The invention relates to a fuel delivery pump device for the conjuncted synchronization of fuel oil and engine oil, comprising: the engine oil pump body, the engine oil pump body cover, the fuel oil pump body and the cover plate; the engine oil pump body cover is fixed on the engine oil pump body; the fuel pump body is fixedly connected with the engine oil pump body cover; the cover plate is fixed at the rear end of the fuel pump body; a transmission shaft is arranged in the engine oil pump body; the front end of the transmission shaft is provided with a transmission pin; a fixed pin rivet is arranged at the rear end of the transmission shaft; a framework oil seal is arranged on the fuel pump body; the engine oil pump body and the fuel oil pump body are integrally connected through the transmission shaft. The oil pump body and the fuel pump body are integrally designed, so that the oil pump is convenient for customers to install, the transmission shaft drives the oil pump body and the fuel pump body to work simultaneously, the space is saved, the processing cost is reduced, the oil pump body is positioned by the positioning pin and reinforced by the bolt, the inner rotor and the outer rotor are connected by the pin, the overlarge transmission torque is protected, the structure is simple, and the operation is stable.

Technical Field

Background
The existing oil transfer pump is in the working process, the transmission shaft often can generate certain shaking due to the simplicity of a fixing mode, the working instability is caused, the phenomenon of oil penetration can be generated inside the pump body, the oil channeling problem and the like can also be generated at the two ends of engine oil and diesel oil, the internal rotor sometimes can also shake, the problem of deviation working position and the like can be caused, the abrasion can also be generated possibly after the internal rotor is used for a long time, and the stability of the working stability is not well guaranteed. Therefore, a fuel delivery pump device for synchronizing fuel and engine oil conjunctively, which has stable work, high work efficiency and simple structure, is needed.

the engine oil pump body, the engine oil pump body cover, the fuel oil pump body and the cover plate;
the engine oil pump body cover is fixed on the engine oil pump body; the fuel pump body is fixedly connected with the engine oil pump body cover; the cover plate is fixed at the rear end of the fuel pump body; a transmission shaft is arranged in the engine oil pump body; the front end of the transmission shaft is provided with a transmission pin; a fixed pin rivet is arranged at the rear end of the transmission shaft; a framework oil seal is arranged on the fuel pump body; the engine oil pump body and the fuel oil pump body are integrally connected through the transmission shaft.
The oil pump body is driven by the transmission shaft, the fuel pump body works simultaneously, space is saved, processing cost is reduced, the oil pump body is positioned by the positioning pin and the bolts are reinforced, displacement of the oil transfer pump caused by shaking in operation is prevented, the inner rotor and the outer rotor are connected by the pins, and overlarge transmission torque is protected.
Further, an oil pump inner rotor and an oil pump outer rotor are arranged in the oil pump body; and the oil pump inner rotor and the oil pump outer rotor are fixed through fixing pin rivets. The front end of the transmission shaft drives the inner rotor and the outer rotor of the oil delivery pump through the transmission pin, and the rear end of the transmission shaft is riveted with the fixing pin to fix the inner rotor and the outer rotor of the oil delivery pump, so that the axial distance of the transmission shaft is fixed, and the movement cannot be generated.
Further, a fuel pump inner rotor and a fuel pump outer rotor are arranged in the fuel pump body; the fuel pump inner rotor and the fuel pump outer rotor are fixed through a transmission pin. The transmission pin is used for fixing, so that the transmission torque is protected from being too large.
Furthermore, a positioning pin is arranged on the engine oil pump body; the engine oil pump body is connected with the engine oil pump body cover and the fuel oil pump body in a positioning mode through positioning pins.
Furthermore, a partition plate is arranged in the middle of the oil pump inner rotor and the oil pump outer rotor; and a sealing ring is arranged on the partition plate. The inner rotor and the outer rotor of the oil pump are separated by a partition plate, and the two sides of the partition plate are respectively sealed with the engine oil by O-shaped rings, so that the axial sealing of the two sides of the partition plate is ensured, and oil leakage is avoided.
Furthermore, an overflow valve is arranged on the engine oil pump body. And pressure oil is ensured to flow back to the oil inlet cavity through the safety valve when the oil supply pressure of the fuel pump body is overhigh, so that the safety protection effect is realized.
Further, a fixing bolt is arranged on the engine oil pump body; the engine oil pump body cover is provided with a fixing hole on the fuel oil pump body. Through the locating pin location, the bolt is consolidated, prevents that the fuel delivery pump from producing the displacement because of the shake in service.
Furthermore, deep groove ball bearings are arranged in the engine oil pump body and the fuel oil pump body. The deep groove ball bearing supports the inner rotor and the outer rotor at two ends to stably drive.

