For example, a user purchases a mobile phone in the east of kyoto, the evaluation and satisfaction of the mobile phone are high, and the mobile phone is shared with other people through chat windows such as WeChat and QQ, so that after the information of the mobile phone is acquired by other people, if the mobile phone is purchased under the condition of self needs, the information is converted into a growth value of the user according to a certain conversion proportion, then the corresponding growth value is issued to the user, the latest growth value is obtained by adding the growth value with the previous growth value, then the member level and the member rights and interests of the user are correspondingly updated, and the user can send the updated growth value to the user.
Example two
Based on the same inventive concept as the member level management method in the foregoing embodiment, the present invention further provides a member level management method apparatus, as shown in fig. 2, the apparatus including:
a first establishing unit 11, where the first establishing unit 11 is configured to establish a member ranking system according to a first logical relationship.
A first obtaining unit 12, wherein the first obtaining unit 12 is configured to obtain membership rights corresponding to different levels according to the level system.
A second obtaining unit 13, where the second obtaining unit 13 is configured to obtain first transaction information of the user.
A third obtaining unit 14, where the third obtaining unit 14 is configured to obtain first commodity information according to the first transaction information.
A fourth obtaining unit 15, where the fourth obtaining unit 15 is configured to obtain the first attention of the user according to the first commodity information.
A fifth obtaining unit 16, where the fifth obtaining unit 16 is configured to obtain a first growth value of the user according to the first attention and the first commodity information.
A sixth obtaining unit 17, where the sixth obtaining unit 17 is configured to obtain a current member level of the user from the member level system according to the first growth value of the user, and obtain a current member interest according to the current member level.
A first sending unit 18, wherein the first sending unit 18 is configured to send the current membership grade and the current membership right to the user.
Further, the apparatus further comprises:
a first setting unit configured to set a level upper limit value in the member level system.
And the second setting unit is used for setting the preset time for the member to reach the upper limit value of the grade.
And the third setting unit is used for setting the growth upper limit value of the member in a preset period.
A seventh obtaining unit, configured to obtain the total growth value according to the preset time and the growth upper limit value.
An eighth obtaining unit, configured to obtain, according to the total growth value and the level upper limit value, a level growth value corresponding to each level of the member according to a preset rule.
Further, the membership rights include an online discount coupon, an online redemption coupon, online activity information, and/or at least one of an offline discount coupon, an offline redemption coupon, and offline activity information.
Further, the apparatus further comprises:
a ninth obtaining unit, configured to obtain first feedback information of the user according to the first commodity information.
A tenth obtaining unit, configured to obtain a second growth value of the user according to the first feedback information and the first commodity information.
An eleventh obtaining unit, configured to obtain, according to the second growth value of the user, a current member level of the user from the member level system, and obtain a current member interest according to the current member level.
A second sending unit, configured to send the current member level and the current member right to the user.
Further, the member level and the level growth value have a first model relationship, and the first model relationship is a power function.
Further, the apparatus further comprises:
a twelfth obtaining unit, configured to obtain the first recommendation index of the user according to the first commodity information.
A thirteenth obtaining unit, configured to obtain a third growth value of the user according to the first recommendation index and the first commodity information.
A fourteenth obtaining unit, configured to obtain, according to the third growth value of the user, a current member level of the user from the member level system, and obtain a current member interest according to the current member level.
A third sending unit, configured to send the current member level and the current member right to the user.
Various modifications and embodiments of a member level management method in the first embodiment of fig. 1 are also applicable to a member level management device of this embodiment, and a person skilled in the art can clearly know an implementation method of a member level management device in this embodiment from the foregoing detailed description of a member level management method, so that a detailed description is omitted here for brevity of the description.
EXAMPLE III
Based on the same inventive concept as the member level management method in the foregoing embodiment, the present invention also provides a member level management apparatus having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, implements the steps of any one of the foregoing member level management methods.
Where in fig. 3 a bus architecture (represented by bus 300), bus 300 may include any number of interconnected buses and bridges, bus 300 linking together various circuits including one or more processors, represented by processor 302, and memory, represented by memory 304. The bus 300 may also link together various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, and the like, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described any further herein. A bus interface 306 provides an interface between the bus 300 and the receiver 301 and transmitter 303. The receiver 301 and the transmitter 303 may be the same element, i.e., a transceiver, providing a means for communicating with various other apparatus over a transmission medium.
The processor 302 is responsible for managing the bus 300 and general processing, and the memory 304 may be used for storing data used by the processor 302 in performing operations.
Example four
Based on the same inventive concept as the member level management method in the foregoing embodiment, the present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program that, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of: establishing a member level system according to the first logic relationship; acquiring corresponding member rights and interests of different levels according to the level system; obtaining first transaction information of a user; obtaining first commodity information according to the first transaction information; acquiring a first attention degree of the user according to the first commodity information; obtaining a first growth value of the user according to the first attention and the first commodity information; obtaining the current member level of the user from the member level system according to the first growth value of the user, and obtaining the current member rights and interests according to the current member level; and sending the current member grade and the current member right to the user.
