Description

Operation control method and device, air conditioner and storage medium
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of air conditioner control, and in particular, to an operation control method, an operation control device, an air conditioner, and a computer-readable storage medium.
Background
In the related art, the air conditioner generally controls the swing blade to be fixed so as to supply air through a fixed angle or controls the swing blade to swing at a constant speed so as to uniformly change the air supply angle of the swing blade, but the air conditioner has the following defects:
(1) the fixed angle supply may cause the air flow to blow straight on the user, causing discomfort to the user.
(2) The air supply of the air conditioner controlled by changing the air outlet angle of the swing blade at a constant speed may cause too short time for air flow to sweep across a user, so that the thermal comfort experience of the user is not good.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art or the related art.
To this end, an object of the present invention is to provide a new operation control method of an air conditioner.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an operation control device of an air conditioner, an air conditioner and a computer readable storage medium.
In order to achieve at least one of the above objects, according to a first aspect of the present invention, an operation control method for an air conditioner is provided, which specifically includes: responding to an operation instruction of the air conditioner, and controlling an air guide assembly of the air conditioner to adjust to a maximum air outlet angle; and when the detected operating condition meets the adjusting requirement, controlling the air guide assembly to enter a wind sweeping mode or controlling the air guide assembly to supply air at a first specified angle according to the temperature adjusting mode of the air conditioner.
In the technical scheme, when the air conditioner is controlled to start to operate, the air guide assembly is controlled to operate to the maximum air outlet angle to realize quick refrigeration or quick heating of a room, after the condition parameters are detected to meet the adjustment requirement, the room temperature can be considered to be relatively close to the target temperature, so that a fine adjustment stage is entered, and whether the air guide assembly starts to swing or is adjusted to another air outlet angle is determined based on the current temperature adjustment mode (namely a refrigeration mode or a heating mode) to meet the comfort requirements of users in different temperature adjustment modes.
The maximum air outlet angle corresponds to the maximum air supply range of the air conditioner, and the air guide assembly can be a left-right swinging air supply air guide assembly and also can be a vertical swinging air supply air guide assembly.
The operation condition can be the operation duration, the adjusted room temperature and the like.
The air guide assembly is controlled to continuously swing, so that the uniformity of the room temperature distribution is improved.
The air guide assembly is adjusted to a first designated angle, which may be determined based on the relative position of the air conditioner and the user, which defines a goal of preventing the air conditioner from blowing straight on the user.
In addition, the corresponding outlet air speed can be determined based on the difference between the room temperature and the target temperature, so that the cooling or heating efficiency is ensured.
In above-mentioned technical scheme, detect that operating condition satisfies the regulation demand, control air guide component according to the temperature regulation mode and get into the mode of sweeping the wind or control air guide component at first appointed angle air supply, specifically include: if the operation condition meets the adjustment requirement, controlling the air guide assembly to enter a wind sweeping mode in the refrigeration mode; in the heating mode, the air guide assembly is controlled to blow air at a first designated angle, wherein in the sweeping mode, the air guide assembly sweeps air at a variable speed, and the first designated angle corresponds to downward blowing air.
Wherein, wind-guiding subassembly passes through the swing of driving motor drive, and the wind is swept to the variable speed includes the following operational mode at least:
(1) in the swinging process of the air guide assembly, the driving motor gradually increases the rotating speed or gradually decreases the rotating speed;
(2) the air guide assembly performs intermittent air guide operation, namely, one or more stopping angles are preset, and the driving motor stops rotating for a period of time under the stopping angles.
(3) A swing stroke of the air guide assembly is divided into multiple sections of strokes, and swing speeds are different in different strokes.
In the technical scheme, under the refrigeration mode, direct blowing to a user needs to be prevented, and the uniformity of refrigeration distribution needs to be ensured, so that when the operation condition is detected to meet the adjustment requirement, the air guide assembly can be controlled to sweep air at a variable speed in a subsequent stage.
