本发明公开一种用于胶布热贴合的介质材料,包括:SBS(1401):50~60份;SBS(1301):30~40份;天然橡胶:2~3份;C5石油树脂:40~50份;C9石油树脂:30~40份;松香:8~12份;硅烷偶联剂:3~5份;氯化石蜡:3~5份;轻质碳酸钙:2~5份;防老剂264:2~3份;环烷油4010:5~8份。使用时,将所述的材料按配比称量、混合;将混合后的材料与乙酸乙酯、120#汽油按1:0.6:0.4的配比搅拌均匀,制成胶浆;将制成的胶浆涂覆于两块胶布的接缝处;将贴合部位置于160~180℃条件下,时间为3~5s,之后自然冷却即可。本发明提高粘合强度,易于批量操作,可实现自动化。

Description

一种用于胶布热贴合的介质材料及使用方法
技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶硫化胶布的粘合成型技术领域,具体为一种用于胶布热贴合的介质材料及使用方法,主要应用于硫化胶布的热贴合成型。
背景技术
橡胶硫化胶布在国民经济和现代化国防建设中发挥着越来越重要和其它材料无法替代的作用。但是其传统的制品成型拼接过程中一直使用溶剂型冷粘贴方法。
溶剂型冷粘贴一般需要在规定的温度、湿度条件下,涂覆三次,且每次涂覆之间需要一定的凉置时间,待溶剂完全挥发后,才可进行第二遍涂覆,否则粘合后的强度不能达到最佳要求,该方法为手工操作,劳动强度大、效率低、污染环境,不便于自动化操作,产品质量不易控制,外观品相差,一定程度上制约了该产业的发展。
市场上和专业厂家通用的具有热熔性的产品比如EVA、PU、PA、PET等或者因为弹性小、伸长率低或者因为低温性差或者因为耐屈挠性低或者不满足产品对气密性和化学防护的要求,限制了它们在胶布及其制品上的使用。
橡胶硫化胶布的粘合成型是胶布由二维平面构型转变成具有使用性能的三维空间构型的必备过程。传统的方法是缝制或使用熔剂性的粘合剂粘贴,由于其效率低,污染环境,质量不稳定,特别是限制了连续的自动化作业。
发明内容
本发明利用热塑性丁苯橡胶(SBS)特有的常温下表现出优异的橡胶高弹性和高温下(160~180℃)塑性特质,经合理配比其他助剂,实现橡胶硫化胶布的热贴合成型。
本发明是采用如下技术方案实现的:
一种用于胶布热贴合的介质材料,包括如下重量份的组分:
SBS(1401):50~60份;SBS(1301):30~40份;天然橡胶:2~3份;C5石油树脂:40~50份;C9石油树脂:30~40份;松香:8~12份;硅烷偶联剂:3~5份;氯化石蜡:3~5份;轻质碳酸钙:2~5份;防老剂264:2~3份;环烷油4010:5~8份。
上述用于胶布热贴合的介质材料的使用方法,包括如下步骤:
第一步、将上述的材料按配比称量、混合;
第二步、将混合后的材料与乙酸乙酯、120#汽油按1:0.6:0.4的配比搅拌均匀,制成胶浆;
第三步、将制成的胶浆涂覆于两块胶布的接缝处,涂覆量为30g/m2
第四步、将贴合部位置于160~180℃条件下,时间为3~5s,之后自然冷却即可。
本发明的机理是一种物理交联过程。主体材料热塑性丁苯橡胶由苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯构成,微观表现为连续相。苯乙烯是硬质链段,有一定硬度,体现塑料的性性质,即高温可熔融,常温表现为固体。丁二烯为软质链段,表现为橡胶的性质,即具有粘弹性。热塑性丁苯橡胶可兼具塑料和橡胶的特性。利用该材料兼具塑料和橡胶性质的这种特性,通过添加其它助剂制成热贴合型介质材料,将本发明介质材料涂覆于胶布的粘合部位,常温下正常存放需要粘合时将其置于160~180℃温度条件下3~5s,自然冷却即可实现胶布的热贴合。
本发明选取了在常温下拥有高弹性、大伸长、低温下柔顺性好、曲挠和回弹性好、与天然橡胶和合成橡胶兼容性好,同时在高温下可溶的具有特殊化学结构的热塑性丁苯橡胶(SBS)为主要材料,同时配合以增粘材料、增塑材料、防老材料等制备成橡胶硫化胶布成型用的中间介质,通过层叠的方法,以完成橡胶硫化胶布的热贴合。传统冷粘的粘合部位粘合强度0.78千牛/米,采用本发明方法的粘合部位粘合强度可达到2千牛/米。使用本发明材料,可以对所有非热塑性的橡胶硫化胶布,实行热贴合,剪切强度不低于22kN/m,180°剥离强度不低于0.6kN/m。在保持原橡胶硫化胶布所有本征性能的前提下,通过层叠(或堆垛)一层贴合介质,可以实现胶布的连续化、无污染、高品质自动化生产。
本发明通过层叠解决了胶布成型的热贴合技术问题,其主要特点为:1、与硫化橡胶布兼容性好;2、低温下柔顺、伸长率高、弹性好;3、可进行性连续化自动操作;4、环境友好;5、生产效率高;6、贴合质量牢固,剪切力和剥离强度高于传统的冷粘合。
本发明材料易得、环保、可实现连续化的自动贴合作业,劳动效率高,成本低,质量可靠,稳定易控。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施例进行详细说明。
一种用于胶布热贴合的介质材料,采用如表1所述的重量份组分:

