Background

A knitting cap and scarf integrated machine comprises a rack 1, a first wall plate 2 and a second wall plate 3 which are arranged on the rack 1 and distributed along the X direction, a head shaft 4 with two ends respectively arranged on the first wall plate 2 and the second wall plate 3, a head device 5 movably arranged on the head shaft 4, a bobbin shaft 6 arranged on the rack 1 and positioned on one side of the rack 1 close to the head device 5, a bobbin 7 rotatably arranged on the bobbin shaft 6, and a spinning thread 8 which is wound on the bobbin 7, with one end penetrating into the rack 1 and used for knitting a cap or scarf;
a discharge port 9 is arranged on the frame 1, and the knitted gloves slide down from the discharge port 9; a pair of slide rails 10 distributed along the Z direction are mounted on the rack 1, the slide rails 10 are positioned below the discharge port 9, and the containing frame 11 is mounted on the slide rails 10; the storage frame 11 is used for collecting the knitted hat or scarf.

When the first silencing frame 15 and the second silencing frame 17 need to be folded, the telescopic rod of the air cylinder 22 extends to drive the guide block 26 to move along the transmission groove 23, the guide needle 27 moves along the driving groove 24, the guide block 26 and the guide needle 27 move upwards firstly, then move leftwards and then move rightwards, the support plate 21 moves along with the guide block 26 and the guide needle 27 to enable the first silencing frame 15 and the second silencing frame 17 to be close, the insertion block 35 is inserted into the insertion groove 34, and the first silencing frame 15 and the second silencing frame 17 are folded.
When the first silencing frame 15 and the second silencing frame 17 need to be separated, the telescopic rod of the air cylinder 22 is shortened to drive the guide block 26 to move along the transmission groove 23, the guide needle 27 moves along the driving groove 24, the guide block 26 and the guide needle 27 move rightwards at first, then rotate rightwards and then move downwards, the support plate 21 moves along with the guide block 26 and the guide needle 27 to enable the first silencing frame 15 and the second silencing frame 17 to be separated, the insertion block 35 leaves the insertion groove 34, and the first silencing frame 15 and the second silencing frame 17 are separated.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the noise is to be reduced, the first silencing device and the second silencing device are started, and the telescopic rod of the air cylinder extends to enable the first silencing frame and the second silencing frame to be folded;
when need not the amortization and fall the noise, the cylinder telescopic link shortens, makes first amortization frame and the separation of second amortization frame.