In a specific implementation, when the program is executed by a processor, any method step in the first embodiment may be further implemented.
One or more technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application have at least one or more of the following technical effects:
according to the member level management method and device provided by the embodiment of the invention, a member level system is established according to a first logic relationship; acquiring corresponding member rights and interests of different levels according to the level system; obtaining first transaction information of a user; obtaining first commodity information according to the first transaction information; acquiring a first attention degree of the user according to the first commodity information; obtaining a first growth value of the user according to the first attention and the first commodity information; obtaining the current member level of the user from the member level system according to the first growth value of the user, and obtaining the current member rights and interests according to the current member level; the current member level and the current member rights are sent to the user, so that the technical problems that in the prior art, the member does not show the advantages of service due to insufficient member rights in member management, the member system is established singly, and the member system cannot be effectively fused with other information are solved, the member level is divided more accurately, better member management is facilitated, and the technical effect of the fusion degree with other information is improved.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present invention may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present invention may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present invention may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.

It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.
Claims (9)
1. A member level management method, the method comprising:
establishing a member level system according to the first logic relationship;
acquiring corresponding member rights and interests of different levels according to the level system;
obtaining first transaction information of a user;
obtaining first commodity information according to the first transaction information;
acquiring a first attention degree of the user according to the first commodity information;
obtaining a first growth value of the user according to the first attention and the first commodity information;
obtaining the current member level of the user from the member level system according to the first growth value of the user, and obtaining the current member rights and interests according to the current member level;
and sending the current member grade and the current member right to the user.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein establishing a member hierarchy based on the first logical relationship further comprises:
setting a grade upper limit value in the member grade system;
setting a preset time for the member to reach the upper limit value of the grade;
setting a growth upper limit value of the member in a preset period;
obtaining the total growth value according to the preset time and the growth upper limit value;
and obtaining a grade growth value corresponding to each grade of the member according to the total growth value and the grade upper limit value and a preset rule.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the membership rights include an online discount coupon, an online redemption coupon, online activity information, and/or at least one of an offline discount coupon, an offline redemption coupon, and offline activity information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring first feedback information of the user according to the first commodity information;
obtaining a second growth value of the user according to the first feedback information and the first commodity information;
obtaining the current member level of the user from the member level system according to the second growth value of the user, and obtaining the current member rights and interests according to the current member level;
and sending the current member grade and the current member right to the user.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the member level and the level growth value have a first model relationship therebetween, and the first model relationship is a power function.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
obtaining a first recommendation index of the user according to the first commodity information;
obtaining a third growth value of the user according to the first recommendation index and the first commodity information;
obtaining the current member level of the user from the member level system according to the third growth value of the user, and obtaining the current member interest according to the current member level;
and sending the current member grade and the current member right to the user.
7. A member level management apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the first establishing unit is used for establishing a member level system according to a first logical relationship;
the first obtaining unit is used for obtaining the membership rights and interests corresponding to different grades according to the grade system;
a second obtaining unit, configured to obtain first transaction information of a user;
the third obtaining unit is used for obtaining first commodity information according to the first transaction information;
a fourth obtaining unit, configured to obtain a first attention of the user according to the first commodity information;
a fifth obtaining unit, configured to obtain a first growth value of the user according to the first attention and the first commodity information;
a sixth obtaining unit, configured to obtain, according to the first growth value of the user, a current member level of the user from the member level system, and obtain a current member interest according to the current member level;
a first sending unit, configured to send the current member level and the current member right to the user.
8. A member level management apparatus comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and operable on the processor, wherein the processor when executing the program performs the steps of:
establishing a member level system according to the first logic relationship;
acquiring corresponding member rights and interests of different levels according to the level system;
obtaining first transaction information of a user;
obtaining first commodity information according to the first transaction information;
acquiring a first attention degree of the user according to the first commodity information;
obtaining a first growth value of the user according to the first attention and the first commodity information;
obtaining the current member level of the user from the member level system according to the first growth value of the user, and obtaining the current member rights and interests according to the current member level;
and sending the current member grade and the current member right to the user.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which program, when executed by a processor, carries out the steps of:
establishing a member level system according to the first logic relationship;
acquiring corresponding member rights and interests of different levels according to the level system;
obtaining first transaction information of a user;
obtaining first commodity information according to the first transaction information;
acquiring a first attention degree of the user according to the first commodity information;
obtaining a first growth value of the user according to the first attention and the first commodity information;
obtaining the current member level of the user from the member level system according to the first growth value of the user, and obtaining the current member rights and interests according to the current member level;
and sending the current member grade and the current member right to the user.
