Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a laminate fixing piece which can realize detachable connection of laminates and has high installation speed and strong bearing capacity. The invention also aims to provide a laminate mounting method applied to the laminate fixing piece.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a laminate fixing member, which includes a section body for connecting with a wall or a pendant, wherein the section body is provided with:
a slot for fixing the installation laminate;
and the adjustable clamping plate assembly is arranged in the open groove and used for clamping the laminate with the inner wall of the open groove.
Optionally, the adjustable cleat assembly comprises:
the clamping plate is arranged on the side wall of the slot and is used for being contacted and abutted with the laminate;
a plurality of rotating adjusting pieces which are used for propping against the clamping plates and enabling the clamping plates to move along the direction close to the laminated plate.
Optionally, the slot is a first slot including a first mounting slot and a first limiting slot, and the first mounting slot is disposed above the clamping plate and used for mounting the laminate; the first limiting groove is arranged below the clamping plate and is used for the rotating adjusting piece to extend into so as to enable the clamping plate to move upwards.
Optionally, the slot is a second slot specifically including a second mounting slot and a second limiting slot, and the second mounting slot is disposed below the clamping plate and used for mounting the laminate; the second limiting groove is arranged above the clamping plate and used for clamping the rotating adjusting piece.
Optionally, the rotating adjusting piece is specifically a limit screw, and the bottom of the profile body is provided with a plurality of threaded holes which are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the limit screws and used for the limit screws to penetrate through for connection.
Optionally, the rotating adjusting member is a combination of an adjusting screw and a ball screw cap, and the adjusting screw is used for rotating and matching with the ball screw cap to allow the clamping plate to move downwards.
Optionally, the inner wall of second spacing groove be equipped with be used for with adjusting screw's head joint complex joint groove, the upper end of splint be equipped with be used for with the head contact complex recess of bulb screw cap.
Optionally, the clamping plate further comprises an adhesive tape which is arranged on the side wall of the clamping plate close to the laminate to realize shock resistance and prevent the laminate from being scratched.
Optionally, the profile body further comprises:
the hanging plate is arranged at the upper end of the section bar body, protrudes upwards and is used for hanging the back plate;
and the positioning groove is positioned above the groove and used for mounting a screw so as to connect the profile body with a wall body or a hanging piece.
The invention also provides a laminate mounting method applied to any one of the laminate fixing pieces, which comprises the following steps:
installing a plurality of rotary adjusting pieces in the open slots;
inserting the laminate into a notch formed by the clamping plate and the inner wall of the groove;
rotating the rotary adjusting piece through a wrench and enabling the notch to clamp the laminate;
and fixing the section bar body provided with the laminate on the section bar of the wall body or the hanging piece through screws.
Compared with the background art, the invention designs the laminate fixing piece aiming at different requirements of the wall hanging piece, and particularly the laminate fixing piece comprises a section bar body which is fixedly connected to the wall or the hanging piece; the sectional material body is provided with a slot for fixedly mounting a laminate; furthermore, the inside of the slot is provided with an adjustable clamping plate assembly, when the laminate is arranged in the slot, the adjustable clamping plate assembly can be contacted and abutted against the laminate, and thus, the adjustable clamping plate assembly can clamp the laminate together with the inner wall of the slot. Meanwhile, the invention also provides a laminate mounting method applied to the laminate fixing piece, which comprises the following steps: s1: installing a plurality of rotary adjusting pieces in the open slots; s2: inserting the laminate into a notch formed by the clamping plate and the inner wall of the groove; s3: rotating the adjusting piece by a spanner to enable the notch to clamp the laminate; s4: the section bar body provided with the laminate is fixed on the section bar of the wall body or the hanging piece through screws. The laminate fixing piece and the laminate mounting method can facilitate the mounting and dismounting of the laminate, and the mounting efficiency of the laminate is higher, compared with the prior art, the laminate fixing piece has no outer leakage piece after being mounted, the bearing capacity is stronger when the same material is used, the limitation on the dimension of the board is low, the use is flexible, and the requirements of various schemes can be met; meanwhile, the laminate fixing piece can be matched with a hanging piece for use, is high in adjustability and low in installation precision requirement, and can meet various field conditions, so that the assembled furniture is really realized.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The core of the invention is to provide a laminate fixing piece which can realize the detachable connection of laminates and has high installation speed and strong bearing capacity. The other core of the invention is to provide a laminate mounting method applied to the laminate fixing piece.
