The present embodiment provides an electric control assembly, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, including a housing 1, an electric control box 2, an air cooling assembly 3, and a thermal system (not shown). Casing 1 is the cuboid form, including roof 11, bottom plate, preceding lateral wall 16, back side wall, left side wall 12 and right side wall 13, automatically controlled box 2, air-cooled subassembly 3 and thermodynamic system all locate in casing 1, four lateral walls and roof 11 and bottom plate detachable connections of casing 1 are equipped with first air intake 14 on the right side wall 13 of casing 1, are equipped with first air outlet 15 on the left side wall 12 of casing 1, still are equipped with complete machine vent 17 on left side wall 12 of casing 1 and the right side wall 13 respectively.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, a part of the space in the enclosure 1 is divided into an electrical control chamber and an air guide chamber, the electrical control box 2 includes an electrical control partition plate 21, a left wall plate 271, a right wall plate 272, a top wall plate 273 and an electrical control box cover plate 22, two opposite ends of the electrical control partition plate 21 are respectively connected with the left wall plate 271 and the right wall plate 272, the top wall plate 273 is arranged above the electrical control partition plate 21 and is connected with the left wall plate 271 and the right wall plate 272, the electrical control partition plate 21, the left wall plate 271, the right wall plate 272 and the top wall plate 273 enclose to form an electrical control chamber which is opened towards the front side of the enclosure 1, the electrical control box cover plate 22 is arranged at the opening side of the electrical control chamber. As shown in fig. 5, the electrically controlled partition 21 is disposed corresponding to the right side wall 13 of the chassis 1, a second air inlet 23 is disposed on the right wall 272 of the electrically controlled box 2, the second air inlet 23 is communicated with the air guiding chamber, the first air inlet 14 is disposed corresponding to the air guiding chamber, a part of the air flowing into the chassis 1 from the first air inlet 14 flows into the electrically controlled chamber from the second air inlet 23, after the air exchanges heat with the electrically controlled component, the air is discharged outward from the first air outlet 15, and another part of the air directly flows into the air guiding chamber and flows out from the first air outlet 15. As shown in fig. 6, the electrically controlled partition 21 specifically includes a first board body 211, a second board body 212, and a wiring board body 213 connected in sequence, a first non-zero angle a is formed between the first board body 211 and the second board body 212, a second non-zero angle b is formed between the second board body 212 and the wiring board body 213, the first board body 211 and the wiring board body 213 are arranged in parallel, the first angle a is an obtuse angle and faces the front side of the housing 1, and the second angle b faces the rear side of the housing 1, so as to save the space below the electrically controlled cavity, and facilitate the arrangement of pipelines, cables, and the like.
As shown in fig. 5, the air-cooled assembly 3 includes an air guiding cover 31, a fin radiator 32 and a fan assembly 33, the air guiding cover 31 and the electrically controlled partition plate 21 surround to form an air guiding cavity, the fin radiator 32 is disposed in the air guiding cavity, and the fan assembly 33 is disposed at the first air outlet 15. One part of air flowing in from the first air inlet 14 flows into the electronic control cavity, the other part of air directly flows into the air guide cavity and passes through the fins of the fin radiator 32 to cool the fin radiator 32, and the air after heat exchange is discharged outwards under the action of the fan assembly 33, so that cooling and heat dissipation of electronic control elements in the electronic control cavity are realized through the air cooling assembly 3 and air flowing. The thermodynamic system is arranged in the machine shell 1 and realizes heating through the thermodynamic system. Wherein, the thermodynamic system is located the wind-guiding chamber and air-cooled component 3 below to the space in casing 1 is utilized rationally.
EXAMPLE III
The electric control assembly provided in the embodiment further improves the electric control box 2 on the basis of the second embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, the first plate 211 of the electrically controlled partition plate 21 is provided with a plurality of strong electric elements, the second plate 212 is provided with a plurality of weak electric elements, and the connection plate 213 is provided with the connection member 26 electrically connected to the strong electric elements and the weak electric elements, respectively. The number of the second air inlets 23 is two, and the two second air inlets 23 are respectively disposed corresponding to the first plate body 211 and the second plate body 212, specifically, one of the two second air inlets 23 located above is disposed corresponding to the first plate body 211, and one located below is disposed corresponding to the second plate body 212, so that air can directly flow to the electric control elements on the first plate body 211 and the second plate body 212 when flowing into the electric control cavity from the two second air inlets 23, without changing the air flowing direction, the contact area between the electric control elements on the first plate body 211 and the second plate body 212 and the air flow can be increased, the distance between the electric control elements on the first plate body 211 and the second plate body 212 and the second air inlets 23 is reduced, and the increase of the contact area between the electric control elements and the air is facilitated.
