Description

Burner of gas stove and burner for gas stove and burner
[ technical field ] A
The invention relates to the field of gas stoves, in particular to a burner of a burner for a gas stove, the burner comprising the burner and the gas stove.
[ background ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The gas range includes a burner and an ignition needle for igniting gas flowing from the burner to make the burner generate flame for heating water or food. In a related existing structure, a discharge end of an ignition needle is directly exposed, and even if the discharge end of the ignition needle is shielded by a protective cover, a hand can still contact electric sparks or electric arcs at the discharge end.
Since the protective cover is mostly provided on the burner, the portion of the burner where the protective cover is provided can be removed for the user to clean or dispose of the gas range. When the user removes the burner for cleaning or the like, the ignition switch is inadvertently triggered, and the discharge end of the ignition needle is still discharged. The electric spark or the electric arc emitted by the discharge end instantaneously releases energy up to dozens of watts, and once a human body is contacted, discomfort and even burn can be caused, and the user is injured.
Unless otherwise supported by sufficient evidence, the prior art described herein is not meant to be an admission that such prior art is widely known to those of ordinary skill in the art to which the invention pertains prior to the filing date of this application.
[ summary of the invention ]
An object of the present invention is to provide an improved gas range, a burner of a burner for a gas range, and a burner including the burner, in view of the above technical problems.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a gas range that prevents a user from being injured by an electric spark or arc generated from an ignition needle, in view of the above technical problems.
In order to achieve at least one of the above technical objects, the present invention provides a technical solution as follows: a gas stove comprises a burner and an ignition needle connected with an ignition loop, wherein the ignition needle is provided with a discharge end, the burner comprises a burner, a protective cover is arranged on the burner, and the protective cover shields the discharge end in a use state; the gas stove further comprises a trigger and a switch, the trigger is set to be triggered to cause the switch to generate a trigger signal for controlling the ignition loop to be conducted, the burner consists of at least one component, and the protective cover is arranged on the component of the burner for triggering the trigger; or the part of the furnace end provided with the protective cover is fixed with the part of the furnace end used for triggering the triggering part.
Through the technical scheme, when the protective cover is removed, the component for triggering the trigger piece is in a removed state certainly, the ignition loop is disconnected at the moment, and the ignition needle cannot discharge even if a user touches the ignition switch carelessly. When the trigger piece is triggered, the ignition loop is conducted, and the ignition needle can discharge, the protective cover can shield the discharge end in a use state without fail, and the user cannot be injured by the discharge of the ignition needle. Therefore, the technical scheme of the invention can improve the safety of the gas stove.
It should be noted that "the protective cover shields the discharge end in the use state" should be understood that the protective cover must shield the discharge end as long as the protective cover is in the use state. That is, after the component provided with the protective cover is mounted, the protective cover necessarily shields the discharge end, and there is no case where the discharge end is not shielded by the protective cover. This can be realized through structural design, for example, the visor sets up on the inner ring fire lid, is provided with a pilot pin on the inner ring fire lid, corresponds this pilot pin and is equipped with a mounting hole on the fire lid base, inserts in the mounting hole as the pilot pin, realizes the installation of inner ring fire lid, and meanwhile, the position of visor is injectd, makes it just in time shelter from the discharge end.
The "triggering member" may be a movable rod member or a conductive member. The expression "the ignition circuit is conductive" is to be understood to mean that in this case the ignition pin starts to ignite if an ignition command is issued, for example the ignition switch is turned on.
Wherein "said burner consists of at least one part" it should be understood that the burner may comprise two or more parts, such as a fire lid base and a fire lid covering the fire lid base; alternatively, the burner is a unitary structure. The term "part of the burner provided with the protective cover is fixed to a part of the burner for triggering the triggering means" is to be understood as meaning that the two parts are moved, taken or mounted as a whole after they have been fixed together.
