The egg washing liquid conveying device is characterized by comprising a transfer pipe and a liquid level pipe which are vertically arranged, wherein the bottom of the transfer pipe is communicated with the bottom of the liquid level pipe to form a communicating vessel structure, the transfer pipe is communicated with a medicine feeding pump through a guide pipe, the medicine feeding pump is used for sucking liquid medicine from an external medicine storage box and outputting the liquid medicine to the transfer pipe through the guide pipe, and the bottom end of the transfer pipe is communicated with a discharge port through a control valve and is used for discharging the liquid medicine in the transfer pipe and the liquid level pipe; a buoy is arranged in the liquid level pipe, a buoy detection mechanism is arranged on the side surface of the liquid level pipe, the position of the buoy is measured, the liquid level height in the liquid level pipe is judged, and the action of the control valve is controlled according to the liquid level height of the liquid level pipe;
exhaust pipes are arranged at the tops of the transfer pipe and the liquid level pipe and used for conveying liquid medicine overflowing from the transfer pipe and the liquid level pipe back to the external medicine storage box;
one end of the conduit is communicated with the bottom of the transfer pipe, and the other end of the conduit is communicated with the medicine feeding pump and is used for stably inputting the liquid medicine into the transfer pipe.
2. The egg wash delivery apparatus of claim 1, wherein at least one of the discharge ports is provided, and each discharge port is provided with a corresponding control valve.
3. The egg wash delivery device of claim 1, wherein the float is cylindrical and the fluid level tube has an inner diameter greater than a diameter of the float.
4. The egg wash delivery apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the float detection mechanism includes a height adjustable detection switch, and the detection switch is activated when the float moves to a position at the same height as the detection switch by the buoyancy of the liquid.
5. A method for washing egg liquid by the egg liquid conveying device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the steps of:
determining the volume of the required egg washing liquid according to the number of the eggs to be washed, and determining the volume of single medicine adding according to the total volume and the filling times;
determining the liquid level trigger height of the transit tube according to the volume of single dosing, and adjusting a detection switch of the buoy detection mechanism to the trigger height;
controlling a medicine adding pump to work, extracting liquid medicine from the medicine storage box and conveying the liquid medicine into the transfer pipe;
when the liquid medicine in the liquid level pipe drives the buoy to rise to the liquid level triggering height, the buoy just triggers the detection switch;
the buoy detection mechanism controls the dosing pump to pause and controls the corresponding control valve to open, and liquid medicines in the transit tube and the liquid level tube are discharged into the corresponding egg washing medicine pool from the discharge port;
and closing the control valve, starting the dosing pump, and repeating the process according to the filling times until the whole dosing process is completed.
6. The egg wash delivery method of claim 5, wherein the number of times of filling is one when the total volume of the transit tube and the level tube is greater than the total volume of the desired egg wash; when the total volume of the transfer pipe and the liquid level pipe is less than the total volume of the egg washing liquid, the quantity of the liquid is adjusted according to the actual requirement.
7. The egg wash delivery method of claim 5, wherein the trigger point of the float corresponding to the detection switch is maintained flush with the liquid level, and the detection switch is triggered when the trigger point of the float is flush with the detection switch.
8. The method of claim 5, wherein the control valve is closed and the dosing pump is operated again after the liquid medicine in the transfer tube and the liquid level tube is completely discharged.
