Abstract
The invention discloses a vibration and noise reduction component for an embedded track and a construction method thereof, wherein the construction method comprises the following steps: A. preparing a lower layer material formed by mixing graded particles and an adhesive, filling the lower layer material into a reserved groove area of the embedded track, tamping and compacting to a designed height to form a vibration and noise reduction block; B. and coating an adhesive on the surface of the vibration and noise reduction block, pouring and constructing an upper layer material on the dry surface of the adhesive to a preset height, and curing to form a protective surface layer to finish the construction of the vibration and noise reduction part for the embedded track. The invention provides a vibration and noise reduction component for an embedded track and a construction method thereof on the basis of using the advantages of two types of tracks according to the defects of the application of the vibration and noise reduction components on two sides of the existing steel rail in a vehicle section, has certain vibration and noise reduction effect, has the characteristics of quick construction, simple process, lower comprehensive cost and convenience in later maintenance, and is particularly suitable for sections such as parking lines in a parking lot, garage lines and the like.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the construction method of the vibration/noise reduction member for an embedded rail includes the following steps.
Step A:
preparing a lower layer material formed by mixing graded particles and an adhesive, filling the lower layer material into a reserved groove area of the embedded track, tamping and compacting to a designed height to form the vibration and noise reduction block.
In order to protect the fastener components and the like, the construction method further comprises the step of construction protection before construction, and the construction protection step is specifically a substep of installing the fastener cover 3 to protect the fastener components 5 before construction and installing the rigid foam blocks 7 between the fastener components 5 at a distance from the bottom of the steel rail.

The adhesive selected by the invention is preferably a room-temperature cured single-component or two-component polyurethane material or an epoxy or modified epoxy material, and the viscosity of the adhesive is 100-10000 mPa & s.
And after the lower layer material is prepared according to the preferable material and the preferable proportion, the lower layer material is filled into the reserved groove area and tamped to be compact until the designed height, and then the damping and noise reducing block 9 is formed.
And B:
and B, coating an adhesive on the surface of the vibration and noise reduction block 9 formed in the step A, pouring the upper layer material on the dry surface of the adhesive to a preset height, and curing to form a protective surface layer 2 to finish the construction of the vibration and noise reduction part for the embedded track.
The upper layer material can be modified asphalt, modified epoxy resin or room temperature curing polyurethane according to different use environments and functional requirements. The upper layer material is bonded with the vibration and noise reduction block 9 to realize good sealing, and the upper layer material of the protective surface layer 2 manufactured by field construction can locally permeate into the lower layer material of the vibration and noise reduction block 9 to form an integral component after being cured.
And preferably controlling the height ratio of the protective surface layer to the vibration and noise reduction block to be 1: 9-4: 6.
The vibration and noise reduction part for the embedded track is manufactured by adopting the construction method of the vibration and noise reduction part for the embedded track. The vibration and noise reduction component for the embedded track specifically comprises a vibration and noise reduction block 9 on the lower layer and a protective surface layer 2 on the upper layer, wherein the protective surface layer 2 is bonded with the vibration and noise reduction block 9, and the upper layer material of the protective surface layer 2 partially permeates into the lower layer material which is high in vibration and noise reduction speed to form the whole structure of the vibration and noise reduction component for the embedded track.
The vibration and noise reduction component for the embedded track is constructed on site, has strong adaptability with the reserved groove area, and does not have the problem of poor matching; in addition, the components are free of prefabrication cost in site construction, the comprehensive cost is low, the components can be filled for use for the second time after being crushed and recycled, and the environment is relatively protected.
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following specific examples.
Example 1:
installing fastener components 5 and fastener covers 3 on sleepers 8 according to the design interval to fix steel rails 4, then installing protection angle steel 1, closing the mold to pour a reinforced concrete track bed 6, removing the mold after the concrete reaches the strength, and installing rigid foam blocks 7 between the fastener components 3 and the rail bottom. Then, based on the mass ratio, the rubber particles with the particle diameter of 1-4 mm are measured on site: preparing elastic particles with the particle size of 4-8 mm, namely 1:1, and then preparing the rubber particles according to the following weight percentage: preparing graded particles from 4-10 mm inorganic broken stone particles in a ratio of 4:1, finally, preparing lower-layer materials according to a mass ratio of the graded particles to the adhesive of 10:1, uniformly mixing in stirring equipment, filling vibration and noise reduction blocks 9 in the vacant space in the reserved groove area, and compacting and tamping until the designed height forms the vibration and noise reduction blocks. And then treating the surface of the vibration and noise reduction block and bonding surfaces on two sides of the upper groove area, coating an adhesive, weighing modified asphalt according to the proportion after the surface of the adhesive is dried, heating and stirring uniformly, then carrying out pouring construction, pouring to a required height, and finishing the site construction after a pouring material is solidified to form a protective surface layer 2. Wherein the adhesive is a room temperature cured two-component polyurethane material with the viscosity of 5000 Pa.s, and the height ratio of the protective surface layer to the vibration and noise reduction block is 1: 8.
Example 2:
in this example, the construction method was similar to that of example 1. Wherein, the gradation granule in the lower floor's material only includes the elastic particle, and this gradation granule is according to 1 ~ 4mm rubber granule: 4-6 mm plastic particles: 6-10 mm sawdust particles are prepared in a ratio of 4:1: 1; and the mass ratio of the graded particles to the adhesive is 2: 1. The adhesive is a room temperature cured two-component epoxy material, and the viscosity of the adhesive is 1000 mPas. The upper layer is made of room temperature curing polyurethane, and the height ratio of the protective surface layer to the vibration and noise reduction block is 1: 3.
Example 3:
in this example, the construction method was similar to that of example 1. Wherein, the gradation particles in the lower layer material comprise elastic particles and inorganic particles, and the gradation particles are prepared according to the following steps of 1-4 mm coal slag: 4-6 mm of crushed stone: preparing plastic particles with the particle size of 6-10 mm as 1:2: 10; and the mass ratio of the graded particles to the adhesive is 5: 1. The adhesive is a single-component modified epoxy material cured at room temperature, and the viscosity of the adhesive is 500 mPas. The upper layer is made of modified asphalt, and the height ratio of the protective surface layer to the vibration and noise reduction block is 1: 9.
Example 4:
in this example, the construction method was similar to that of example 1. Wherein, the gradation particles in the lower layer material comprise elastic particles and inorganic particles, and the gradation particles are prepared according to the proportion of 1-4 mm rubber particles: 4-6 mm sand: preparing 6-10 mm sawdust particles at a ratio of 3:3: 7; and the mass ratio of the graded particles to the adhesive is 3: 1. The adhesive is a single-component polyurethane material cured at room temperature, and the viscosity of the adhesive is 3000mPa & s. The upper layer is made of modified epoxy resin, and the height ratio of the protective surface layer to the vibration and noise reduction block is 1: 3.
Example 5:
in this example, the construction method was similar to that of example 1. Wherein, the gradation granule in the lower floor's material includes the elastic particle, and this gradation granule is according to 1 ~ 6mm plastic granules: preparing 1-6 mm sawdust particles at a ratio of 2: 1; and the mass ratio of the graded particles to the adhesive is 7: 1. The adhesive is a room temperature cured two-component modified epoxy material, and the viscosity of the adhesive is 200mPa & s. The upper layer is made of modified asphalt, and the height ratio of the protective surface layer to the vibration and noise reduction block is 2: 7.
The test results of the sample in each embodiment of the invention are shown in table 1, and the part can meet the actual use requirements. And the vibration reduction and noise reduction contrast test is carried out through the sample piece, so that the vibration reduction and noise reduction effect is better.

