Preferably, the receiving unit 621 is configured to:
if the device is in an open state, starting a payment function according to a payment instruction when the payment instruction is received;
and if the device is in a closed state, starting according to a starting instruction of the user terminal, and starting a payment function according to a payment instruction received by the user terminal, wherein the starting instruction is determined and sent by the user terminal according to the received payment instruction, and the device is arranged in the user terminal.
Preferably, the payment unit 622 is configured to:
acquiring a payee, a payment amount and a payment password contained in the payment instruction;
and paying the payment amount to the payee according to the payment password.
In the method, the device, the equipment and the medium for remotely controlling payment, voice payment interaction information of a user is identified, a target payment client and payment information of the user are determined, and a payment instruction is sent to the target payment client according to the payment information. And the target payment client pays the corresponding payment amount to the payee according to the payment instruction. Therefore, when the user terminal is not at the user, the user can execute corresponding payment operation by remotely controlling the target payment client in the user terminal, and the convenience of the user terminal operation is improved.
For convenience of description, the above parts are separately described as modules (or units) according to functional division. Of course, the functionality of the various modules (or units) may be implemented in the same one or more pieces of software or hardware when implementing the present application.
Based on the above embodiments, referring to fig. 7, in an embodiment of the present application, a structural schematic diagram of a control device is shown.
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a control device, which may include a processor 7010 (CPU), a memory 7020, an input device 7030, an output device 7040, and the like, wherein the input device 7030 may include a keyboard, a mouse, a touch screen, and the like, and the output device 7040 may include a Display device, such as a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), and the like.
The memory 7020 may include read-only memory (ROM) and Random Access Memory (RAM), and provides the processor 7010 with program instructions and data stored in the memory 7020. In the embodiment of the present application, the memory 7020 may be used to store programs for remote control in the embodiment of the present application.
The processor 7010 is configured to execute a method of remotely controlling payment provided by the embodiments shown in fig. 3 or fig. 5 by invoking program instructions stored in the memory 7020 by the processor 7010.
In an embodiment of the present application, a computer-readable storage medium is further provided, on which a computer program is stored, and the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the method for remote control in any of the above-mentioned method embodiments.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present application may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present application may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.
The present application is described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (systems), and computer program products according to embodiments of the application. It will be understood that each flow and/or block of the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, and combinations of flows and/or blocks in the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, can be implemented by computer program instructions. These computer program instructions may be provided to a processor of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, embedded processor, or other programmable data processing apparatus to produce a machine, such that the instructions, which execute via the processor of the computer or other programmable data processing apparatus, create means for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.

While the preferred embodiments of the present application have been described, additional variations and modifications in those embodiments may occur to those skilled in the art once they learn of the basic inventive concepts. Therefore, it is intended that the appended claims be interpreted as including preferred embodiments and all alterations and modifications as fall within the scope of the application.

Claims (14)

1. A method of remotely controlling payment, the method comprising the steps of:
acquiring voice payment interaction information of a user;
identifying the voice payment interactive information, and determining a target payment client and payment information of the user, wherein the payment information comprises a payee and a payment amount;
and sending a payment instruction to the target payment client according to the payment information, wherein the payment instruction is used for indicating the target payment client to pay the payment amount to the payee.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining voice payment interaction information for a user comprises:
acquiring voice payment interaction information of the user in a mode of acquiring peripheral voice; or receiving the voice payment interaction information of the user sent by the audio acquisition equipment.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein identifying the voice payment interaction information, determining the user's target payment client and payment information, comprises:
performing voiceprint recognition on the voice payment interaction information to determine the identity of the user;
determining a target payment client of the user according to the identity of the user;
performing voice recognition on the voice payment interactive information, and determining voice text content corresponding to the voice payment interactive information;
and performing semantic recognition on the voice text content to determine the payment information of the user.
4. A method for remotely controlling payment, applied to a target payment client, comprising:
starting a payment function when a payment instruction is received, wherein the payment instruction is sent according to a target payment client identified from voice payment interactive information of a user and payment information, and the payment information comprises a payee and a payment amount;
and paying the payment amount to the payee according to the payment instruction.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein initiating a payment function upon receiving a payment instruction comprises:
if the target payment client is in an open state, starting a payment function according to the payment instruction when the payment instruction is received;
and if the target payment client is in a closed state, starting according to a starting instruction of a user terminal, and starting a payment function according to a payment instruction received by the user terminal, wherein the starting instruction is determined and sent by the user terminal according to the received payment instruction, and the target payment client is arranged in the user terminal.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein paying the payment amount to the payee in accordance with the payment instruction comprises:
acquiring a payee, a payment amount and a payment password contained in the payment instruction;
and paying the payment amount to the payee according to the payment password.
7. An apparatus for remotely controlling payments, comprising:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring voice payment interaction information of a user;
the recognition unit is used for recognizing the voice payment interaction information and determining a target payment client and payment information of the user, wherein the payment information comprises a payee and a payment amount;
and the sending unit is used for sending a payment instruction to the target payment client according to the payment information, and the payment instruction is used for indicating the target payment client to pay the payment amount to the payee.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the obtaining unit is to:
acquiring voice payment interaction information of the user in a mode of acquiring peripheral voice; or receiving the voice payment interaction information of the user sent by the audio acquisition equipment.
9. The apparatus of claim 7 or 8, wherein the identification unit is to:
performing voiceprint recognition on the voice payment interaction information to determine the identity of the user;
determining a target payment client of the user according to the identity of the user;
performing voice recognition on the voice payment interactive information, and determining voice text content corresponding to the voice payment interactive information;
and performing semantic recognition on the voice text content to determine the payment information of the user.
10. An apparatus for remotely controlling payments, comprising:
the system comprises a receiving unit, a payment unit and a payment processing unit, wherein the receiving unit is used for starting a payment function when receiving a payment instruction, the payment instruction is sent according to payment information identified from voice payment interactive information of a user, and the payment information comprises a payee and a payment amount;
and the payment unit is used for paying the payment amount to the payee according to the payment instruction.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the receiving unit is to:
if the device is in an open state, starting a payment function according to the payment instruction when the payment instruction is received;
and if the device is in a closed state, starting according to a starting instruction of the user terminal, and starting a payment function according to a payment instruction received by the user terminal, wherein the starting instruction is determined and sent by the user terminal according to the received payment instruction, and the device is arranged in the user terminal.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the payment unit is to:
acquiring a payee, a payment amount and a payment password contained in the payment instruction;
and paying the payment amount to the payee according to the payment password.
13. A control apparatus, characterized by comprising:
at least one memory for storing program instructions;
at least one processor for calling program instructions stored in said memory and for executing the steps of the method of any of the preceding claims 1-3, or 4-6, according to the obtained program instructions.
14. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 3 or 4 to 6.
