9. The method of using an end face machining apparatus for metal spring production according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
a. firstly, placing a metal spring to be processed in a through groove on a bottom plate (17), connecting one end of a second screw (12) with the bottom plate (17), then installing a partition plate (16) above the bottom plate (17) through the second screw (12), placing the metal spring to be processed again in the through groove on the partition plate (16), finally installing a cover plate (15), and screwing down a pressure plate (11) to tightly attach the bottom plate (17), the partition plate (16) and the cover plate (15) together;
b. starting the second motor (13), enabling the second motor (13) to rotate and drive the second grinding wheel (14) on the second motor to rotate together, and then slowly rotating the hand wheel (9) to enable the metal spring fixed on the bottom plate (17), the partition plate (16) and the cover plate (15) to move from the front end to the rear end at a constant speed along the first screw (10) along with the three;
c. the second grinding wheel (14) is in contact with the end face of the metal spring in the moving process and grinds the metal spring, and the hand wheel (9) stops rotating after the metal spring on the second grinding wheel is ground;
d. the partition plate (16) and the cover plate (15) are respectively disassembled to take out the processed metal spring, and the processed metal spring is placed in the spring placing box (2);
e. and (c) repeating the steps a-d until the end faces of all the metal springs are machined, stopping the second motor (13) from rotating, simultaneously rotating the first motor (6) to drive the first grinding wheel (5) on the second motor to rotate, holding the metal springs with the machined end faces by hands, sleeving one end of each metal spring on the outer side of the corresponding first grinding wheel (5), removing burrs formed in the machining process of the end faces of the metal springs through the action of the corresponding first grinding wheel (5), and placing finished products on the other side of the partition plate (3) in the spring placing box (2) after machining is finished.
10. The use method of the end face machining device for metal spring production according to claim 9, characterized in that: the rotating speed of the second motor (13) in the step b is 1000 revolutions per minute.