In order that those skilled in the art will better understand the disclosure, the invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
It should be noted that the following directional terms such as "upper end, lower end, left side, right side" and the like are defined based on the drawings of the specification.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a laminate fixing member according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 2 is an overall view of the laminate securing member of FIG. 1 assembled with a laminate; FIG. 3 is a side view of the laminate securing member of FIG. 1 assembled with a laminate; FIG. 4 is a schematic view of another laminate fastener provided in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 5 is a schematic view of the laminate securing member of FIG. 4 assembled with a laminate; fig. 6 is a flowchart of a method for mounting a laminate according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The laminate fixing piece provided by the embodiment of the invention is mainly used for fixing and mounting a laminate 03 in a wall-hung type coat and hat room or wall-hung type bookshelf, and comprises a profile body 1, wherein the profile body 1 can be fixedly connected to a wall body 01, namely, the main body of the laminate fixing piece is made of a common profile, the profile body 1 is provided with a positioning groove 12 and a slot 13, the positioning groove 12 is used for mounting a screw, and for a leveled space of the wall body 01, the screw can be directly connected with the wall body 01 through the positioning groove 12 so as to realize the connection of the profile body 1 and the wall body 01 or a pendant 02; of course, the profile body 1 can also be connected to the hanging member 02 mounted on the wall 01 by screws. The slot 13 can be arranged below the positioning slot 12, the slot 13 is used for fixedly installing the layer board 03, and the layer board 03 can be arranged to be a wood board, a glass board or a marble board according to the actual installation requirement. Of course, the positioning groove 12 may be formed by a top plate and a side plate at the upper end of the profile body 1 and a convex plate at the middle upper position of the profile body 1, the slot 13 may be formed by a convex plate and a side plate and a bottom plate at the lower end of the profile body 1, and the profile body 1 may be integrally formed.
In addition, the inside of fluting 13 is equipped with adjustable splint subassembly, and when the fluting 13 is packed into to plywood 03, adjustable splint subassembly can offset with the plywood 03 contact, and so, adjustable splint subassembly can press from both sides tight plywood 03 with the inner wall of fluting 13 jointly to realize the fixed mounting of plywood 03. Of course, according to actual needs, the adjustable clamping plate assembly can be arranged to include the clamping plate 14 and the adjusting rod, wherein the clamping plate 14 is arranged in the middle of the slot 13, the position of the clamping plate 14 can be adjusted according to the thickness of the laminate 03, that is, different profile bodies 1 correspond to laminates 03 with different sizes, and the clamping plate 14 is arranged perpendicular to the wall body 01, so that the contact area between the clamping plate 14 and the laminates 03 is as large as possible, and the installation stability of the laminates 03 is improved; the regulation pole can be located in fluting 13 or be connected with the cooperation of section bar body 1, adjusts the pole and can reciprocate, and the one end of adjusting the pole can offset with splint 14 contact, so, at the in-process of up-going or down-going of adjusting the pole, splint 14 can remove along the direction that is close to plywood 03 to can realize splint 14 and the tight plywood 03 of inner wall clamp of fluting 13.
The laminate fixing piece can facilitate the installation and the disassembly of the laminate 03, the installation efficiency of the laminate 03 is higher, compared with the prior art, the laminate fixing piece has no outer leakage piece after being installed, the bearing capacity is higher when the same material is used, the limitation on the size of a plate is low, and various schemes can be met, such as the condition that the laminate 03 is staggered; meanwhile, the laminate fixing piece can be matched with the hanging piece 02 for use, is high in adjustability and low in installation precision requirement, and can meet various field conditions.