Under the heating mode, because the hot gas flow upwards diffuses easily, in order to promote temperature distribution's homogeneity, when detecting that operating condition satisfies the regulation demand, adjust to first appointed angle through the air-out angle with air guide component, make the air conditioner air-out downwards, on the one hand, can reduce the probability to the user directly blowing, on the other hand also is favorable to promoting temperature distribution's homogeneity to the effect of warm foot is realized.
In any of the above technical solutions, in the wind sweeping mode, the variable speed wind sweeping of the wind guide assembly specifically includes: in a swing period, if the air guide assembly is detected to run to a second designated angle, controlling the air guide assembly to stop swinging under the second designated angle; and controlling the air guide assembly to continuously swing when the static time length at the second specified angle is detected to be greater than or equal to the specified time length.
In the technical scheme, as an implementation mode of variable-speed wind sweeping, when the swing angle of the air guide assembly is detected to reach the second designated angle, the swing is continued after the designated time of the swing is suspended, a swing period is completed, the air guide assembly automatically stops running when the second designated angle is reached through presetting the second designated angle and the corresponding designated time, the air conditioner runs without manually adjusting the swing state of the air guide assembly by a user, and therefore the air outlet requirement of the user can be met, and the use experience of the user is favorably improved.
In any of the above technical solutions, the method further includes: and determining the air outlet angle with the highest frequency in the specified historical operation record of the air conditioner as a second specified angle.
In the technical scheme, the appointed historical operation record is saved, and the air outlet angle with the largest recording frequency in the appointed historical operation record is extracted to serve as the second appointed angle, so that the use habits of a user are memorized and identified, the air guide assembly is controlled to pause for the appointed time at the angle, and the frequency of manually adjusting the air outlet angle by the user is reduced.
Wherein, appointed historical operation record can be the operation record of N record before, and the air-out angle that the frequency of appearance is the highest among the statistics appointed historical operation record can be the number of times that a specific angle value appears, also can be the number of times that falls into the air-out angle of a certain angle scope.
In any of the above technical solutions, the method further includes: determining the time length ratio according to the recording times of the specified historical operating records and the frequency of the second specified angle in the specified historical operating records; and determining the specified time length according to the time length ratio and the time length of the swing period.
In the technical scheme, when the continuous duration of a continuous swing period is only when a driving motor of the air guide assembly is continuously in a running state, the air guide assembly finishes the time required by the swing period, the total recorded times of the specified historical running records are used as denominators, the times of detecting the second specified angle are used as numerators, a time length ratio is obtained, and the specified time length can be configured according to the time length ratio and the continuous duration of the continuous swing period, so that the air guide assembly can continuously swing after being suspended for the specified time length when reaching the second specified angle in the running process, and the air outlet direction requirement of a user is met to the maximum extent under the condition that manual control of the user is not needed.
The skilled person can understand that, if the air outlet angles of the air conditioner are the same each time the air conditioner operates, the time length ratio is 1, in this case, the time of pause at the second designated angle is also the time of one swing period of the original air guide assembly, so that the time length required by the new swing period is 2 times of the time length of the original swing period.
Specifically, t is the duration of a continuous swing period, and the number of times N that the previous N air outlet angles appear as a second designated angle Φ x is recordedxControlling the time t for the air guide assembly to stay at the second designated angle phi xxComprises the following steps:
Figure BDA0002269595730000041
in any of the above technical solutions, in the wind sweeping mode, the variable speed wind sweeping of the wind guide assembly specifically includes: dividing the total stroke of a swing period into a plurality of sections of strokes; and controlling the swing assembly to respectively complete multiple strokes according to different swing speeds.
In the technical scheme, the total stroke of the swing period is divided into multiple sections to form, different swing speeds are adopted in different strokes by controlling the air guide assembly, the air sweeping effect is achieved, meanwhile, the duration of the stroke can be prolonged through speed reduction in the preset stroke, and the purpose of meeting the air outlet requirement of a user can be achieved.