In a possible implementation manner of the present invention, the burner includes a fire cover base and a fire cover covering the fire cover base, the fire cover is provided with a fire outlet, the protective cover is disposed on the fire cover base, the fire cover base has a first position, when the fire cover base is placed at the first position, the protective cover at least covers the discharge end right above the discharge end, and the fire cover base triggers the trigger.
In this embodiment, the first position is an installation position of the fire cover base, and when the fire cover base is away from the first position, the fire cover base is in an uninstalled or uninstalled state. When the fire cover base is placed at the first position, the protective cover at least shields the discharge end right above the discharge end, meanwhile, the fire cover base triggers the trigger piece, and the trigger piece triggers the switch to generate a trigger signal for controlling the ignition loop to be conducted. When a user turns on the ignition switch, the ignition needle can ignite, and the user cannot be injured by electric sparks or electric arcs due to the fact that the discharge end is shielded by the protective cover. When the fire cover base is moved away or taken away from the first position, although the discharge end of the ignition needle is exposed due to no shielding of the protective cover, the trigger piece is not triggered, the ignition loop is in an off state, and even if a user turns on the ignition switch, the ignition needle cannot discharge electricity, so that the user cannot be injured by electric sparks or electric arcs.

In this embodiment, the second position is the installation position of the inner ring fire cover, and when the inner ring fire cover leaves the second position, the inner ring fire cover is in an uninstalled or uninstalled state. When the inner ring fire cover is placed at the second position, the protective cover at least shields the discharge end right above the discharge end, and meanwhile, the inner ring fire cover triggers the trigger piece to enable the switch to generate a trigger signal for controlling the ignition loop to be conducted. When a user turns on the ignition switch, the ignition needle can ignite, and the user cannot be injured by electric sparks or electric arcs due to the fact that the discharge end is shielded by the protective cover. When the inner ring fire cover is moved away or taken away from the second position, although the discharge end of the ignition needle is exposed due to the fact that the discharge end is not shielded by the protective cover, the trigger piece is not triggered, the ignition loop is in an off state, even if a user turns on the ignition switch, the ignition needle cannot discharge, and the user cannot be injured by electric sparks or electric arcs.
In a possible embodiment of the present invention, the furnace end includes a fire cover base, and an inner fire cover and an outer fire cover respectively covering the fire cover base, the outer fire cover surrounds the inner fire cover, the inner fire cover and the outer fire cover are respectively provided with a fire outlet, wherein the protective cover is disposed on the outer fire cover, the outer fire cover has a third position, when the outer fire cover is placed at the third position, the protective cover at least covers the discharge end right above the discharge end, and the outer fire cover triggers the trigger.

[ detailed description ] A
In order to further understand the objects, structures, features and functions of the present invention, the following embodiments are described in detail.
First, referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic view of a gas stove according to an embodiment of the present invention. The gas stove 1 comprises a burner 2 and an ignition needle 300 connected into an ignition loop, wherein the ignition needle 300 is provided with a discharge end 301, and the discharge end 301 is actually a part of an ignition electrode exposed outside an insulating shell of the ignition needle 300. The discharge end 301 discharges to form an electric spark or arc. The user issues an ignition command through an ignition switch to control the ignition circuit, thereby controlling whether the ignition needle 300 ignites or not. An ignition switch is arranged on a panel of a gas stove, and is turned on through touch operation; the ignition switch can also be turned on by pressing down the knob.
