firstly, hoisting the H-shaped steel clamping and hoisting device at the hoisting point of the H-shaped steel;
step two, after turning over the movable clamping plate of the H-shaped steel clamping and hoisting device, inserting and clamping the fixed groove of the fixed clamping plate of the H-shaped steel clamping and hoisting device on the first supporting part of the flange plate of the H-shaped steel, and lowering and rotating the movable clamping plate to insert and clamp the movable groove of the movable clamping plate on the second supporting part of the flange plate of the H-shaped steel;
hoisting the H-shaped steel, stopping hoisting after a preset distance from the ground, and after the H-shaped steel is stabilized, fastening a web plate by matching a locking piece of the H-shaped steel clamping and hoisting device with a fixed clamping plate;
and step four, after the fastening is determined, carrying out hoisting operation.

in the third step, the locking piece clamps the web of the H-shaped steel through the first clamping part of the locking piece and the second clamping part of the fixed clamping plate so as to realize the fastening between the locking piece and the web and the locking between the movable clamping plate and the H-shaped steel.
