(3) The invention adopts the surface treatment and the vacuum pattern absorption post-finishing process, and the obtained water-based polyurethane synthetic leather fabric has good hand feeling and mechanical property.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The invention will be further described with reference to fig. 1 and the examples.
The first embodiment is as follows:
a water-based polyurethane synthetic leather fabric comprises a base cloth 1 and a water-based polyurethane bass coating layer 2 coated on the base cloth 1; the waterborne polyurethane base coating layer 2 is formed by coating waterborne polyurethane base coating on the base cloth layer 1, and the thickness of the waterborne polyurethane base coating layer 2 is 2-5 times that of the base cloth layer 1.
The preparation method of the water-based polyurethane synthetic leather fabric comprises the following steps:
step one, preprocessing base cloth; step two, preparing aqueous polyurethane slurry; step three, preparing the waterborne polyurethane base coating; step four, preparing the water-based polyurethane synthetic leather fabric; wherein:
in the first step, 3 parts of acetic acid and 1 part of oxalic acid are dissolved by 80-100 parts of water to prepare an acidic treatment solution, the acidic treatment solution is uniformly stirred and then is filled into a soaking tank, the base fabric is soaked in the treatment solution through the soaking tank, the soaking amount is 70% of the weight of the base fabric, then the base fabric is sequentially subjected to roller ironing, press polishing and drying treatment, six rollers are adopted for ironing, the ironing temperature is 140 ℃, the press polishing temperature is 140 ℃, and the pressure is 2MPa, so that the pretreated base fabric is obtained;
in the second step, 70 parts of waterborne polyurethane is added into a mixing kettle, the waterborne polyurethane has a solid content of 60%, 0.3 part of dispersant, 6 parts of polypropylene powder and 5 parts of talcum powder are added under the stirring condition, the dispersant is sodium dodecyl sulfate or polyacrylamide surfactant, the thickener is water-soluble associative polyurethane thickener or water-soluble cellulose thickener, the talcum powder is talcum powder with a mesh number larger than 1000, the wetting agent is anionic organosilicon wetting agent, the mixture is stirred and dispersed for more than 30 minutes under the condition of 1000 revolutions per minute, and 2 parts of thickener is added and stirred to prepare waterborne polyurethane slurry;
before coating, 5 parts of foam stabilizer is added into the waterborne polyurethane slurry under stirring, the foam stabilizer is fatty amide surfactant or sulfonate surfactant, the waterborne polyurethane slurry is bubbled by adopting compressed air, the bubbling rate is 0.3m for carrying out dry distillation/h, and stirring and foaming are carried out for 6 minutes at 1000 revolutions/minute, so that the waterborne polyurethane synthetic leather fabric foaming slurry is prepared.
In the third step, the waterborne polyurethane slurry is spread on the pretreated base fabric in a scraping manner, wherein the scraping amount of the waterborne polyurethane slurry is 280g/m, and then the waterborne polyurethane bass coating layer is obtained after drying.
In the fourth step, the surface treatment and the vacuum grain absorption are carried out on the waterborne polyurethane base coating layer to obtain the waterborne polyurethane synthetic leather fabric, the waterborne surface treatment is to uniformly roll coat a waterborne surface treatment agent on the surface of the waterborne polyurethane base coating, the roll coating amount is 35g/m, and then the waterborne polyurethane base coating is dried at the temperature of 90 ℃, the waterborne surface treatment agent is prepared by uniformly mixing 30 parts of waterborne polyurethane, 1 part of nano silicon dioxide, 1 part of sodium alginate and 50 parts of water, and the waterborne polyurethane base coating after the waterborne surface treatment is preheated for 1min at the temperature of 150 ℃ before the vacuum grain absorption.
Example two:
the waterborne polyurethane synthetic leather fabric and the preparation method thereof provided by the embodiment are basically the same as those of the embodiment 1, and the difference is that:
the thickness of the waterborne polyurethane base coating layer 2 is 3 times of that of the base cloth layer 1.
A preparation method of a water-based polyurethane synthetic leather fabric comprises the following steps:
step one, preprocessing base cloth; step two, preparing aqueous polyurethane slurry; step three, preparing the waterborne polyurethane base coating; step four, preparing the water-based polyurethane synthetic leather fabric; wherein:
in the first step, 4 parts of acetic acid and 2 parts of oxalic acid are dissolved by 80-100 parts of water to prepare an acidic treatment liquid, the acidic treatment liquid is uniformly stirred and then is filled into a soaking tank, the base fabric is soaked in the treatment liquid through the soaking tank, the soaking amount is 80% of the weight of the base fabric, then the base fabric is sequentially subjected to roller ironing, press polishing and drying treatment, six rollers are adopted for heating and ironing, the ironing temperature is 150 ℃, the press polishing temperature is 150 ℃, and the pressure is 3Mpa, so that the pretreated base fabric is obtained.