The burner 2 comprises a burner head 3 and a burner base 4. The burner 3 is detachably placed on the burner base 4. The ignition needle 300 is mounted on the burner mount 4. Specifically, the burner 3 includes a fire cover base 20 and a fire cover 10 covering the fire cover base 20. In this embodiment, the fire cover 10 comprises an inner ring fire cover 11 and an outer ring fire cover 12, and the outer ring fire cover 12 surrounds the outer periphery of the inner ring fire cover 11. The inner ring fire cover 11 is provided with a fire outlet 110, the outer ring fire cover is provided with a fire outlet 120, and the fuel gas flowing out from the fire outlets 110 and 120 is ignited to form flame. The inner ring fire cover 11 and the outer ring fire cover 12 are respectively covered on the fire cover base 20, and an inner ring cavity and an outer ring cavity for containing gas are respectively formed on the inner ring fire cover 11 and the outer ring fire cover base 20, the fire outlet 110 is communicated with the inner ring cavity, and the fire outlet 120 is communicated with the outer ring cavity. In this embodiment, the stove head 3 includes three independently movable components, i.e. an inner ring fire cover 11, an outer ring fire cover 12 and a fire cover base 20. The three parts are independent parts and can be moved, installed and disassembled respectively.
The fire cover base 20 of the present embodiment is provided with a protection cover 201, and the protection cover 201 shields the discharge end 301 in a use state.
The gas range 1 of the present embodiment further comprises a trigger 400 and a switch 500, wherein the trigger 400 is configured to trigger the switch 500 to generate a trigger signal for controlling the ignition circuit to be conducted. Specifically, in the embodiment, the triggering member 400 includes a rod 401 capable of moving up and down elastically, and when the rod 401 moves up and down, the rod 401 enables the switch 500 to generate the triggering signal, or releases the switch 500 to stop generating the triggering signal. The gas range 1 further includes a spring 600 disposed in one of the mounting grooves. The rod 401 is connected or abutted to the spring 600 so as to be elastically movable up and down. The trigger 400 further comprises an arm 402 disposed on the rod 401 and intersecting the rod 401. Switch 500 is a microswitch that includes a reed 501. The trigger 400 is triggered, i.e. the rod 401 is pressed down to its arm 402 to apply a force on the reed 501, so that the end of the reed 501 is connected with the fixed contact on the microswitch, thereby closing the microswitch.
The protective cover 201 of the present embodiment is disposed on the fire lid base 20, and the fire lid base 20 has a first position, which is the position of the fire lid base 20 shown in fig. 1. When the fire cover base 20 is placed at the first position, the fire cover base 20 is installed in place, the protection cover 201 covers the discharge end 301 right above the discharge end 301, and meanwhile, the fire cover base 20 triggers the trigger 400. That is, when the fire cover base 20 is installed at the first position, the protective cover 201 is covered directly above the discharge end 301 (as shown in fig. 1), the fire cover base 20 presses the rod 401 downward to make the rod 401 drive the arm 402 to move downward, i.e. to move in the X direction, and the arm 402 acts on the reed 501 of the micro switch to close the micro switch. Thus, the ignition circuit is turned on. When a user turns on the ignition switch, the ignition needle 300 ignites, and the discharge end 301 discharges to generate electric sparks or continuous electric arcs. Since the protection cover 201 covers the discharge end 301 right above the discharge end 301, the user does not touch the discharge end and is not injured.
When the user cleans the gas range, the fire cover base 20 is removed, so that the discharge end 301 of the ignition needle 300 is exposed without being shielded by the protective cover 201, but at the same time, the trigger 400 is not triggered because the fire cover base 20 is removed. The specific process is as follows, the rod 401 automatically moves upwards under the restoring force of the spring 600, namely moves towards the opposite direction of X, the arm 402 moves upwards along with the rod and then disengages from the microswitch, and the microswitch is turned off, so that the ignition circuit is controlled to be turned off. Even if the user carelessly turns on the ignition switch, the ignition needle does not ignite because the ignition circuit is in the off state. The user is not injured.
Compared with other embodiments, the present embodiment has a further advantage that the fire cover base 20 provided with the protection cover 201 is also used for triggering the triggering member 400, such design has little change to the structure of the burner, and the protection cover can be integrally formed on the fire cover base without additional fixing or connecting steps.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic view of a gas cooker according to another embodiment of the present invention. The same structure in this embodiment as that in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 is denoted by the same reference numeral, and the functions are the same or similar, which are not described again. The difference from the embodiment shown in fig. 1 is that the protective cover 111 of the present embodiment is disposed on the inner ring fire cover 11, and the inner ring fire cover 11 further includes a protrusion 112.
