Background
The perforator is used as an important device in dynamic negative pressure perforation test joint work, and can realize the communication between the inside of an oil pipe and the annulus through throwing rod impact, ensure the smooth pulling of the oil pipe, prevent the phenomenon of 'top-blowing and lifting', and prevent the occurrence of blowout phenomenon. However, the inventor found that the existing hole digger generally only allows one hole punching mode (either impact punching or pressure punching) to be used at the same time, and the on-line pressure measurement work cannot be completed. If two kinds of hole openers are arranged and the pressure measuring joint is added at the same time, a plurality of conversion joints are required to be additionally arranged, the length of a tool string can be increased, the strength of combined operation can be increased, and the work efficiency of negative pressure perforation test combined operation is not improved.

the hole digger main body structure is also provided with a prefabricated pressure relief hole and a positioning ring, and a cutting pin is arranged in the positioning ring;
and a pressure measuring joint which is fixedly arranged on the periphery of the lower joint in a threaded manner, wherein a pressure gauge is arranged on the pressure measuring joint.

The invention provides a multifunctional combined hole digger which has the characteristics of convenient and fast communication, complete functions, compact and reliable structure and the like.
As shown in fig. 1, the multifunctional combined hole digger comprises a hole digger main body structure, wherein the hole digger main body structure is formed by fixedly connecting an upper joint and a lower joint in series. Preferably, the upper joint and the lower joint are further fixed in series connection through a set screw. A sliding cylinder capable of sliding up and down is arranged in a cavity inside the main body structure of the hole digger, and an annular pressurizing cavity is arranged in a space between the sliding cylinder and the lower joint. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a seal ring is further provided between the slide cylinder and the inner cavity of the main body structure of the hole cutter in order to further improve the sealing effect of the inner cavity of the main body structure of the hole cutter.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1, the main structure of the hole digger is further provided with a prefabricated pressure relief hole and a positioning ring; wherein, the positioning ring is internally provided with cutting pins (at least 2 cutting pins are preferably designed). The periphery of the lower joint is fixedly provided with a pressure measuring joint in a threaded manner, and the pressure measuring joint is provided with a pressure gauge which is used for measuring pressure; preferably, the periphery of the pressure gauge is also provided with a protective sleeve for protecting.
The operation of the pressure balancing device of the logging tool according to the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1. In the process of descending the well, the sliding cylinder and the sealing ring cover a prefabricated pressure relief hole on the main body structure of the hole opener, and the pressure of an oil pipe and the pressure of a sleeve are mutually isolated; then, the pressure in the shaft is artificially controlled, so that the pressure in the shaft is smaller than the pressure of the bottom layer, and a negative pressure effect is formed. When the hole is to be opened, firstly, a pressure hole opening mode is taken as an example for introduction, and pressure is applied from a wellhead, so that liquid in an oil pipe enters an annular pressurizing cavity through a sliding cylinder (or a pore formed in the sliding cylinder); the pressure generated in the annular pressurizing cavity acts on the sliding cylinder, so that the sliding cylinder moves towards the upper joint; then when pressure reaches or surpasss the shearing force of the cutting pin of installation in the locating ring, cut off the pin and be cut off, the slip cylinder continues upwards to expose prefabricated pressure release hole, realizes oil pipe and annular space intercommunication. And the impingement openings can be described as: the liquid in the annular space flows into the sliding cylinder (or a pore formed on the sliding cylinder) through the positioning ring and then enters the annular pressurizing cavity by using a collision rod thrown from a wellhead to break the cutting pin; and then the pressure generated in the annular pressurizing cavity acts on the sliding cylinder, so that the sliding cylinder moves towards the upper joint, the prefabricated pressure relief hole is exposed, and the communication between the oil pipe and the annulus is realized.
The invention provides a multifunctional combined hole digger which is provided with a hole digger main body structure formed by fixedly connecting an upper joint and a lower joint in series, a sliding cylinder, an annular pressurizing cavity, a prefabricated pressure relief hole, a positioning ring, a cutting pin, a pressure measuring joint, a protective cylinder, a pressure gauge and other structural units. The multifunctional combined hole digger with the structural characteristics has two hole forming modes of impact hole forming and pressurization hole forming, is high in hole forming efficiency and strong in reliability, can complete online pressure measuring operation, and is simple to use and convenient to connect in series.