Claims (10)
1. A construction method of a vibration and noise reduction part for an embedded track is characterized by comprising the following steps:
A. preparing a lower layer material formed by mixing graded particles and an adhesive, filling the lower layer material into a reserved groove area of the embedded track, tamping and compacting to a designed height to form a vibration and noise reduction block;
B. and coating an adhesive on the surface of the vibration and noise reduction block, pouring and constructing an upper layer material on the dry surface of the adhesive to a preset height, and curing to form a protective surface layer to finish the construction of the vibration and noise reduction part for the embedded track.
2. The method of constructing a vibration/noise reduction member for an embedded rail as set forth in claim 1, further comprising the step of constructing protection before construction, wherein the step of constructing protection is a substep of installing a fastener cover to protect the fastener assembly before construction and installing a rigid foam block between the fastener assemblies at a distance from the bottom of the rail.

The method for constructing a vibration/noise reduction member for an embedded rail as claimed in claim 1, wherein the graded particles in the lower layer material are elastic particles or a mixture of elastic particles and inorganic particles, and the grain size of the graded particles is 1 to 10 mm.

The construction method of the vibration and noise reduction part for the embedded rail according to claim 1, wherein the adhesive is a room temperature cured single-component or two-component polyurethane material or an epoxy or modified epoxy material, and the viscosity of the adhesive is 100 to 10000mPa · s.
7. The construction method of the vibration and noise reduction part for the embedded rail as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the graded particles to the adhesive in the lower layer material is 1: 1-12: 1.
8. The method of constructing a vibration/noise reduction member for an embedded rail as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper layer is made of modified asphalt, modified epoxy resin or room temperature-curable polyurethane.