Further, the adjustable clamping plate assembly may specifically be configured to include a clamping plate 14 and a rotating adjusting member 15, wherein the clamping plate 14 is disposed on a side wall of the slot 13 and is perpendicular to the wall 01, where the wall 01 is generally vertically disposed, that is, the clamping plate 14 is disposed along a horizontal direction, and the clamping plate 14 is configured to contact and abut against a side end face of the layer plate 03; a plurality of rotary adjusting pieces 15 are matched with the layer plate 03, and the rotary adjusting pieces 15 are used for abutting against the clamping plate 14 and enabling the clamping plate 14 to move in the direction close to the layer plate 03. The turning adjustment element 15 may be provided as a threaded rod, such as a screw or a bolt, or may be a combination of a screw and a nut or a combination of a screw and a nut.
In order to facilitate the function that the clamping plate 14 can clamp the layer plate 03 in the direction close to the layer plate 03, the clamping plate 14 can be fixedly connected with the side wall of the slot 13 through a preset connecting section with a thickness smaller than that of the clamping plate 14, so that the clamping plate 14 has certain 'elasticity', the elasticity means that the clamping plate 14 can slightly deform in a certain range under the action of external force, specifically, the clamping plate 14 can slightly swing by taking an end point of the preset connecting section connected with the side wall of the slot 13 as a central point, and thus, under the action of the rotating adjusting piece 15, the clamping plate 14 can move or swing along one side close to the layer plate 03 to clamp the layer plate 03, and when the external force is removed, the clamping plate 14 can reset. Of course, the clamping plate 14 can be arranged in other different ways, provided that the clamping plate 14 can move along the side close to the layer plate 03, and the clamping plate 14, the predetermined connecting section and the side wall of the slot 13 can be integrally formed.
As an embodiment, the slot 13 may be specifically configured as a first slot including a first mounting slot 131 and a first limiting slot 132, the first mounting slot 131 is disposed above the clamping plate 14 and is used for mounting the layer plate 03; the first limiting groove 132 is disposed below the clamping plate 14 and is used for the rotating adjusting piece 15 to extend into, that is, the first open groove forms an upper groove and a lower groove through the clamping plate 14 disposed on the side wall thereof, the upper groove is the first mounting groove 131, and the lower groove is the first limiting groove 132; in the process that the rotating adjusting piece 15 rises, the upper end of the rotating adjusting piece 15 can be contacted and propped against the lower end face of the clamping plate 14, and the rotating adjusting piece 15 continues to move upwards so as to prop against the clamping plate 14 to move upwards, so that the notch of the first mounting groove 131 is reduced to clamp the laminated plate 03. Correspondingly, the rotating adjusting piece 15 can be specifically set to be a limit screw, the bottom plate at the bottom of the profile body 1 is provided with a plurality of threaded holes which are in one-to-one correspondence with the limit screws, and the threaded holes are used for allowing the limit screws to penetrate and be connected with the limit screws in a threaded manner.
In addition, in order to ensure the stability of the laminate 03 after the weight is placed, the inner wall of the first installation groove 131 can be inclined (inclined upwards), for example, the inner wall of the first installation groove 131 can form a small included angle with the horizontal line, so that the connecting end of the laminate 03 and the profile body 1 can be tilted downwards after the laminate 03 is clamped, the advantage of the inclined angle is that the laminate 03 can slightly sink after the weight is placed, and the laminate 03 can be basically parallel to the horizontal line due to the arrangement of the inclined angle.
As another embodiment, the open slot 13 may be specifically configured as a second open slot including a second mounting slot 133 and a second limiting slot 134, wherein the second mounting slot 133 is disposed below the clamping plate 14 and is used for mounting the layer plate 03; the second limit groove 134 is arranged above the clamping plate 14 and is used for clamping and rotating the adjusting piece 15; that is, this arrangement changes the position of the layer 03 from the middle to the bottom of the profile body 1, in contrast to the construction described in the previous embodiment. Accordingly, in order to facilitate the clamping function of the clamping plate 14, the rotary adjusting member 15 may be specifically configured as a combination of an adjusting screw and a ball screw cap, wherein the adjusting screw is adapted to be rotatably engaged with the ball screw cap, so as to move the clamping plate 14 downward.
