Background
The kitchen range is a kitchen utensil commonly used in families and mainly comprises a panel, a burner arranged on the panel and a pot support. The ignition structure on the combustor is generally pulse electronic ignition mostly, and a small part adopts piezoelectric ceramic ignition and the like. For example, patent application of invention with application number of cn201711230482.x, a gas stove ignition needle and a burner provided with the ignition needle (application publication number of CN109838816A), discloses a gas stove ignition needle, which is arranged in an annular channel between an inner ring fire cover and an outer ring fire cover of the burner. For another example, patent application CN201710917101.9, entitled "an ignition needle and a gas burner using the same" (application publication No. CN109595587A), discloses an ignition needle disposed on a side wall of an inner ring fire cover of a burner.
The combustor among the prior art is many fixed mounting on the panel, and ignition needle snap-on is on the combustor, and the one end of ignition needle is connected the ignition power, through to combustor fire lid discharge and realize the ignition. Although the burner with the structure can realize stable ignition, the ignition mode is single, the burner is required to be fixedly arranged on the panel, and the burner is not suitable for burners with movable positions.
Disclosure of Invention
The first technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a height-adjustable burner aiming at the current situation of the prior art, so as to improve the combustion efficiency of the gas cooker.
The second technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a gas cooker which changes the arrangement mode of the existing ignition needle, so that the burner can be ignited after moving upwards to the working height, and further the user experience is improved.
The third technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a gas cooker capable of realizing suspension ignition of a burner aiming at the current situation of the prior art.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the first technical problem is as follows: the utility model provides a gas cooking utensils, is including panel, combustor, ignition needle and at least three pot stabilizer blade, the pot stabilizer blade sets up on the panel and along circumference interval arrangement in the periphery of combustor, its characterized in that: the burner is arranged on the panel in a manner of moving up and down, and the ignition needle is arranged on the panel or the burner.
In order to solve the second technical problem, it is preferable that at least one position sensor for detecting the height of the burner is further included; the interior of at least one pot supporting leg is hollow; the position sensor is arranged in the pot support leg with the hollow inner part according to the required working height of the burner; the ignition needle is vertically arranged on the panel close to the burner, the lower end part of the ignition needle is electrically connected with the output end of the stove ignition circuit, the ignition hole in the burner is gradually close to the upper end part of the ignition needle in the upward moving process of the burner, and the distance between the ignition hole in the burner and the upper end part of the ignition needle is smaller than or equal to the ignition distance until the burner moves upward to the height of the position sensor.
There may be only one of the position sensors; the burner can be arranged on the pot supporting legs along different heights, so that the burner can be ignited by selecting a proper working height according to the shapes of pots such as a sharp pot and a flat pot and other working conditions.
Preferably, the device also comprises a controller which can receive signals sent by the position sensor and control the operation of the ignition circuit of the cooker; the controller and the stove ignition circuit are arranged below the panel; the position sensor is electrically connected with the controller through a conductor.
The pan support legs can be fixedly arranged on the panel or can be directly arranged on the panel, preferably, the pan support legs are detachably arranged on the panel; the electric conductors comprise a first electric conductor and a second electric conductor, and the first electric conductor is arranged at the bottom of the pot support leg and is electrically connected with the position sensor; the second electric conductor is arranged on the panel corresponding to the first electric conductor and is inserted and connected with the first electric conductor, and the bottom of the second electric conductor penetrates through the panel and then is connected with the controller through electric signals. Therefore, the pan support legs are placed on the panel, so that the first electric conductor and the second electric conductor are connected in an inserted mode, and the position sensor can be connected with the controller; the first and second conductors can also limit the pot support legs to be placed at the specified positions; after use, the pan support legs are taken down, so that the panel is convenient to clean. Of course, if the pan support legs are fixedly mounted on the panel, the electrical conductor may be a single piece.
In order to solve the second technical problem, it is also preferable that the burner is at least partially electrically conductive; a flange used for limiting the ascending height of the burner is convexly arranged on the upper side of each pot supporting leg, and the flange can be electrically contacted with the burner during the upward movement of the burner; at least one flange is electrically connected with the output end of the stove ignition circuit; the ignition needle is arranged on the combustor, and a first end of the ignition needle is electrically contacted with the combustor, and a second end of the ignition needle is exposed out of the combustor and is opposite to an ignition hole on the combustor.
