本发明公开了一种车用清洁环保新型燃料,所述车用清洁环保新型燃料由如下重量份数的原料组成:汽油:15‑40份、甲醇:10‑20份、植物油酸:5‑8份、苯并三氮唑:0.2‑0.8份、石油磺酸钡:2‑4份、叔丁醇:3‑6份、高效金腐蚀抑制:0.2‑0.5份、低温启动剂:0.2‑0.6份、除胶脱硫剂:0.2‑0.3份、助燃剂:0.1‑0.8份。本发明所述的车用环保复合燃料中使用的甲醇使汽油性能稳定,在汽油机不进行任何改装的下即可使用,经济方便。盖燃料以甲醇为基础原料,配合高效金腐蚀抑制、低温启动剂、除胶脱硫剂和助燃剂,将甲醇调制成适合于汽油发动机使用的新型复合燃料,可直接替代目前大范围使用的各种汽油,推广前景极好。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车燃料技术领域,尤其涉及一种车用清洁环保新型燃料。
背景技术
燃料通常指能够将自身存储的化学能通过化学反应(燃烧)转变为热能的物质。目前汽车所使用的燃料主要是汽油和柴油。而随着汽车保有量的逐年增加,汽车排放造成的环境污染问题以及石油资源逐渐匮乏的问题已不容忽视,因此各种代用燃料也得到了越来越广泛的应用。目前国内开发使用的发动机代用燃料包括天然气、液化石油气、甲醇、乙醇、生物质燃料、氢气以及二甲基醚等。
由于甲醇沸点低、辛烷值高、汽化潜热是汽油的3倍多,具有含氧量高、热值比汽油弱的特点。另外,甲醇的制备工艺成熟,价格低廉,也为甲醇成为汽车燃料的替代燃料提供了可能,但是甲醇在作为替代燃料的过程中会有很多问题,如甲醇与汽油的极性不同,甲醇的热值、冷启动、腐蚀等固有问题也是在替代过程不能忽略的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:为了解决背景技术的问题,而提出的一种车用清洁环保新型燃料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种车用清洁环保新型燃料,所述车用清洁环保新型燃料由如下重量份数的原料组成:汽油:15-40份、甲醇:10-20份、植物油酸:5-8份、苯并三氮唑:0.2-0.8份、石油磺酸钡:2-4份、叔丁醇:3-6份、高效金腐蚀抑制:0.2-0.5份、低温启动剂:0.2-0.6份、除胶脱硫剂:0.2-0.3份、助燃剂:0.1-0.8份。

一种车用清洁环保新型燃料,所述车用清洁环保新型燃料由如下重量份数的原料组成:汽油:40份、甲醇:20份、植物油酸:8份、苯并三氮唑:0.8份、石油磺酸钡:4份、叔丁醇:6份、高效金腐蚀抑制:0.5份、低温启动剂:0.6份、除胶脱硫剂:0.3份、助燃剂:0.8份。