In any of the above technical solutions, controlling the swing assembly to respectively complete multiple strokes according to different swing speeds specifically includes: configuring a target air outlet area according to the historical operating record; determining a wind sweeping stroke corresponding to a target wind outlet area; if the wind enters the wind sweeping stroke, controlling the swinging assembly to swing according to the first swinging speed; and if the wind sweeping stroke is not within the wind sweeping stroke, controlling the swinging assembly to swing according to a second swinging speed, wherein the first swinging speed is lower than the second swinging speed.
In any of the above technical solutions, the method further includes: detecting whether the elapsed time length is greater than or equal to a time length threshold value or not from the moment of acquiring the operation instruction; and if the duration is greater than or equal to the duration threshold, determining that the operation condition meets the adjustment requirement.
In the technical scheme, after the air conditioner operates for a period of time, the room temperature has an obvious adjusting effect, namely the room temperature enters a comfortable area, and under the condition, the operating condition can be considered to meet the adjusting requirement so as to further adjust the air guide assembly.
Specifically, the time length threshold may range from 10min to 18min, preferably 15 min.
In any of the above technical solutions, the method further includes: and determining that the operation condition meets the regulation requirement when the temperature difference value between the room temperature and the target temperature is detected to be less than or equal to the temperature difference threshold value.
In the technical scheme, if the temperature difference value between the room temperature and the target temperature is detected to be smaller than or equal to the temperature difference threshold value, the room temperature is also indicated to be relatively close to the target temperature, namely the room temperature enters a comfortable area, and under the condition, the operation condition can be considered to meet the adjustment requirement, so that the air guide assembly is further adjusted.
The temperature difference threshold may range from 2 ℃ to 5 ℃, preferably 3 ℃.
In any one of the above technical solutions, in response to an operation instruction of the air conditioner, the air guide assembly of the air conditioner is controlled to adjust to a maximum air outlet angle, and the air conditioner further includes: determining a temperature difference value in response to the operation instruction; and determining the rotating speed of an indoor fan of the air conditioner according to the temperature difference value, wherein the rotating speed of the indoor fan is positively correlated with the temperature difference value.
In this technical scheme, after receiving the operation instruction, through the difference in temperature value based on between room temperature and the target temperature, confirm indoor fan rotational speed, when the difference in temperature value is great, adopt great indoor fan rotational speed, combine the biggest air-out angle, realize the high-efficient refrigeration or the heating of air conditioner, when the difference in temperature value is less, adopt less indoor fan rotational speed, combine the biggest air-out angle, can promote the travelling comfort of air-out to be favorable to energy-conservation.

Detailed Description
In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention can be more clearly understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described herein, and therefore the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
The first embodiment is as follows:
as shown in fig. 1, an operation control method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
and 102, responding to an operation instruction of the air conditioner, and controlling an air guide assembly of the air conditioner to adjust to a maximum air outlet angle.
When the air conditioner is controlled to start to operate, the air guide assembly is controlled to operate to the maximum air outlet angle, so that the room can be rapidly cooled or heated, and the efficient output of the air conditioner is realized.
The maximum air outlet angle corresponds to the maximum air supply range of the air conditioner, and the air guide assembly can be an air guide assembly for supplying air in a left-right swinging mode or an air guide assembly for supplying air in an up-down swinging mode.
And 104, detecting that the operation condition meets the adjustment requirement, and controlling the air guide assembly to enter a wind sweeping mode or controlling the air guide assembly to supply air at a first specified angle according to the temperature adjustment mode of the air conditioner.
The operation condition can be operation duration, adjusted room temperature and the like.
In this embodiment, after it is detected that the operating condition parameter satisfies the adjustment requirement, it may be considered that the room temperature is relatively close to the target temperature, so as to enter a fine adjustment stage, and determine whether the air guide assembly starts to swing or is adjusted to another air outlet angle based on the current temperature adjustment mode (i.e., a cooling mode or a heating mode), so as to satisfy comfort requirements of users in different temperature adjustment modes.
