Abstract
The invention discloses a garbage classification processor and a classification processing system, wherein the garbage classification processor comprises an image detection device, a humidity detection device, a terminal controller and a display device; the image detection device is configured to detect image data of garbage to be classified, the humidity detection device is configured to detect humidity data of the garbage to be classified, and the terminal controller is configured to transmit the image data and the humidity data of the garbage to be classified, and is further configured to receive a control signal and control a display device to display a preset garbage classification result according to the control signal. According to the garbage classification processor provided by the invention, the image data and the humidity data of the garbage to be classified are analyzed by the computer and then are compared with the preset garbage technical characteristic data, so that the garbage type of the garbage to be classified is rapidly judged, residents can easily and accurately classify the dry and wet garbage through the garbage classification processor, and the accuracy and the speed of garbage classification are greatly improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of garbage classification treatment, in particular to a garbage classification processor and a classification treatment system.
Background
With the progress of society, the living standard and quality of people are gradually improved, and the amount of consumable things is increased, so that more and more garbage is generated, and the garbage is mainly treated by methods such as landfill, incineration and the like. In order to effectively reduce the processing amount of the garbage and slow down the consumption of earth resources, the recyclable garbage in the garbage can be classified, recycled and reused.

The garbage classification processor performs the garbage classification processing steps as follows: acquiring image data of garbage to be classified, acquiring humidity data of the garbage to be classified, processing the image data and the humidity data of the garbage to be classified, judging whether the image data and the humidity data are matched with preset wet garbage characteristics, and if the image data and the humidity data are matched with the preset wet garbage characteristics, sending a wet garbage control signal to control a display device to display wet garbage information; if not, a dry garbage control signal is sent out to control the display device to display the dry garbage information.
The image detection device may include at least one camera, the humidity detection device may include at least one humidity sensor, the terminal controller may be implemented by hardware, software, firmware, or any feasible combination thereof, and the display device may be a display screen or other equipment with signal display function.
The image detection device is configured to detect image data of the garbage to be classified, and the humidity detection device is configured to detect humidity data of the garbage to be classified.
The image detection device can be various types of cameras, including but not limited to a network camera, a digital camera, a color dome camera, an infrared camera or an integrated camera, etc.; the image detection device may also be various types of cameras including, but not limited to, a web camera, a digital camera, an infrared camera, or the like.
The humidity detection means may be various types of humidity sensors including, but not limited to, lithium chloride humidity sensors, carbon humidity sensors, alumina hygrometers, ceramic humidity sensors, and the like.
The terminal controller may include components such as a terminal processor, a communication device, a power module, and the like.
The terminal processor may be a micro-control unit (MCU) or the like. The power supply module can provide stable power supply for each component in the terminal controller, and also can provide stable power supply for the image detection device, the humidity detection device and the result display device. The power module may be an external dc or ac power source, or may be a power storage device, such as a battery. The communication device may include a wired network interface or the like, for example, a wired transmission manner such as twisted pair, optical fiber or coaxial cable is adopted for information transmission; the communication device may also include a wireless network card, bluetooth, etc., for example, wifi, bluetooth, or wireless transmission method such as that via a communication network.
The terminal controller is configured to transmit the image data and the humidity data to the server terminal, and is further configured to receive a control signal from the server terminal to control the display device to display wet trash or dry trash information.
The display device can be a display panel, and the user is informed of the garbage classification treatment result by displaying the text information of 'wet garbage' or 'dry garbage', for example, if the display panel displays 'wet garbage', the garbage to be detected is wet garbage, and the display panel displays 'dry garbage', the standby detection garbage is dry garbage; for a user capable of recognizing characters, the result feedback mode is more intuitive and has the advantage of easy recognition.
The display device can also be an indicator light, and the dry garbage or the wet garbage can be distinguished and displayed through the difference of the colors of the indicator light. For example, when the indicator light is displayed in red, the garbage to be detected is wet garbage; when the indicator light is green, the to-be-detected garbage is dry garbage.
The display device can also be a voice broadcasting device, and the corresponding result is fed back by broadcasting the wet garbage or the dry garbage, for example, when the voice signal wet garbage is broadcasted, the garbage to be detected is wet garbage; when broadcasting sound signal "dry rubbish", then wait to detect rubbish and be dry rubbish.
The garbage classification processor is provided with a handle, and the design of the handle accords with the human engineering design and is convenient for human hands to use.
