The invention discloses a household transport robot with an intelligent lifting platform, which mainly comprises the following parts: the system comprises an ultrasonic obstacle avoidance module, a camera, a lifting platform, a trolley chassis, a control chip and a WiFi communication module; the ultrasonic obstacle avoidance module can detect whether an obstacle exists in front of the trolley or not and transmit distance data to the control chip; the camera transmits the shot content to the control chip in real time through the USB interface; the control chip can realize the forward, backward, left-turn and right-turn actions of the chassis by controlling the forward and reverse rotation of the four driving motors; the WiFi communication module realizes communication between the control chip and the notebook computer; the control chip reads the data of the ultrasonic module, the numerical value of the film pressure sensor, the state value of the travel switch and the data of the camera, transmits the data to the notebook computer, controls the movement of the trolley and controls the lifting of the lifting platform. Referring to fig. 1-6, a home transportation robot with an intelligent lifting platform mainly comprises the following parts: the ultrasonic obstacle avoidance system comprises an ultrasonic obstacle avoidance module 13, a camera 14, a lifting platform, a trolley chassis, a control chip and a WiFi communication module 11.
The ultrasonic obstacle avoidance module can detect whether an obstacle exists in the front 15 cm of the trolley and transmits distance data to the control chip; the camera can transmit the shot content to the control chip in real time through the USB interface; the trolley chassis consists of a trolley bottom plate, driving motors and driving wheels 12, and the control chip can realize the forward, backward, left-turning and right-turning actions of the chassis by controlling the forward and reverse rotation of the four driving motors; the WiFi communication module can realize the communication between the control chip and the notebook computer; the control chip can read the data of the ultrasonic module, the numerical value of the film pressure sensor, the state value of the travel switch and the data of the camera, transmit the data to the notebook computer, control the movement of the trolley and control the lifting of the lifting platform.
The lifting platform mainly comprises: the fixed ring 1 in top, conveyer belt 2, elevator motor 15, first travel switch 3, second travel switch 10, optical axis 4, film pressure sensor 16, linear bearing 7, tray 5, elevating platform 6, control chip 8 constitute. Whether article have been put on can intelligent perception platform, can descend automatically when the pressure of perception article, when the perception article are taken away, can rise automatically.
