The surface drying speed and the actual drying speed of the water-based quick-drying silver powder paint are not greatly different, so that aluminum powder in a paint film can be directionally and uniformly arranged, higher salt spray resistance and water resistance are achieved, and the water-based quick-drying silver powder paint has better service performance.

Compared with the prior art, the water-based quick-drying silver paint provided by the invention has the characteristics that the water-based fluorocarbon self-crosslinking acrylic emulsion has a high film-forming characteristic at normal temperature, the self-crosslinking process is completed through dehydration condensation reaction of intermolecular groups, but in the self-film-forming process of the water-based fluorocarbon self-crosslinking acrylic emulsion, an emulsifier contained in the water-based fluorocarbon self-crosslinking acrylic emulsion has certain hydrophilicity, so that water molecules generated by dehydration condensation of the water-based fluorocarbon self-crosslinking acrylic emulsion in the film-forming process are not easy to discharge, the drying speed of the surface of a paint film is higher than that of the interior of the paint film, the arrangement effect of aluminum powder in the paint film is influenced, in order to overcome the defect, a large amount of aluminum powder arrangement auxiliary agents are usually added into the paint; the aliphatic polyurethane resin dispersoid has strong intermolecular cohesion, and can be tightly aggregated with a self-crosslinking polymer in the waterborne fluorocarbon self-crosslinking acrylic emulsion through intermolecular force after a specific amount of the aliphatic polyurethane resin dispersoid is added into the waterborne fluorocarbon self-crosslinking acrylic emulsion, active groups are mutually wrapped, water molecules generated in the film forming process of the waterborne fluorocarbon self-crosslinking acrylic emulsion are extruded out, the water molecules in a paint film are quickly discharged, the difference between the surface drying speed and the actual drying speed of the paint film is reduced, aluminum powder is uniformly arranged in a directional mode, aluminum powder arrangement auxiliaries are not needed, and the salt fog resistance and the water resistance of the paint film are improved. And the waterborne fluorocarbon self-crosslinking acrylic emulsion is combined with the aliphatic polyurethane resin dispersion, so that the adhesive force performance and impact resistance of a paint film on the surface of a metal substrate can be greatly improved, and higher hardness and use requirements can be met.
Preferably, the type of the aqueous fluorocarbon self-crosslinking acrylic emulsion is F-830, and F-830 of Shandong Moore chemical industry can be selected.
