Abstract
The invention provides a cooling water control valve device, which comprises a cooling water injection pipe, a first manual valve, a cooling water electromagnetic valve, a chamber, a flowmeter, a second manual valve, a one-way valve and a cooling water output pipe. The cooling water injection pipe is connected with a first manual valve, the first manual valve is connected with a cooling water electromagnetic valve, the cooling water electromagnetic valve is connected with a cavity, the cavity is connected with a flow meter, the flow meter is connected with a second manual valve, the second manual valve is connected with a one-way valve, and the one-way valve is connected with a cooling water output pipe. The invention can prevent the cooling water of the cold plate from flowing backwards to cause water leakage by adjusting the position of the one-way valve.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to a drain control valve device, and more particularly, to a cooling water control valve device.
Background
Most cooling water at present shares a drain pipe, and under normal operating, the drain pipe of hot plate is in the normally closed state, only just can open when rapid cooling, and the drain pipe of cold plate then is in normally open state, can cause the drainage backward flow of hot plate to strike and lead to the drain pipe to have the emergence of weeping phenomenon when the drain pipe that can lead to the cold drawing opens like this.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a cooling water control valve device, which comprises a cooling water injection pipe, a first manual valve, a cooling water electromagnetic valve, a chamber, a flowmeter, a second manual valve, a one-way valve and a cooling water output pipe. The cooling water injection pipe is connected with a first manual valve, the first manual valve is connected with a cooling water electromagnetic valve, the cooling water electromagnetic valve is connected with a cavity, the cavity is connected with a flow meter, the flow meter is connected with a second manual valve, the second manual valve is connected with a one-way valve, and the one-way valve is connected with a cooling water output pipe.
In an embodiment of the invention, a compressed dry air solenoid valve is further included, wherein the compressed dry air solenoid valve is connected to the conduit between the cooling water solenoid valve and the chamber.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the cooling water injection pipe is connected to the first manual valve through a steel pipe.
In one embodiment of the invention, the check valve is connected with the cooling water output pipe through a steel pipe.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the present invention further includes a first flange and a second flange.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the first flange is connected to the steel pipe between the cooling water injection pipe and the first manual valve.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the second flange is connected to the steel pipe between the check valve and the cooling water output pipe.
In one embodiment of the invention, the conduit is a hose.
In one embodiment of the invention, the chamber is connected to the flow meter by a hose.
In one embodiment of the invention, the second manual valve is connected to the one-way valve by a hose.
Compared with the prior art, the invention prevents the cooling water of the cold plate from flowing backwards to cause water leakage by adjusting the position of the one-way valve.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a cooling water control valve apparatus including a cooling water injection pipe 10, a first flange 11, a first manual valve 12, a cooling water electromagnetic valve 13, a compressed dry air electromagnetic valve 14, a chamber 15, a flow meter 16, a second manual valve 17, a check valve 18, a second flange 19, and a cooling water output pipe 20.
Specifically, the cooling water injection pipe 10 is connected to the first manual valve 12 through a steel pipe, the first flange 11 is connected to the steel pipe between the cooling water injection pipe 10 and the first manual valve 12, the first manual valve 12 is connected to the cooling water electromagnetic valve 13, the cooling water electromagnetic valve 13 is connected to the chamber 15, the compressed dry air electromagnetic valve 14 is connected to a hose between the cooling water electromagnetic valve 13 and the chamber 15, the chamber 15 is connected to the flow meter 16 through a hose, the flow meter 16 is connected to the second manual valve 17, the second manual valve 17 is connected to the check valve 18 through a hose, the check valve 18 is connected to the cooling water output pipe 20 through a steel pipe, and the second flange 19 is connected to the steel pipe between the check valve 18 and the cooling water output pipe.
According to the invention, the position of the check valve is arranged at the rear end of the second manual valve, so that the cooling water of the cold plate is prevented from flowing backwards to cause water leakage.

Claims (10)
1. A cooling water control valve apparatus, characterized by comprising:
a cooling water injection pipe;
a first manual valve;
a cooling water electromagnetic valve;
a chamber;
a flow meter;
a second manual valve;
a one-way valve; and
a cooling water output pipe;
wherein the cooling water injection pipe is connected first manual valve, first manual valve is connected the cooling water solenoid valve, the cooling water solenoid valve is connected the cavity, the cavity is connected the flowmeter, the flowmeter is connected the manual valve of second, the manual valve of second is connected the check valve, and the check valve is connected the cooling water output tube.
2. The cooling water control valve apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a compressed dry air solenoid valve, wherein the compressed dry air solenoid valve is connected to a pipe between the cooling water solenoid valve and the chamber.
3. The cooling water control valve assembly according to claim 1, wherein the cooling water injection pipe is connected to the first manual valve through a steel pipe.
4. The cooling water control valve device according to claim 1, wherein the check valve is connected to the cooling water output pipe through a steel pipe.
5. The cooling water control valve apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a first flange and a second flange.
6. The cooling water control valve assembly according to claim 5, wherein the first flange is connected to the steel pipe between the cooling water injection pipe and the first manual valve.
7. The cooling water control valve assembly according to claim 5, wherein the second flange is connected to the steel pipe between the check valve and the cooling water output pipe.
8. The cooling water control valve assembly according to claim 2, wherein the piping is a hose.
9. The cooling water control valve apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the chamber is connected to the flow meter through a hose.
10. The cooling water control valve assembly according to claim 1, wherein the second manual valve is connected to the check valve through a hose.