In some embodiments, in response to an operation instruction of the air conditioner, in addition to controlling the air guide assembly, the method may further correspondingly control the rotation speed of the indoor fan to determine the corresponding outlet air speed, specifically including: determining a temperature difference value in response to the operation instruction; and determining the rotating speed of an indoor fan of the air conditioner according to the temperature difference value, wherein the rotating speed of the indoor fan is positively correlated with the temperature difference value.
In this embodiment, after receiving the operation instruction, through the difference in temperature value based on between room temperature and the target temperature, confirm indoor fan rotational speed, when the difference in temperature value is great, adopt great indoor fan rotational speed, combine the biggest air-out angle, realize the high-efficient refrigeration or the heating of air conditioner, when the difference in temperature value is less, adopt less indoor fan rotational speed, combine the biggest air-out angle, can promote the travelling comfort of air-out to be favorable to energy-conservation.
In some embodiments, one possible implementation manner of the step 104 is:
if the operation condition meets the adjustment requirement, the air guide assembly is controlled to enter a wind sweeping mode in the refrigeration mode, and the air guide assembly is swept at a variable speed in the wind sweeping mode.
In the refrigeration mode, direct blowing to a user needs to be prevented, and the uniformity of refrigeration distribution needs to be ensured, so that when the operation condition is detected to meet the adjustment requirement, the air guide assembly can be controlled to swing back and forth in the subsequent stage, the control mode is variable-speed air sweeping, the mode can prolong the duration of a swing period relative to continuous uniform-speed swing, and the uniformity of room temperature distribution is improved while the pertinence of air supply is realized through the matching of fixed-point air supply and air sweeping in the swing period.
Another possible implementation manner of the step 104 is as follows: if the operation condition meets the adjustment requirement, the air guide assembly is controlled to supply air at a first designated angle in the heating mode, wherein the first designated angle corresponds to downward air supply, and the first designated angle corresponds to downward air supply.
In some embodiments, in the wind sweeping mode, the wind guide assembly performs variable-speed wind sweeping, and the variable-speed wind sweeping can be realized by the following steps:
and controlling the air guide assembly to start swinging, and in a swinging period, if the swinging angle of the air guide assembly is detected to reach a second specified angle, controlling the air guide assembly to stay at the specified angle for a specified time period and then continuously swing so as to enter the next swinging period after finishing one swinging period.
In this embodiment, as an implementation manner of variable speed wind sweeping, when it is detected that the swing angle of the wind guide assembly reaches the second designated angle, the swing is continued after the swing is suspended for the designated time period, and a swing period is completed.
In some embodiments, one way of determining the second specified angle is:
and determining the air outlet angle with the highest frequency in the specified historical operation record of the air conditioner as a second specified angle.
In the embodiment, the air outlet angle with the largest recording frequency in the designated historical operating record is extracted as the second designated angle by saving the designated historical operating record, so that the use habits of the user are memorized and recognized, the designated time length of the air guide assembly which is paused at the angle is controlled, and the frequency of manually adjusting the air outlet angle by the user is reduced.
The air outlet angle with the highest frequency in the specified historical operation record is counted, the frequency of the occurrence of a specific angle value can be counted, and the frequency of the air outlet angle falling into a certain angle range can also be counted.
In some embodiments, one way to determine the specified duration is to:
determining the time length ratio according to the recording times of the specified historical operating records and the frequency of the second specified angle in the specified historical operating records; and determining the specified time length according to the time length ratio and the duration of one continuous swing period.
In this embodiment, when the duration of a continuous oscillation period is only when the driving motor of the air guide assembly is continuously in an operating state, the air guide assembly completes the time required by the oscillation period, the total recorded times of the specified historical operating records is used as a denominator, the times of detecting the second specified angle is used as a numerator, a time-length ratio is obtained, and according to the time-length ratio and the duration of the continuous oscillation period, the specified time length can be configured, so that the air guide assembly continues to oscillate after being suspended for the specified time length when reaching the second specified angle in the operating process, and the requirement of the air outlet direction of the user is met to the maximum extent without manual control of the user.