It should be noted that, the above-mentioned assembly of adjusting screw and ball screw cap can be installed into the second limiting groove 134 from the side of the profile body 1, and the ball screw cap is located below the adjusting screw, so that the adjusting screw can be rotated by a wrench, or the adjusting screw and the ball screw cap are moved relatively by adjusting the ball screw cap, so that the adjusting screw can be extended, and the clamping plate 14 can be moved downward, so that the notch of the second mounting groove 133 is reduced, and the function of clamping the laminate 03 is realized.
More specifically, in order to facilitate the installation of the assembly of the adjusting screw and the ball screw cap, the inner wall of the second limiting groove 134 is provided with a clamping groove for clamping and matching with the head of the adjusting screw, and correspondingly, the upper end of the clamping plate 14 is provided with a groove for contacting and matching with the head of the ball screw cap, and the groove may be a hemispherical groove or a conical groove.
In order to optimize the above embodiment, the laminate fixing member further includes a rough surface disposed on the sidewall of the clamping plate 14 close to the laminate 03 to increase the engaging force, and of course, an adhesive tape may be disposed on the sidewall of the clamping plate 14 close to the laminate 03, and the adhesive tape may be disposed to prevent vibration and scratch of the laminate 03.
In addition, the upper end of the section bar body 1 can be further provided with a hanging plate 11, the hanging plate 11 is specifically arranged at the upper end position, close to the right side, of the section bar body 1 and protrudes upwards, namely the hanging plate 11 is parallel to the wall body 01, the hanging plate 11 can form a hanging plate groove with the wall body 01 or a hanging piece 02, and therefore the back plate 04 provided with the hanging piece can be hung on the hanging plate 11. Of course, the hanging plate 11 can be specifically configured as a glass plate or a wood plate or a ceramic tile.
The invention also provides a laminate mounting method which is applied to the laminate fixing piece, and the laminate mounting method specifically comprises the following steps: s1: installing a plurality of rotating adjusting pieces 15 in the open slots 13; s2: inserting the laminate 03 into the notch formed by the clamping plate 14 and the inner wall of the slot 13; s3: rotating the adjusting piece 15 by a spanner to enable the notch to clamp the laminate 03; s4: the profile body 1 provided with the laminate 03 is fixed on the wall 01 or the profile of the pendant 02 through screws.
Specifically, for the laminate fixing member shown in fig. 1, the method for installing the laminate is specifically as follows: firstly, determining the mounting position of a limit screw on a bottom plate of a profile body 1 and forming a threaded hole on the bottom plate through a tool; secondly, inserting the laminate 03 into the first mounting groove 131; thirdly, a screw penetrates through the threaded hole formed in the first step and is screwed into the limiting screw through a wrench or a screwdriver, so that the notch clamps the laminate 03; and fourthly, fixing the section bar body 1 provided with the laminate 03 on the wall body 01 or the hanging piece 02 through screws. Of course, the pendant 02 may be mounted on the wall 01 before the first step.
For the laminate fixing member shown in fig. 4, the method for installing the laminate is specifically as follows: firstly, mounting a combination of an adjusting screw and a ball screw cap in a second limit groove 134; secondly, inserting the laminate 03 into the second mounting groove 133; thirdly, rotating a ball screw cap or an adjusting screw by a wrench to enable the notch to clamp the laminate 03; and fourthly, fixing the section bar body 1 provided with the laminate 03 on the wall body 01 or the hanging piece 02 through screws. Of course, the pendant 02 may be mounted on the wall 01 before the first step.
It is noted that, in this specification, relational terms such as first and second, and the like are used solely to distinguish one entity from another entity without necessarily requiring or implying any actual such relationship or order between such entities.
The laminate fixing member and the laminate installation method according to the present invention are described in detail above. The principles and embodiments of the present invention are explained herein using specific examples, which are presented only to assist in understanding the method and its core concepts. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, it is possible to make various improvements and modifications to the present invention without departing from the principle of the present invention, and those improvements and modifications also fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
