The invention discloses an on-line continuous detection and self-cleaning device for an industrial formaldehyde solution, which comprises a material kettle, a material pipeline, an ultrasonic liquid concentration detector, a spray washing pipe, a DCS concentration management system and a display, wherein the material kettle is connected with the material pipeline through a pipeline; a formaldehyde solution is stored in the material kettle; the material pipeline is connected with a feed valve and a centrifugal pump; the ultrasonic liquid concentration detector and the leaching pipe are arranged inside the material pipeline; the leaching pipe is provided with a leaching spray hole capable of cleaning the ultrasonic liquid concentration detector; the ultrasonic liquid solubility detector, the spray washing pipe, the display, the feed valve and the centrifugal pump are connected with the DCS concentration management system. According to the on-line continuous detection and self-cleaning device for the industrial formaldehyde solution, the concentration of the industrial formaldehyde in the material kettle can be continuously detected on line and displayed in real time, the self-cleaning of the detection device is realized through the leaching pipe, and meanwhile, the safe and efficient operation of the industrial formaldehyde production is effectively guaranteed through the alarm function and the error signal function carried on the DCS concentration management system.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of formaldehyde concentration detection, in particular to an on-line continuous detection and self-cleaning device for an industrial formaldehyde solution.
Background
The industrial formaldehyde solution is colorless transparent liquid with pungent smell, is an important organic chemical raw material besides being directly used as a medical preservative, and can be used for producing phenolic resin, polyformaldehyde plastics, urotropine, pesticides, medicines, dyes, vinylon fibers and the like.
The formaldehyde content is an important quality index of industrial formaldehyde solutions. The method for measuring the formaldehyde content in the national standard (GB/T9009-1998) of the industrial formaldehyde solution is a chemical analysis method, namely an acid-base titration method. The determination principle is that formaldehyde reacts with excessive neutral sodium sulfite solution to generate sodium hydroxide, and the sodium hydroxide is titrated by using standard titration solution of sulfuric acid with thymolphthalein as an indicator (the end point is blue which just disappears). The method generally meets the requirements of high degree of certainty and wide measurement range, but belongs to off-line detection, namely, an industrial formaldehyde solution sample is collected back to a laboratory for analysis, so the detection period according to the method is long, the cost is high, the steps are complicated, the field to be detected can not be directly carried out, and the concentration of the industrial formaldehyde solution can not be reflected in real time. Due to the reasons, the results of central control analysis and product analysis are not consistent, so that a production workshop is not suitable; sometimes, the analysis results between the manufacturer and the user are not consistent, and some unnecessary quality objections are caused. Therefore, the on-line continuous detection device with low development cost, automation and high accuracy has important significance.

The invention uses the DCS concentration management system, integrates five steps of feeding, detecting, self-cleaning, displaying and early warning, and has the following advantages: 1. the automatic control system automatically controls the material valve and the centrifugal pump to carry out material conveying, when liquid materials flow through the ultrasonic liquid detector, a DCS concentration management system processes detection signals and displays various parameters such as liquid concentration, temperature and sound velocity in real time, so that the detection precision is more accurate, and workers can conveniently and visually observe detection results; 2. The automatic control showering pipe regularly cleans the ultrasonic liquid concentration detector, and the accuracy of a measuring result is ensured while the detector is maintained; 3. when the detected materials exceed the set parameter range, the alarm function and the error signal function carried on the DCS concentration management system transmit output signals to the buzzer to give an alarm, and the working personnel are prompted to take corresponding measures. The on-line continuous detection device for the industrial formaldehyde solution greatly reduces the labor intensity, realizes the automatic control and on-line detection of detection equipment, and effectively ensures the safe and efficient operation of the industrial formaldehyde production.
