Abstract

1% -3% of handfeel wax emulsion;
the balance being deionized water.
In the formula, the bentonite has good suspension property and dispersibility in an aqueous medium, and the bentonite ensures that the artistic coating is not easy to precipitate and delaminate and has uniform color, thereby improving the stability of the artistic coating. The hand feeling wax emulsion is used for improving the final wall surface hand feeling and improving the wear resistance.
The above-mentioned formulations of the respective raw materials are commercially available.
For example, as the humectant, a hamming FA115 humectant can be used; the dispersant can be SN5040 dispersant of Nopochaceae; the cellulose can adopt Asotblue HBR250 cellulose; the defoaming agent can be NXZ defoaming agent of Nopochaceae; the pH regulator can be Dow AMP-95pH regulator; the bactericide can be trojan K10N bactericide; the pulvis Talci can be flos Osmanthi Fragrantis 400 mesh pulvis Talci.
The bentonite can be Zhejiang Yuhong YH-D bentonite; the emulsion is NeoRezR aqueous polyurethane emulsion or Neocryl BT-26 aqueous acrylic emulsion of Imperial corporation. The pearl powder can be kuncai KC8500 400-mesh pearl powder; the film-forming assistant can be a sea horse OE500 odorless film-forming assistant; the propylene glycol can be Dow propylene glycol; the thickener can be polyurethane thickener of Dow RM2020 and/or alkali swelling thickener of Dow ASE-60; the hand feeling wax emulsion can adopt German KEIM E-012 hand feeling wax emulsion.
In the construction process of the velvet art coating, the formaldehyde-removing environment-friendly water paint can adopt the existing formaldehyde-removing environment-friendly water paint, or preferably adopts the following scheme:
the formaldehyde-removing environment-friendly water paint comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
30-35 parts of water-based acrylic emulsion, 15-20 parts of deionized water, 10-15 parts of coloring pigment, 0.2-0.6 part of thickening agent, 0.4-0.8 part of film-forming assistant, 0.3-1 part of wetting agent, 0.3-1 part of dispersing agent and 4-6 parts of rutile titanium dioxide; 0.3-1 part of bactericide.
The difference of the coloring pigment can be adjusted according to the requirement, so that a plurality of formaldehyde-removing environment-friendly water paints are formed, the formaldehyde-removing environment-friendly water paints are convenient to mix colors and prime, and the priming surface is close to the surface color of the construction wall surface.
In conclusion, the wall surface manufactured by the construction process of the invention has a sun-shade surface effect or other unique effects, which are not achieved by the prior art of CN 104761989B.

3. The process of claim 2, wherein the emulsion is one of an aqueous acrylic emulsion and an aqueous polyurethane emulsion from Tesmann corporation.
4. The process of claim 3, wherein the additive is one or more of a film forming additive, a thickening agent, a wetting agent, a dispersing agent, cellulose, a suspending agent, a defoaming agent, a pH regulator, a bactericide, an antifreeze, and a wax additive.
5. The process of claim 4, wherein the anti-freezing agent is propylene glycol.
6. The process of claim 5, wherein the suspending agent is bentonite.
7. The process of claim 6, wherein the wax adjuvant is a hand wax emulsion.
8. The process of claim 7, wherein the additives are film forming additives, thickeners, wetting agents, dispersants, cellulose, bentonite, defoamers, pH modifiers, biocides, propylene glycol, and feel wax emulsions.
9. The process for applying the velvet artistic paint according to claim 8, wherein the velvet artistic paint is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight:
20% -30% of emulsion;
15% -20% of pearl powder;
10-14% of talcum powder;
0.4 to 0.6 percent of wetting agent;
0.1 to 0.3 percent of dispersant
0.3 to 0.6 percent of cellulose;
0.1 to 0.3 percent of defoaming agent
0.1 to 0.3 percent of pH regulator;
0.1 to 0.3 percent of bactericide;
0.1 to 0.3 percent of bentonite;
0.6 to 1 percent of thickening agent;
