本发明公开了一种电瓶车车灯灯壳组装结构,包括壳体、灯罩和LED车灯,所述壳体内设有灯座,灯座上设有半圆形的反射镜,灯座底部连接有转轴,转轴靠近灯座一侧连接有活动座,转轴底部铰接有电动的压杆;所述壳体两侧设有数个斜向下的通风孔,通风孔内设有过滤网,通风孔顶部设有防尘装置,所述壳体顶部设有一圈胶槽,壳体外套有连接套,连接套上均匀分布有数个定位螺钉,定位螺钉与连接套连接处设有密封圈,所述灯罩为透明的弧形罩,灯罩底部位于胶槽内;采用本发明结构,便于车灯和灯壳的组装,散热性强,减震效果好,同时具有灯光角度和亮度自动调节装置,节约了能源,提高了车灯的照明效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及电瓶车车灯领域,具体是一种电瓶车车灯灯壳组装结构。
背景技术
现有的电瓶车车灯的密封件长时间的密封效果差,户外雨水容易渗漏,使得电瓶车车灯内部容易形成结雾凝露,导致车灯的光照强度减弱,严重影响行车的安全性;另外在电瓶车行驶的过程中会产生振动,车灯也跟随着振动,严重的振动导致车灯的损坏,增加车灯维修次数,降低了电瓶车的质量。
除此之外,在车灯工作的同时也会向外散热,热量若是在灯壳内无法排出将使车灯、灯壳等组件老化速度加快;而且现有的电瓶车车灯在灯壳无法调节与地面的偏移角,不具有普适性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电瓶车车灯灯壳组装结构,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种电瓶车车灯灯壳组装结构,包括壳体、灯罩和LED车灯,所述壳体内设有灯座,灯座上设有半圆形的反射镜,所述LED车灯位于灯座上且穿过反射镜的焦点,所述灯座底部连接有转轴,转轴靠近灯座一侧连接有活动座,转轴底部铰接有电动的压杆;所述壳体两侧设有数个斜向下的通风孔,通风孔内设有过滤网,通风孔顶部设有防尘装置,所述壳体顶部设有一圈胶槽,胶槽内填充有密封胶,壳体外套有连接套,连接套上均匀分布有数个定位螺钉,定位螺钉与连接套连接处设有密封圈,所述灯罩为透明的弧形罩,灯罩底部位于胶槽内。
所述防尘装置由半圆形的挡板和电动的伸缩杆组成,所述挡板下凹设置,挡板直径大于通风孔直径,所述伸缩杆上下两端分别与挡板和过滤网连接。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述壳体内设有光电传感器,光电传感器通过控制器与LED车灯连接。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述连接套顶部连接有环形的端盖,端盖位于胶槽正上方。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述灯座上设有定位槽,定位槽侧壁设有竖直的导向槽,导向槽底部设有缺口,所述LED车灯底部设有灯头,灯头上设有与导向槽对应的卡块。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述定位槽内壁贴有减震块,减震块内侧连接有水平的弹性块,弹性块与灯头连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:采用本发明结构,便于车灯和灯壳的组装,散热性强,减震效果好,同时具有灯光角度和亮度自动调节装置,节约了能源,提高了车灯的照明效率。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
请参阅图1~2,本发明实施例中,一种电瓶车车灯灯壳组装结构,包括壳体1、灯罩2和LED车灯3,所述壳体1内设有灯座13,灯座13上设有半圆形的反射镜9,所述LED车灯3位于灯座13上且穿过反射镜9的焦点,所述灯座13底部连接有转轴5,转轴5靠近灯座13一侧连接有活动座16,转轴5底部铰接有电动的压杆4;所述壳体1两侧设有数个斜向下的通风孔7,通风孔7内设有过滤网21,通风孔7顶部设有防尘装置,所述壳体1顶部设有一圈胶槽12,胶槽12内填充有密封胶,壳体1外套有连接套10,连接套10上均匀分布有数个定位螺钉17,定位螺钉17与连接套10连接处设有密封圈,所述灯罩2为透明的弧形罩,灯罩2底部位于胶槽12内。
壳体1主要用于对LED车灯3和灯罩2进行安装,并对壳体1内部元件进行保护;LED车灯3安装在灯座13上,并由灯座13上的反射镜9将灯光汇集,并平行发射出去,增强了LED车灯3的亮度;由于LED车灯3在使用时,每个使用者对灯光与地面的夹角要求不一,所以本发明中在灯座13后连接有转轴5,灯座13、转轴5、活动座16和压杆4形成杠杆结构,当需要LED车灯3的灯光更多地向地面以上方向出射时,只需通过电瓶车内控制器控制压杆4下压,相应的,位于转轴5另一端的灯座13就将带动LED车灯3向上移动,从而使灯光向上偏移;同样的,当需要灯光向地面偏移时,只需压杆4向上回缩,就可使LED车灯3向上移动;采用这种杠杆结构可以方便的调节灯光的偏移,以使LED车灯3能够适应不同使用者的需求。