As shown in fig. 3, a third air inlet 24 is further disposed on the top wall 273 of the electronic control box 2, and the third air inlet 24 is disposed at a side close to the second air inlet 23, so that air flows through the electronic control element when flowing to the first air outlet 15, thereby increasing air supply amount, increasing ventilation area, promoting heat dissipation of the electronic control element, and facilitating further improvement of heat dissipation efficiency. The wiring board body 213 of the electronic control box 2 is further provided with a fourth air inlet 28, so that the air in the enclosure 1 can flow into the electronic control chamber through the fourth air inlet 28 to be mixed with the heat dissipation air in the electronic control chamber, thereby further reducing the temperature in the electronic control chamber. The mixed air flows into the air guide cavity through the air passing opening 25 and is discharged outwards through the first air outlet 15.
Example four
The present embodiment provides an electric control assembly, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, including a housing 1, an electric control box 2, an air cooling assembly 3, and a thermal system (not shown). Casing 1 is the cuboid form, including roof 11, bottom plate, preceding lateral wall 16, back side wall, left side wall 12 and right side wall 13, automatically controlled box 2, air-cooled subassembly 3 and thermodynamic system all locate in casing 1, four lateral walls and roof 11 and bottom plate detachable connections of casing 1 are equipped with first air intake 14 on the right side wall 13 of casing 1, are equipped with first air outlet 15 on the left side wall 12 of casing 1, still are equipped with complete machine vent 17 on left side wall 12 of casing 1 and the right side wall 13 respectively.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, a part of the space in the housing 1 is divided into an electrical control chamber and an air guide chamber, the electrical control box 2 includes an electrical control partition plate 21, a left wall plate 271, a right wall plate 272, a top wall plate 273 and an electrical control box cover plate 22, two opposite ends of the electrical control partition plate 21 are respectively connected with the left wall plate 271 and the right wall plate 272, the top wall plate 273 is arranged above the electrical control partition plate 21 and is connected with the left wall plate 271 and the right wall plate 272, the electrical control partition plate 21, the left wall plate 271, the right wall plate 272 and the top wall plate 273 enclose an electrical control chamber which is opened towards the front, the electrical control box cover plate 22 is arranged at the opening side of the electrical control chamber, and the. As shown in fig. 9, the electrically controlled partition 21 is disposed corresponding to the right side wall 13 of the chassis 1, a second air inlet 23 is disposed on the right wall 272 of the electrically controlled box 2, the second air inlet 23 is communicated with the air guiding chamber, the first air inlet 14 is disposed corresponding to the air guiding chamber, a part of the air flowing into the chassis 1 from the first air inlet 14 flows into the electrically controlled chamber from the second air inlet 23, after the air exchanges heat with the electrically controlled component, the air is discharged outward from the first air outlet 15, and another part of the air directly flows into the air guiding chamber and flows out from the first air outlet 15. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, a fire damper 25 is further disposed in the electrical control chamber, the fire damper 25 is respectively connected to the left wall plate 271 and the electrical control partition 21, and shields the portion of the first air outlet 15 in the electrical control chamber and the fan assembly 33, so as to isolate the electrical control element generating heat at high temperature in the electrical control chamber from the fan assembly 33 and the first air outlet 15. Wherein, the side plate of the fire damper 25 is provided with a ventilation grille, so that the heat dissipation air can flow to the first air outlet 15 through the ventilation grille and is discharged outwards under the action of the fan assembly 33. Further, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, ventilation grills are also provided on the top and bottom plates of the fire damper 25 to increase channels through which air flows out, thereby accelerating ventilation and heat dissipation. Further, as shown in fig. 12, an opening is provided in a side plate of the fire damper 25 facing the front side of the electrical control box, and a ventilation grille is provided in the opening of the side plate and is provided independently of the side plate of the fire damper 25.