Figure BDA0002269595730000091
in some embodiments, in the wind sweeping mode, the wind guide assembly is used for sweeping wind at variable speed, and the method can also be realized by the following steps:
dividing the total stroke of a swing period into a plurality of sections of strokes; and controlling the swing assembly to respectively complete multiple strokes according to different swing speeds.
Further, according to different swing speeds, the swing assembly is controlled to respectively complete multiple sections of strokes, and the method specifically comprises the following steps: configuring a target air outlet area according to the historical operating record; determining a wind sweeping stroke corresponding to a target wind outlet area; if the wind enters the wind sweeping stroke, controlling the swinging assembly to swing according to the first swinging speed; and if the wind sweeping stroke is not within the wind sweeping stroke, controlling the swinging assembly to swing according to a second swinging speed, wherein the first swinging speed is lower than the second swinging speed.
In the embodiment, the total stroke of the swing period is divided into a plurality of sections to form, different swing speeds are adopted in different strokes by controlling the air guide assembly, the wind sweeping effect is achieved, meanwhile, the duration of the stroke can be prolonged through speed reduction in the preset stroke, and the purpose of meeting the air outlet requirement of a user can be achieved.
In some embodiments, detecting whether the operating conditions meet regulatory requirements may be accomplished by:
one possible way is to: detecting whether the elapsed time length is greater than or equal to a time length threshold value or not from the moment of acquiring the operation instruction; and if the duration is greater than or equal to the duration threshold, determining that the operation condition meets the adjustment requirement.
In this embodiment, after the air conditioner is operated for a period of time, the room temperature has a significant adjusting effect, that is, the room temperature enters a comfortable area, in which case the operation condition can be considered to meet the adjusting requirement, so as to further adjust the air guide assembly.
Specifically, the time length threshold may range from 10min to 18min, preferably 15 min.
Another possible way is: and determining that the operation condition meets the regulation requirement when the temperature difference value between the room temperature and the target temperature is detected to be less than or equal to the temperature difference threshold value.
In this embodiment, if it is detected that the temperature difference value between the room temperature and the target temperature is less than or equal to the temperature difference threshold value, it also indicates that the room temperature is relatively close to the target temperature, that is, the room temperature enters the comfort zone, in which case the operation condition may also be considered to meet the adjustment requirement, so as to further adjust the air guide assembly.
The temperature difference threshold may range from 2 ℃ to 5 ℃, preferably 3 ℃.
Example two:
as shown in fig. 2, an operation control method according to another embodiment of the present invention, applied to a cooling operation mode, includes:
step 202, responding to an operation instruction of the air conditioner, and controlling an air guide assembly of the air conditioner to adjust to a maximum air outlet angle.
And 204, controlling the air guide assembly to swing when detecting that the running time of the air conditioner is greater than or equal to a time threshold value from the moment of starting running according to the running instruction and/or detecting that the temperature difference value between the room temperature and the target temperature is less than or equal to a temperature threshold value.
Specifically, the time length threshold may range from 10min to 18min, preferably 15 min.
The temperature difference threshold may range from 2 ℃ to 5 ℃, preferably 3 ℃.
And step 206, in a swing period, if the air guide assembly is detected to run to a second designated angle, controlling the air guide assembly to stop swinging under the second designated angle.
And step 208, controlling the air guide assembly to continuously swing when the static time length at the second specified angle is detected to be greater than or equal to the specified time length.
The air outlet angle with the highest frequency in the designated historical operation record of the air conditioner is determined as a second designated angle, and the designated duration is determined according to the recording times of the designated historical operation record, the frequency of the second designated angle in the designated historical operation record and the duration of one continuous swing period.
Specifically, t is the duration of a continuous swing period, and the number of times N that the previous N air outlet angles appear as a second designated angle Φ x is recordedxControlling the time t for the air guide assembly to stay at the second designated angle phi xxComprises the following steps:
