and a cover 104. The inner cavity 103 is accommodated and fixed in the outer cavity 102, the inner cavity 103 and the outer cavity 102 have corresponding openings, and the cover 104 is used for sealing the openings of the inner cavity 103 and the outer cavity 102 at the same time;
in this embodiment, the inner cavity 103 is conical, the opening is located at the bottom of the conical inner cavity 103, and a plurality of water through holes 131 are formed on the side wall of the inner cavity 103;
an air draft hole 121 communicated with the inside is formed in the outer cavity 102;
the bracket 101 is connected to the outside of the outer cavity 102 for carrying the outer cavity 102.
In this embodiment, the outer cavity 102 is also conical and coaxial with the inner cavity 103. The taper angles of the inner cavity 103 and the outer cavity 102 are equal, and the side walls of the inner cavity and the outer cavity are arranged in parallel.
The inner wall of the inner cavity 103 is provided with a plurality of grooves 132 with arc-shaped sections along the generatrix direction, and the water through holes 131 are positioned in the grooves 132.
The umbrella dehumidifying apparatus 10 of the present embodiment further includes: a vacuum chamber (not shown) and a vacuum pump (not shown), wherein the vacuum chamber is communicated with the air exhaust hole 121 of the outer cavity 102 through a pipeline, and a valve is arranged on the pipeline. The vacuum pump is communicated with the vacuum chamber and used for pumping air in the vacuum chamber.
The outer cavity 102 of this embodiment is provided with a water outlet pipe 106 communicating with the inside of the outer cavity 102 and a water tank (not shown) communicating with the water outlet pipe 106 at a position close to the top of the conical inner cavity 103. A small water tank and a small water pump are arranged outside the water outlet pipe 106 and used for pumping water in the small water tank to a larger large water tank for storage, and an alarm device is arranged in the large water tank and used for giving an alarm when the water level reaches a specified position.
When the umbrella dehumidifying apparatus 10 is operated, the vacuum chamber is maintained in a vacuum state by the operation of the vacuum pump. When the user uses the umbrella, the cover 104 is opened, the umbrella 20 is placed in the inner cavity 103, and the cover 104 is closed. Because the inner cavity 103 is a conical structure similar to the half-open state of the umbrella, the fabric 202 of the umbrella 20 can be fully contacted with the inner wall of the inner cavity 103. Further, the groove 132 inside the inner cavity 103 increases the contact area of the inner cavity with the fabric 202 of the umbrella 20. At this time, the valve between the outer cavity 102 and the vacuum chamber is opened, and the air in the inner cavity 103 is rapidly discharged to the inside of the outer cavity 102 through the water through hole 131 and then enters the vacuum chamber, and the process is completed within several seconds. The process of the rapid air flow takes away the moisture on the fabric 202 of the umbrella 20, thereby achieving the rapid dehumidification effect of the umbrella 20. Finally, the valve between the vacuum chamber and the outer cavity 102 is closed, and then the cover 104 is opened to take out the dehumidified umbrella 20.
The water outlet pipe 106 is used for guiding rainwater dropping on the umbrella 20 to the water tank, so as to avoid water accumulation inside the inner cavity 103 and the outer cavity 102 caused by repeated use.
It is further noted that the umbrella 20 is generally provided with a shaft 201, one way being to place the entire umbrella 20 within the interior chamber 103. Another way is to leak the umbrella handle 201. Please refer to fig. 2 again. The cover 104 in this embodiment is composed of two openable cover doors 141, and the folding positions of the two cover doors 141 are respectively provided with a semicircular notch 142 for passing the umbrella handle 201. A sealing ring 143 is disposed in the notch 142. When the umbrella dehumidifying device 10 is in use, the umbrella stem 201 of the umbrella 20 passes through the through hole defined by the two notches 142 and is sealed by the sealing ring 143, so as to ensure the tightness of the interior of the inner cavity 103 and the outer cavity 102 during air suction.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
