The hydraulic station with the impurity removing function and the good damping effect is characterized by comprising a main body (1), a base (7), a connecting box (6), a damping mechanism, an impurity removing mechanism, an oil outlet pipe (2), a connecting pipe (4), an oil return pipe (5) and a hydraulic pump (3), wherein a notch is formed in the base (7), the connecting box (6) is arranged at the bottom in the notch through the damping mechanism, the main body (1) is fixed above the connecting box (6), the hydraulic pump (3) is fixed above the main body (1), the hydraulic pump (3) is communicated with the main body (1) through the oil outlet pipe (2), the hydraulic pump (3) is connected with the impurity removing mechanism through the connecting pipe (4), the impurity removing mechanism is connected with one end of the oil return pipe (5), and the other end of the oil return pipe (5) is communicated with the main body (1);
the damping mechanism comprises an air bag (8), two damping components and two auxiliary components, the air bag (8) is fixed at the top in the connecting box (6), two openings are arranged below the connecting box (6), the openings correspond to the damping components one by one, and the two auxiliary components are respectively arranged at two sides of the air bag (8);
the damping assembly comprises a damping rod (10), a connecting plate (9) and a first spring (11), one end of the damping rod (10) is vertically fixed at the bottom in the notch, the other end of the damping rod (10) penetrates through the opening to be arranged inside the connecting box (6), the damping rod (10) is matched with the opening, the other end of the damping rod (10) is fixedly connected with the connecting plate (9), the connecting plate (9) abuts against the lower side of the air bag (8), and two ends of the first spring (11) are respectively connected with the bottom in the notch and the lower side of the connecting box (6);
the impurity removing mechanism comprises an impurity removing box (20), a filter screen (21), a fixed box (22), a rotating assembly and two swinging assemblies, wherein the impurity removing box (20) is fixed above the connecting box (6), the filter screen (21) is fixed inside the impurity removing box (20), the filter screen (21) is arranged above the oil return pipe (5), the fixed box (22) is fixed at the top inside the impurity removing box (20), one end of the connecting pipe (4) far away from the hydraulic pump (3) is communicated with the upper part of the fixed box (22), the two swinging assemblies are respectively arranged at two sides below the fixed box (22), the rotating assembly is arranged between the two swinging assemblies, and the rotating assembly is connected with the swinging assemblies;
the swinging assembly comprises a supporting shaft, a nozzle (24) and a hose (23), one end of the supporting shaft is vertically fixed below the fixed box (22), the other end of the supporting shaft is hinged with the nozzle (24), the nozzle (24) is communicated with the fixed box (22) through the hose (23), and the rotating assembly is connected with the nozzle (24);
the rotating assembly comprises a bearing, a rotating rod (25), a reciprocating unit, two connecting rods (31), a plurality of blades (26) and a plurality of scraping plates (27), wherein the bearing is fixed below a fixed box (22), a through hole is formed below the fixed box (22), one end of the rotating rod (25) is uniformly fixed in the circumferential direction of each scraping plate (27), each scraping plate (27) is abutted against the upper side of a filter screen (21), the other end of the rotating rod (25) penetrates through the through hole to be arranged inside the fixed box (22), the other end of the rotating rod (25) is uniformly fixed in the circumferential direction of each blade (26), the rotating rod (25) is fixedly connected with the inner ring of the bearing, the reciprocating unit is arranged below the fixed box (22), the reciprocating unit is connected with the rotating rod (25), the connecting rods (31) correspond to the nozzles (24) one by one, one end of each connecting rod (31) is hinged to the nozzle (24), the other end of the connecting rod (31) is connected with the reciprocating unit.