As shown in fig. 7, the air-cooling assembly 3 includes an air guiding cover 31, a fin radiator 32 and a fan assembly 33, the air guiding cover 31 and the electric control partition plate 21 surround to form an air guiding cavity, the fin radiator 32 is disposed in the air guiding cavity, the fan assembly 33 is disposed at the first air outlet 15, and the fan assembly 33 includes a fan 331 and a fan housing 332 sleeved outside the fan 331. One part of air flowing in from the first air inlet 14 flows into the electronic control cavity, the other part of air directly flows into the air guide cavity and passes through the fins of the fin radiator 32 to cool the fin radiator 32, and the air after heat exchange is discharged outwards under the action of the fan assembly 33, so that cooling and heat dissipation of electronic control elements in the electronic control cavity are realized through the air cooling assembly 3 and air flowing.
The thermodynamic system is arranged in the casing 1 and realizes heating through the thermodynamic system, and the thermodynamic system is positioned below the air guide cavity and the air cooling component 3 so as to reasonably utilize the space in the casing 1 and be beneficial to the miniaturization design of the whole electric control component.
EXAMPLE five
The present embodiment provides an electric control assembly, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, including a housing 1, an electric control box 2, an air cooling assembly 3, and a thermal system (not shown). Casing 1 is the cuboid form, including roof 11, bottom plate, preceding lateral wall 16, back side wall, left side wall 12 and right side wall 13, automatically controlled box 2, air-cooled subassembly 3 and thermodynamic system all locate in casing 1, four lateral walls and roof 11 and bottom plate detachable connections of casing 1 are equipped with first air intake 14 on the right side wall 13 of casing 1, are equipped with first air outlet 15 on the left side wall 12 of casing 1, still are equipped with complete machine vent 17 on left side wall 12 of casing 1 and the right side wall 13 respectively.

As shown in fig. 5, the electrically controlled partition 21 is disposed corresponding to the right side wall 13 of the chassis 1, a second air inlet 23 is disposed on the right wall 272 of the electrically controlled box 2, the second air inlet 23 is communicated with the air guiding chamber, the first air inlet 14 is disposed corresponding to the air guiding chamber, a part of the air flowing into the chassis 1 from the first air inlet 14 flows into the electrically controlled chamber from the second air inlet 23, after the air exchanges heat with the electrically controlled component, the air is discharged outward from the first air outlet 15, and another part of the air directly flows into the air guiding chamber and flows out from the first air outlet 15. As shown in fig. 13, a fire baffle 25 is further disposed in the electrical control chamber, and the fire baffle 25 is respectively connected to the left wall plate and the electrical control partition plate 21 to shield the portion of the first air outlet 15 in the electrical control chamber and the fan assembly 33, so as to isolate the electrical control element generating heat at high temperature in the electrical control chamber from the fan assembly 33 and the first air outlet 15. Wherein, the fire damper 25 is provided with an opening on the side plate facing the right wall plate 272, and the opening is arranged corresponding to the first plate body, so that the air flowing in from the second can directly flow to the opening of the fire damper 25, and is discharged outwards under the action of the fan assembly 33, and the electric control element is cooled by the air flow.
As shown in fig. 5, the air-cooled assembly 3 includes an air guiding cover 31, a fin radiator 32 and a fan assembly 33, the air guiding cover 31 and the electrically controlled partition plate 21 surround to form an air guiding cavity, the fin radiator 32 is disposed in the air guiding cavity, and the fan assembly 33 is disposed at the first air outlet 15. One part of air flowing in from the first air inlet 14 flows into the electronic control cavity, the other part of air directly flows into the air guide cavity and passes through the fins of the fin radiator 32 to cool the fin radiator 32, and the air after heat exchange is discharged outwards under the action of the fan assembly 33, so that cooling and heat dissipation of electronic control elements in the electronic control cavity are realized through the air cooling assembly 3 and air flowing.
The thermodynamic system is arranged in the machine shell 1, heating is realized through the thermodynamic system, and the thermodynamic system is positioned below the air cooling assembly 3, so that the space in the machine shell 1 is reasonably utilized, and the miniaturization design of the whole electric control assembly is facilitated.
