In order to better understand the technical solution of the present specification, a specific implementation process of the present specification is described below by taking an example that the business system is a merchant and the business request is an unmanned retail business request, where the listed details in the example are mainly for ease of understanding and are not intended to limit the scope of protection of the present application.
For easy understanding, the present embodiment is divided into two stages, namely, a stage of ordering the commodity by the user (signing up), and a stage of actually purchasing the commodity by the user (performing), which are respectively described as follows:
first, a subscription stage (as shown in fig. 2):
1. and (3) merchant service admission, wherein a credit system (such as a third-party credit investigation company capable of providing credit service) evaluates the qualification of the merchant according to the application of the merchant, opens credit contract service for the merchant if the evaluation is passed, and signs an agreement with legal effect.
2. A merchant issues commodity categories and sets selling rules (i.e. corresponding contract terms) on its own website according to credit contract services provided by a credit system, where the term types include: from xx month xx day through xx month xx day, the commodity is purchased x times or x elements.
3. Before using the credit contract service, the user needs to make a credit evaluation admission judgment first, and can continue to use the credit contract service provided by the credit system after the credit evaluation admission judgment is passed.
4. Browsing a merchant website by a user, selecting and confirming proper commodities and terms; at this time, the credit system takes the information of the merchant and the user as an A/B party, records a credit contract containing specific terms, and finishes the signing stage.
Further, preferably, the credit contract may be a periodic contract, that is, the contracted user and the contracted merchant agree in advance on commodities that need to be consumed in a certain period, such as: the commodity is purchased x times or x elements in one month or from xx month xx day to xx month xx day.
Second, performing stage (as shown in fig. 3):
5. according to the rules of the credit contract terms, the credit contract date is executed on time, and the credit system automatically drives the contract A and the contract B to fulfill the credit contract according to the credit contract;
6. firstly, a merchant receives a stock order sent by a credit system, and the merchant starts stock:
a. if the merchant fails to complete the stock on time, the credit system records the default of the merchant, terminates the execution of the credit contract and carries out credit punishment processing on the merchant;
b. if the merchant deposits the goods into the appointed unmanned container (unmanned goods shelf) on time, recording the fulfillment information and the goods taking voucher (token) of the merchant, and continuing to advance the execution of the credit contract;
7. then the user receives a goods taking notice sent by the credit system and the unmanned container token, and starts to take the goods and pay:
a. if the user fails to take the goods and complete payment on time, the credit system records default of the user, terminates execution of the credit contract and carries out credit punishment processing on the user;
b. if the user takes the goods away by using the token and finishes payment, recording a piece of user performance information, and continuing to advance a contract;
8. the contract continues to be executed until the corresponding terms are completed, at which point the credit contract is terminated and the obligation to sign up party a or b is canceled.
In view of the problems that unmanned retail is single in goods source, diversified demands of users cannot be met, or cost is high and settlement efficiency is low in the prior art, the application provides the unmanned retail technical scheme based on the credit contract, and the users and merchants agree goods to be consumed in a certain period in advance through the credit contract.