实施例制作过程如下:
第一步、将上述的材料按配比称量、混合;
第二步、将混合后的材料与乙酸乙酯、120#汽油按1:0.6:0.4的配比搅拌均匀,制成胶浆;
第三步、将制成的胶浆涂覆于两块胶布的接缝处,涂覆量为30g/m2
第四步、将贴合部位置于160℃~180℃条件下,时间为3~5s,之后自然冷却即可。

本发明材料可以用于所有非热塑性的橡胶硫化胶布的粘合,粘合部位粘合强度可达到2千牛/米以上,剪切强度不低于22kN/m,180°剥离强度不低于0.6kN/m。
传统的溶剂冷粘贴效率低、质量稳定性差,特别是不能实现自动化作业。热熔性的粘合材料耐屈挠性差、低温下发硬发脆,不能满足胶布产品对气密性和化学防护的要求。本发明通过配制同时具有高弹性橡胶材质又具有高温热塑性(160~180℃)的橡胶硫化胶布贴和用中间介质,将该材料通过涂胶机涂覆于已硫化胶布的表面,将需贴合胶布的接缝置于高温条件下,瞬时熔溶,然后常温凝固,实现自动贴合作业。
本发明通过配方设计,一是使其与胶布具有亲和性;二是提高粘合强度;三是易于批量操作,可实现自动化。
最后应说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照本发明实施例进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,都不脱离本发明的技术方案的精神和范围,其均应涵盖本发明的权利要求保护范围中。

1.一种用于胶布热贴合的介质材料,其特征在于:包括如下重量份的组分:
SBS 1401:58份;SBS 1301:35份;天然橡胶:2份;C5石油树脂:48份;C9石油树脂:36份;松香:12份;硅烷偶联剂:5份;氯化石蜡:4份;轻质碳酸钙:5份;防老剂264:3份;环烷油4010:8份。
2.一种用于胶布热贴合的介质材料的使用方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
第一步、将权利要求1中所述的材料按配比称量、混合;
第二步、将混合后的材料与乙酸乙酯、120#汽油按1:0.6:0.4的配比搅拌均匀,制成胶浆;
第三步、将制成的胶浆涂覆于两块胶布的接缝处,涂覆量为30g/m2
第四步、将贴合部位置于160~180℃条件下,时间为3~5s,之后自然冷却即可。