EXAMPLE six
The present embodiment provides an electric control assembly, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, including a housing 1, an electric control box 2, an air cooling assembly 3, and a thermal system (not shown). As shown in fig. 5, the electrically controlled partition 21 is disposed corresponding to the right side wall 13 of the chassis 1, a second air inlet 23 is disposed on the right wall 272 of the electrically controlled box 2, the second air inlet 23 is communicated with the air guiding chamber, the first air inlet 14 is disposed corresponding to the air guiding chamber, a portion of the air flowing into the chassis 1 from the first air inlet 14 flows into the electrically controlled chamber from the second air inlet 23, the air is discharged outward from the first air outlet 15 after exchanging heat with the electrically controlled component, and another portion of the air directly flows into the air guiding chamber and flows out from the first air outlet 15. As shown in fig. 6, the electrically controlled partition 21 specifically includes a first board body 211, a second board body 212, and a wiring board body 213 connected in sequence, a first non-zero angle a is formed between the first board body 211 and the second board body 212, a second non-zero angle b is formed between the second board body 212 and the wiring board body 213, the first board body 211 and the wiring board body 213 are arranged in parallel, the first angle a is an obtuse angle and faces the front side of the housing 1, the second angle b faces the rear side of the housing 1, and the first angle a and the second angle b are equal in size, so as to save the space below the electrically controlled cavity, and facilitate the arrangement of pipelines, cables, and the like. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the first plate 211 of the electrically controlled partition plate 21 is provided with a plurality of strong electric elements, the second plate 212 is provided with a plurality of weak electric elements, and the connection plate 213 is provided with the connection member 26 electrically connected to the strong electric elements and the weak electric elements, respectively. The number of the second air inlets 23 is two, and the two second air inlets 23 are respectively disposed corresponding to the first plate 211 and the second plate 212. The air flowing into the electric control chamber from the first air inlet 14 and the second air inlet 23 exchanges heat with the electric control element, and is exhausted outwards from the first air outlet 15 on the left side wall 12 of the machine case 1. The top wall plate 273 of the electric control box 2 is further provided with a third air inlet 24, and the third air inlet 24 is arranged on one side of the top wall plate 273, which is close to the right wall plate 272. The connection board body 213 is provided with a fourth air inlet 28. A plurality of air inlets are formed in different positions on the electric control box 2, so that air in different directions can flow into the electric control cavity, the air flow movement is accelerated, and the electric control element in the electric control cavity is further cooled and radiated.
As shown in fig. 9, the electrically controlled partition 21 is disposed corresponding to the right side wall 13 of the chassis 1, a second air inlet 23 is disposed on the right wall 272 of the electrically controlled box 2, the second air inlet 23 is communicated with the air guiding chamber, the first air inlet 14 is disposed corresponding to the air guiding chamber, a part of the air flowing into the chassis 1 from the first air inlet 14 flows into the electrically controlled chamber from the second air inlet 23, after the air exchanges heat with the electrically controlled component, the air is discharged outward from the first air outlet 15, and another part of the air directly flows into the air guiding chamber and flows out from the first air outlet 15. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, a fire damper 25 is further disposed in the electrical control chamber, the fire damper 25 is respectively connected to the left wall plate 271 and the electrical control partition 21, and shields the portion of the first air outlet 15 in the electrical control chamber and the fan assembly 33, so as to isolate the electrical control element generating heat at high temperature in the electrical control chamber from the fan assembly 33 and the first air outlet 15. Wherein, the side plate of the fire damper 25 is provided with a ventilation grille, so that the heat dissipation air can flow to the first air outlet 15 through the ventilation grille and is discharged outwards under the action of the fan assembly 33. Further, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, ventilation grills are also provided on the top and bottom plates of the fire damper 25 to increase channels through which air flows out, thereby accelerating ventilation and heat dissipation. Further, as shown in fig. 12, an opening is provided in a side plate of the fire damper 25 facing the front side of the electrical control box, and a ventilation grille is provided in the opening of the side plate and is provided independently of the side plate of the fire damper 25.
As shown in fig. 7, the air-cooling assembly 3 includes an air guiding cover 31, a fin radiator 32 and a fan assembly 33, the air guiding cover 31 and the electric control partition plate 21 surround to form an air guiding cavity, the fin radiator 32 is disposed in the air guiding cavity, the fan assembly 33 is disposed at the first air outlet 15, and the fan assembly 33 includes a fan 331 and a fan housing 332 sleeved outside the fan 331. The inner wall of the air guiding cover 31 abuts against the outer edges of the fins of the fin radiator 32. One part of air flowing in from the first air inlet 14 flows into the electronic control cavity, the other part of air directly flows into the air guide cavity and passes through the fins of the fin radiator 32 to cool the fin radiator 32, and the air after heat exchange is discharged outwards under the action of the fan assembly 33, so that cooling and heat dissipation of electronic control elements in the electronic control cavity are realized through the air cooling assembly 3 and air flowing.