灯罩2通过密封胶固定在胶槽12内,也即是固定在壳体1上方,密封胶不仅可用于胶粘灯罩2和壳体1,还可以对二者连接处进行密封;由于行车过程中,灯罩2很容易在多次震动后从胶槽12中脱落,所以本发明在壳体1与灯槽连接处还设有连接套10,通过连接套10上的定位螺钉17对灯罩2进行进一步的加固,避免灯罩2的脱落;密封圈也能保证定位螺钉17与连接套10连接处的密封性,避免外界杂物或雨水的流入。
由于LED车灯3在发光的同时也在发热,所以在壳体1两侧设有通风孔7,保证壳体1内的散热循环;而通风孔7斜向下设置使得外界杂物雨水等在进入通风孔7时会由于自身重力下降,而无法从通风孔7进入壳体1内;同时为避免外界杂物进入,还在通风孔7内设有过滤网21进行过滤;同时还在通风孔7内设有防尘装置,在外界雨水或灰尘较大时,使用防尘装置对通风孔7进行密封。
所述壳体1内设有光电传感器6,光电传感器6通过控制器与LED车灯3连接;由于操作者在骑行电瓶车时很容易发生电瓶车车灯忘关的现象,所以本发明在壳体1内设有光电传感器6,当光电传感器6感知到外界光强较大时,可自动由控制器控制LED车灯3的关闭,从而节约了能源。
所述连接套10顶部连接有环形的端盖11,端盖11位于胶槽12正上方;端盖11用于对胶槽12内密封胶进行保护,并且便于拆装;当需要取下灯罩2或是对胶槽12内密封胶进行清理更换时,只需取下端盖11,对密封胶进行加热熔融处理,当灯罩2固定好后又可重新将端盖11盖上。
请参阅图3,本发明实施例中,所述灯座13上设有定位槽20,定位槽20侧壁设有竖直的导向槽15,导向槽15底部设有缺口,所述LED车灯3底部设有灯头8,灯头8上设有与导向槽15对应的卡块14;所述定位槽20内壁贴有减震块18,减震块18内侧连接有水平的弹性块19,弹性块19与灯头8连接。
由于LED车灯3在电瓶车行驶的过程中会由于颠簸产生震动,导致LED车灯3连接不稳容易出现故障;所以在LED车灯3与灯座13连接处设有定位槽20,将LED车灯3底部的灯头8卡进定位槽20内的导向槽15里,并通过转动灯头8,即可使灯头8两端的卡块14卡进导向槽15底部的缺口内,只有将灯头8反向转回到导向槽15内才可将LED车灯3取出,而由于LED车灯3多为上下方向的震动,所以电瓶车普通的行驶震动很难将灯头8从缺口内移出,从而有效的保证了LED车灯3的稳定性。
除了保证LED 车灯的稳定性外,还可以通过减震块18和弹性块19对其进行减震,在LED震动时,弹性块19将震动的力缓冲掉一部风,并将另一部分传递到减震块18进行缓冲,从而使LED车灯3受到的震动很小。
请参阅图4,本发明实施例中,所述防尘装置由半圆形的挡板22和电动的伸缩杆23组成,所述挡板22下凹设置,挡板22直径大于通风孔7直径,所述伸缩杆23上下两端分别与挡板22和过滤网21连接;防尘装置在外界雨水或灰尘较大时,可通过伸缩杆23驱动挡板22,使挡板22下移到通风孔7位置,由于挡板22直径大于通风孔7直径,所以挡板22可以完全将通风孔7挡住,不留空隙,此时外界杂质也无法从通风孔7进入,保证了壳体1内的密封性;而当外界环境良好时,又可使挡板22上移,使通风孔7进行通风循环;此时挡板22仍位于通风孔7上方,既能保证通风孔7的空气流通,又可以为通风孔7遮挡较大的异物。

1.一种电瓶车车灯灯壳组装结构,包括壳体(1)、灯罩(2)和LED车灯(3),其特征在于:所述壳体(1)内设有灯座(13),灯座(13)上设有半圆形的反射镜(9),所述LED车灯(3)位于灯座(13)上且穿过反射镜(9)的焦点,所述灯座(13)底部连接有转轴(5),转轴(5)靠近灯座(13)一侧连接有活动座(16),转轴(5)底部铰接有电动的压杆(4);所述壳体(1)两侧设有数个斜向下的通风孔(7),通风孔(7)内设有过滤网(21),通风孔(7)顶部设有防尘装置,所述壳体(1)顶部设有一圈胶槽(12),胶槽(12)内填充有密封胶,壳体(1)外套有连接套(10),连接套(10)上均匀分布有数个定位螺钉(17),定位螺钉(17)与连接套(10)连接处设有密封圈,所述灯罩(2)为透明的弧形罩,灯罩(2)底部位于胶槽(12)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电瓶车车灯灯壳组装结构,其特征在于:所述防尘装置由半圆形的挡板(22)和电动的伸缩杆(23)组成,所述挡板(22)下凹设置,挡板(22)直径大于通风孔(7)直径,所述伸缩杆(23)上下两端分别与挡板(22)和过滤网(21)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电瓶车车灯灯壳组装结构,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)内设有光电传感器(6),光电传感器(6)通过控制器与LED车灯(3)连接。