The inner ring fire cover 11 has a second position, when the inner ring fire cover 11 is placed at the second position, that is, when the inner ring fire cover 11 is installed in place, the protection cover 111 shields the discharge end 301 directly above the discharge end 301, and the protrusion 112 of the inner ring fire cover 11 triggers the trigger 400. Namely, when the inner ring fire cover 11 is installed at the second position, the protective cover 111 is arranged right above the discharge end 301 (as shown in fig. 2); at the same time, the protrusion 112 of the inner ring fire cover 11 presses the rod 401 downwards, so that the rod 401 carries the arm 402 to move downwards, and the arm 402 acts on the reed 501 of the micro switch, so that the micro switch is closed. Thus, the ignition circuit is turned on. When a user turns on the ignition switch, the ignition needle 300 ignites, and the discharge end 301 discharges to generate electric sparks or continuous electric arcs. However, since the protective cover 111 covers the discharge end 301 directly above the discharge end 301, the user does not touch the discharge end and is not injured.
When a user cleans the gas stove, the inner ring fire cover 11 is removed from the second position, the discharge end 301 of the ignition needle 300 is exposed and is not shielded by the protective cover 201, but meanwhile, the trigger 400 is not triggered because the protruding portion 112 is removed, the ignition circuit is disconnected, and the discharge end cannot discharge. The specific process is as follows, the rod 401 automatically moves upwards under the restoring force of the spring 600, the arm 402 moves upwards along with the upward movement and is disengaged from the micro switch, and the switch 500 is turned off, thereby controlling the ignition circuit to be turned off. Even if the user turns on the ignition switch, the ignition needle cannot ignite as the ignition circuit is in the off state.
Compared with other embodiments, the present embodiment has a further advantage in that the protective cover 111 and the protrusion 112 for triggering the triggering member 400 are both disposed on the inner ring fire cover 11, and the protective cover 111 and the protrusion 112 can be integrally formed on the inner ring fire cover without performing an additional fixing or connecting step.
Referring to fig. 3 again, fig. 3 is a schematic view of a gas stove according to another embodiment of the present invention. The same structure in this embodiment as that in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 is denoted by the same reference numeral, and the functions are the same or similar, which are not described again. The difference from the embodiment shown in fig. 1 is that the protective cover 111 is disposed on the inner ring fire cover 11, and the inner ring fire cover 11 is fixed with the fire cover base 20. The fire lid base 20 has a first position and the inner ring fire lid 11 has a second position. When the fire cover base 20 is placed at the first position, the inner ring fire cover 11 is located at the second position, and the fire cover base 20 triggers the trigger 400, the protection cover 111 shields the discharge end 301 right above the discharge end 301.
When the fire cover base 20 is placed in the first position, the inner ring fire cover 11 is located in the second position, that is, when the fire cover base 20 is installed in place, the inner ring fire cover 11 is naturally installed in place. At this time, the fire cover base 20 triggers the trigger 400, and the protection cover 111 shields the discharge end 301 directly above the discharge end 301. The ignition loop is conducted, a user opens the ignition switch, and the ignition needle can ignite.
Since the fire cover base 20 and the inner ring fire cover 11 are fixed together and move integrally, when a user wants to remove/install one of them, the other must be removed/installed together. When the discharge end 301 of the ignition needle is not shielded by the protective cover 111, the trigger 400 is not triggered, and the ignition circuit is disconnected, so that ignition cannot be performed.
The above are only three embodiments, and the present invention can have more embodiments by changing and combining. For example, in another embodiment of the present invention, the protective cover is disposed on the outer fire cover 12, and the outer fire cover 12 has a third position.
