3. The robot service method according to claim 2, wherein the determining of the valid signal among the voice signals respectively collected by the plurality of sound sensors includes:
and identifying the voice signals artificially sent from the voice signals respectively collected by the plurality of sound sensors, and determining the identified voice signals as effective signals.
4. A robot service method according to claim 1, characterized in that the services comprise property services, smart home device control services, health services and/or shopping services;
the service module comprises a property service module, an intelligent household equipment control service module, a health service module or a shopping service module.
5. The robotic service method of claim 4, wherein the property services include property calls, bulletin views, and property payments; the service control command comprises a property calling control command, a notice viewing control command and a property payment control command;
the service module executes the service control command to provide corresponding service for the user, and the service module comprises the following steps:
the property service module executes the property call control command, establishes voice communication connection with a pre-bound property end and provides property call service for a user;
the property service module executes the announcement viewing control command, receives the pre-bound announcement information sent by the property end, pushes and displays the announcement information, and provides announcement viewing service for users;
and the property service module executes the property payment control command, receives property payment information from the pre-bound property end, pushes a property payment page and provides property payment service for a user.
6. A robot service method according to claim 1, characterized in that the service request of the user is implemented by means of text input, voice input, image input and/or screen click operation.
7. The robot service method according to claim 1, further comprising, after entering the working state and before receiving a service request of the user, the steps of:
acquiring user identity information and verifying the user identity information;
and if the verification is passed, receiving a service request of the user, otherwise, returning prompt information for suspending the service.
8. The robot service method of claim 7, wherein the obtaining user identity information comprises:
acquiring text login information of a user; or
And acquiring a face image of the user, and identifying the face image to obtain face information of the user.
9. A robot service device is applied to a robot terminal, a plurality of sound sensors corresponding to different sound receiving directions are arranged on the robot terminal, and the service device comprises:
a voice acquisition module: the voice receiving device is used for acquiring voice signals respectively acquired by a plurality of sound sensors corresponding to different sound receiving directions;
the voice processing module: the voice detection device is used for determining the direction of a sound source according to the voice signals respectively collected by the plurality of sound sensors;