The present embodiment provides a garbage classification processing system, fig. 2 shows a schematic block diagram of the garbage classification processing system provided by the present embodiment, and fig. 3 shows a schematic diagram of the garbage classification processing system provided by the present embodiment.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the garbage classification processing system comprises a control device and the garbage classification processor according to any embodiment. The control device is arranged at the server end and is a remote control device of the garbage classification processor.
The trash classification processor may include an image detection device, a humidity detection device, a display device, and a terminal controller. The control device may include at least one processor and at least one memory. The components of the image sensing device, the humidity sensing device, the terminal controller, the display device, the processor and the memory are interconnected by a bus system and/or other form of connection mechanism. The schematic diagram of the garbage classification processing system provided in this embodiment is merely exemplary and not limiting, and the garbage classification processing system may have other components and structures as needed.
The information transmission is carried out between the garbage classification processor and the control device through wireless signals or wired signals.
The processor may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU) or other form of processing unit having data processing capabilities or program execution capabilities, such as an image processing unit, a humidity processing unit, or the like. The processor may control other components on the server side to perform desired functions.
The memory may include at least one computer program product, and the computer program may include various forms of computer-readable storage media, such as volatile memory and/or non-volatile memory. Volatile memory can include, for example, Random Access Memory (RAM), cache memory (or the like). The non-volatile memory may include, for example, Read Only Memory (ROM), a hard disk, an Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EPROM), a portable compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), USB memory, flash memory, and the like. One or more computer programs may be stored on the computer-readable storage medium and executed by the processor to implement various functions.
The control device may also include a display. The display is used for displaying the garbage image detected by the image detection device and the humidity data detected by the humidity detection device. The display may be a liquid crystal display, an organic light emitting diode display, or the like.
The computer program may be run by a processor to perform the steps of: acquiring garbage image data; acquiring garbage humidity data, processing the garbage image data and the garbage humidity data to judge whether garbage to be classified is matched with wet garbage or not, and if so, sending a wet garbage control signal to control a display device to display a wet garbage signal; if not, sending a dry garbage control signal to control a display device to display the dry garbage signal.
The present embodiments provide a storage device storing a computer program adapted to be run by a processor.
In an example of this embodiment, the storage device may be applied to the garbage classification processing system according to any one of the second embodiment, and may be a memory in the garbage classification processing system.
The computer program may be run by a processor to perform the steps of: acquiring image data of garbage to be classified; acquiring humidity data of garbage to be classified; processing the garbage image data and the humidity data to judge whether the image data and the garbage of the garbage to be classified are matched with the characteristics of wet garbage or not, and if so, sending a wet garbage control signal to control a display device to display a wet garbage signal; if not, sending a dry garbage control signal to control a display device to display the dry garbage signal.

The garbage classification processor is characterized by comprising an image detection device, a humidity detection device, a terminal controller and a display device; the image detection device is configured to detect image data of garbage to be classified, the humidity detection device is configured to detect humidity data of the garbage to be classified, the terminal controller is configured to send the image data and the humidity data of the garbage to be classified, and is further configured to receive a control signal and control a display device to display a preset result according to the control signal.
2. The waste classification processor according to claim 1, characterized in that the image detection means is a video or still camera.
3. The waste sorting processor of claim 2, wherein the humidity detection device is a humidity sensor.
4. The waste sorting processor of claim 3, wherein the humidity sensor is one of a lithium chloride humidity sensor, a carbon humidity sensitive element, an alumina hygrometer, and a ceramic humidity sensor.
5. The waste classification processor of claim 4, wherein the terminal controller comprises a mid-end processor, a communication device, and a power module.
6. The waste sorting processor of claim 5, wherein the display device is a display panel.
7. The waste sorting processor of claim 5, wherein the display device is an indicator light.
8. The garbage classification processor according to claim 5, wherein the display device is a voice broadcast device.
9. A waste classification processing system comprising a control device and a waste classification processor according to any one of claims 1-8, wherein the control device comprises a processor and a memory, the memory storing a computer program which, when executed by the processor, performs the steps of:
acquiring image data of garbage to be classified;
acquiring humidity data of garbage to be classified;
processing the image data and the humidity data of the garbage to be classified to judge whether the garbage to be classified is matched with dry garbage or not;
if yes, sending a dry garbage control signal to the garbage classification processor to control a display device to display dry garbage information;
if not, sending a wet garbage control signal to the garbage classification processor to control a display device to display wet garbage information.