As shown in fig. 1, in order to ensure stable operation and high operation efficiency during the use process, the invention relates to an oil transfer pump device for the conjuncted synchronization of fuel oil and engine oil, which comprises:
the engine oil pump body 1, the engine oil pump body cover 8, the fuel oil pump body 5 and the cover plate 15;
the engine oil pump body 1 is fixed on the engine oil pump body 1 in a covering manner; the fuel pump body 5 is fixedly connected with the engine oil pump body cover 8; the cover plate 15 is fixed at the rear end of the fuel pump body 5; a transmission shaft 6 is arranged in the engine oil pump body 1; the front end of the transmission shaft 6 is provided with a transmission pin 16; a fixed pin rivet 7 is arranged at the rear end of the transmission shaft 6; a framework oil seal 12 is arranged on the fuel pump body 5; the engine oil pump body 1 and the fuel oil pump body 5 are integrally connected through the transmission shaft 6.
The oil pump body 1 and the fuel pump body 5 are integrally designed, only three mounting hole bolts of the oil pump body 1 need to be screwed, installation by a customer is facilitated, the transmission shaft 6 drives the oil pump body 1, the fuel pump body 5 works simultaneously, space is saved, machining cost is reduced, the oil pump body 1 and the fuel pump body 5 are positioned by the positioning pin 9 and the fixing bolt 10 is reinforced, displacement of the fuel pump body 5 caused by shaking in operation is prevented, the inner rotor and the outer rotor are connected through the pin, transmission torque is protected from being too large, the structure is simple, and operation is stable.
Further, an oil pump inner rotor 4 and an oil pump outer rotor 3 are arranged in the oil pump body 1; the oil pump inner rotor 4 and the oil pump outer rotor 3 are fixed through fixing pin rivets 7. The front end of the transmission shaft 6 drives the inner rotor and the outer rotor of the oil delivery pump through the transmission pin 16, and the rear end of the transmission shaft fixes the inner rotor and the outer rotor of the oil pump through the fixing pin 7, so that the axial distance of the transmission shaft 6 is fixed, and the movement cannot be generated.
Further, a fuel pump inner rotor 14 and a fuel pump outer rotor 14 are arranged in the fuel pump body 5; the fuel pump inner rotor 14 and the fuel pump outer rotor 13 are fixed through a driving pin 16. And the transmission pin 16 is used for fixing, so that the transmission torque is protected from being too large.
Further, a positioning pin 9 is arranged on the engine oil pump body 1; the engine oil pump body 1 is connected with the engine oil pump body cover 8 and the fuel oil pump body 5 in a positioning mode through the positioning pin 9.
Furthermore, a partition plate 19 is arranged in the middle of the oil pump inner rotor 4 and the oil pump outer rotor 3; and a sealing ring 2 is arranged on the partition plate 19. The inner rotor and the outer rotor of the oil pump are separated by a partition plate 19, and the two sides of the partition plate 19 are respectively sealed with the oil by O-shaped rings, so that the axial sealing of the two sides of the partition plate 19 is ensured, and oil leakage is avoided.
Further, an overflow valve 18 is arranged on the engine oil pump body 1. And the pressure oil is ensured to flow back to the oil inlet cavity through the safety valve when the oil supply pressure of the fuel pump body 5 is overhigh, so that the safety protection effect is realized.
Further, a fixing bolt 10 is arranged on the engine oil pump body 1; the engine oil pump body cover 8 and the fuel oil pump body 5 are provided with fixing holes 17. The positioning pin 9 is used for positioning, and the bolt is used for reinforcing, so that the fuel pump body 5 is prevented from generating displacement due to shaking in the operation process.
Further, deep groove ball bearings 11 are arranged in the engine oil pump body 1 and the fuel oil pump body 5. The deep groove ball bearing 11 supports the inner and outer rotors at two ends for stable transmission.
In actual operation, when a diesel and diesel integrated oil delivery pump is installed in a high-pressure oil pump, a camshaft of the high-pressure pump drives a transmission shaft 6 to drive an oil pump inner rotor 4 and an oil pump outer rotor 3 through a fixed pin rivet 7, the oil pump inner rotor 13 and an oil pump outer rotor 14 are driven to rotate together through a transmission pin 16, outer teeth of the inner rotor and inner teeth of the outer rotor are meshed in a staggered mode, under the action of a flow distribution disc formed by an oil inlet low-pressure kidney-shaped groove and an oil outlet high-pressure kidney-shaped groove of a pump body, a tooth groove cavity formed by the inner rotor and the outer rotor continuously expands in a tooth groove cavity area of; and the pressure oil discharge process is formed when the tooth space cavity formed by the inner rotor and the outer rotor is continuously reduced in the oil outlet high-pressure kidney-shaped groove area.

1. A fuel delivery pump device for synchronizing fuel and engine oil is characterized by comprising an engine oil pump body, an engine oil pump body cover, a fuel oil pump body and a cover plate;
the engine oil pump body cover is fixed on the engine oil pump body; the fuel pump body is fixedly connected with the engine oil pump body cover; the cover plate is fixed at the rear end of the fuel pump body; a transmission shaft is arranged in the engine oil pump body; the front end of the transmission shaft is provided with a transmission pin; a fixed pin rivet is arranged at the rear end of the transmission shaft; a framework oil seal is arranged on the fuel pump body; the engine oil pump body and the fuel oil pump body are integrally connected through the transmission shaft.

The fuel delivery pump device for the conjuncted synchronization of fuel oil and engine oil according to claim 1, characterized in that: an oil pump inner rotor and an oil pump outer rotor are arranged in the oil pump body; and the oil pump inner rotor and the oil pump outer rotor are fixed through fixing pin rivets.

The fuel delivery pump device for the conjuncted synchronization of fuel oil and engine oil according to claim 1, characterized in that: a fuel pump inner rotor and a fuel pump outer rotor are arranged in the fuel pump body; the fuel pump inner rotor and the fuel pump outer rotor are fixed through a transmission pin.

The fuel delivery pump device for the conjuncted synchronization of fuel oil and engine oil according to claim 1, characterized in that: the engine oil pump body is provided with a positioning pin; the engine oil pump body is connected with the engine oil pump body cover and the fuel oil pump body in a positioning mode through positioning pins.