The thermodynamic system is arranged in the machine shell 1 and realizes heating through the thermodynamic system. The thermodynamic system is positioned below the air guide cavity and the air cooling component 3 so as to reasonably utilize the space in the casing 1 and facilitate the miniaturization design of the whole electric control component.
EXAMPLE seven
The embodiment provides a hot water air conditioner which comprises a water tank, an outdoor unit and the electric control assembly of any one embodiment. The water tank is connected with the electric control assembly through a water using pipeline, the outdoor unit is connected with the thermodynamic system of the electric control assembly through a refrigerant pipeline, so that when the hot water air conditioner operates, water in the water tank is heated through a refrigerant in the thermodynamic system of the electric control assembly, heat exchange is carried out between a high-temperature refrigerant in the outdoor unit and the refrigerant in the thermodynamic system of the electric control assembly, and the hot water making function of the hot water air conditioner is achieved.
The technical scheme of the invention is explained in detail by combining the drawings, so that the space inside the electric control assembly can be optimized, the ventilation and heat dissipation efficiency is improved, the operation temperature of the electric control assembly is favorably reduced, the service life of an electric control element is prolonged, the noise can be reduced, and the use experience of a user is improved.

1. An electrically controlled assembly, comprising:
a housing;
the electric control partition board is arranged in the shell and divides the space in the shell into at least an electric control cavity and an air guide cavity,
a first air inlet and a first air outlet which are communicated with the electric control cavity are respectively arranged on two opposite side walls in the shell, so that air flowing into the electric control cavity from the first air inlet flows out from the first air outlet;
at least part of the air cooling assembly is arranged in the air guide cavity; the air cooling assembly specifically comprises:
the air guide cover is arranged on the electric control clapboard, and an air guide cavity capable of accommodating the radiator is formed in the air guide cover;
the fan component is arranged corresponding to the air guide cover and the first air outlet so as to drive the air in the air guide cavity and the electric control cavity to flow through the fan component,
the fan subassembly specifically includes: the fan, wherein, the projection of at least part of the first air inlet on the air inlet surface of the fan is positioned in the fan;
one part of air flowing in from the first air inlet flows into the electric control cavity, the air is discharged outwards from the first air outlet after exchanging heat with the electric control element, and the other part of air directly flows into the air guide cavity and flows out from the first air outlet.
2. The electronic control assembly according to claim 1, wherein the first air inlet and the electronic control partition are disposed on a side wall of the housing.
3. An electrical control assembly according to claim 2, further comprising:
a plurality of side wall plates, each side wall plate is connected with the electric control partition plate and is arranged corresponding to the wall plate of the casing, the side wall plates specifically comprise a left wall plate and a right wall plate which are respectively arranged at two opposite ends of the electric control partition plate, and a top wall plate which is connected with the left wall plate and the right wall plate and is arranged above the electric control partition plate,
the left wall plate, the right wall plate, the top wall plate and the electric control partition plate surround to form an electric control cavity which is opened towards the front side, and a second air inlet is formed in the right wall plate.
4. An electrical control assembly according to claim 3, further comprising:
and the third air inlet is arranged on the top wall plate.
5. An electronic control assembly according to claim 3, wherein the electronic control barrier comprises in particular:
the first plate body is fixedly arranged in the shell;
a second plate body connected with the first plate body, wherein a first angle is formed between the second plate body and the first plate body,
wherein the first angle is non-zero.
6. The electrical control assembly of claim 5, further comprising:
the number of the second air inlets is two, and the two second air inlets are respectively arranged corresponding to the first plate body and the second plate body.
7. The electrical control assembly according to claim 5, wherein the first angle is an obtuse angle, and an included angle formed between the first plate and the second plate faces the front side of the housing.
8. An electrically controlled assembly according to claim 5, wherein the electrically controlled diaphragm further comprises:
a wiring board body connected with the second board body, and a second angle is formed between the wiring board body and the second board body,
wherein the second angle is non-zero.
9. The electrical control assembly of claim 8, further comprising:
and the fourth air inlet is arranged on the wiring board body.
10.