In the second step, 80 parts of waterborne polyurethane is added into a mixing kettle, the waterborne polyurethane has a solid content of 65 percent, 0.6 part of dispersant, 10 parts of polypropylene powder and 10 parts of talcum powder are added under the stirring condition, the dispersant is sodium dodecyl sulfate or polyacrylamide surfactant, the thickener is water-soluble associated polyurethane thickener or water-soluble cellulose thickener, the talcum powder is talcum powder with a mesh number larger than 1000, the wetting agent is anionic organosilicon wetting agent, the mixture is stirred and dispersed for more than 30 minutes under the condition of 1300 revolutions per minute, 3 parts of the thickener is added and stirred, and the waterborne polyurethane slurry is prepared;
before coating, 6 parts of foam stabilizer is added into the waterborne polyurethane slurry under stirring, the foam stabilizer is fatty amide surfactant or sulfonate surfactant, the waterborne polyurethane slurry is bubbled by adopting compressed air, the bubbling rate is 0.5m for carrying out dry distillation at the speed of 800 rpm, and stirring and foaming are carried out for 8 minutes at the speed of 800 rpm, so that the waterborne polyurethane synthetic leather fabric foaming slurry is prepared.
In the third step, the waterborne polyurethane slurry is spread on the pretreated base fabric in a scraping manner, wherein the scraping amount of the waterborne polyurethane slurry is 300g/m, and then the waterborne polyurethane bass coating layer is obtained after drying.
In the fourth step, the surface treatment and the vacuum grain absorption are carried out on the waterborne polyurethane base coating layer to obtain the waterborne polyurethane synthetic leather fabric, the waterborne surface treatment is to uniformly roll coat the waterborne surface treatment agent on the surface of the waterborne polyurethane base coating, the roll coating amount is 40g/m, and then the waterborne polyurethane base coating is dried at the temperature of 100 ℃, the waterborne surface treatment agent is prepared by uniformly mixing 40 parts of waterborne polyurethane, 2 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 2 parts of sodium alginate and 70 parts of water, and the waterborne polyurethane base coating after the waterborne surface treatment is preheated for 2min at the temperature of 160 ℃ before the vacuum grain absorption.
Example three:
the waterborne polyurethane synthetic leather fabric and the preparation method thereof provided by the embodiment are basically the same as those of the embodiment 1, and the difference is that:
the thickness of the waterborne polyurethane base coating layer 2 is 5 times of that of the base cloth layer 1.

in the first step, 5 parts of acetic acid and 3 parts of oxalic acid are dissolved by 80-100 parts of water to prepare an acidic treatment liquid, the acidic treatment liquid is uniformly stirred and then is filled into a soaking tank, the base fabric is soaked in the treatment liquid through the soaking tank, the soaking amount is 90% of the weight of the base fabric, then the base fabric is sequentially subjected to roller ironing, press polishing and drying treatment, six rollers are adopted for heating and ironing, the ironing temperature is 160 ℃, the press polishing temperature is 160 ℃, and the pressure is 4MPa, so that the pretreated base fabric is obtained.
In the second step, 90 parts of waterborne polyurethane is added into a blending kettle, the waterborne polyurethane has 70% of solid content, 1 part of dispersant, 15 parts of polypropylene powder and 15 parts of talcum powder are added under the stirring condition, the dispersant is sodium dodecyl sulfate or polyacrylamide surfactant, the thickener is water-soluble associative polyurethane thickener or water-soluble cellulose thickener, the talcum powder is talcum powder with the mesh number larger than 1000, the wetting agent is anionic organosilicon wetting agent, the mixture is stirred and dispersed for more than 30 minutes under the condition of 1500 revolutions per minute, 5 parts of thickener is added and stirred, and the waterborne polyurethane slurry is prepared;
before coating, 10 parts of foam stabilizer is added into the waterborne polyurethane slurry under stirring, the foam stabilizer is fatty amide surfactant or sulfonate surfactant, the waterborne polyurethane slurry is bubbled by adopting compressed air, the bubbling rate is 0.8m for carrying out dry distillation at the speed of 1000 rpm, and stirring and foaming are carried out for 10 minutes at the speed of 1000 rpm, so that the waterborne polyurethane synthetic leather fabric foaming slurry is prepared.
In the third step, the waterborne polyurethane slurry is spread on the pretreated base fabric in a scraping manner, wherein the scraping amount of the waterborne polyurethane slurry is 480g/m, and then the waterborne polyurethane bass coating layer is obtained after drying.
In the fourth step, the surface treatment and the vacuum grain absorption are carried out on the waterborne polyurethane base coating layer to obtain the waterborne polyurethane synthetic leather fabric, the waterborne surface treatment is to uniformly roll coat a waterborne surface treatment agent on the surface of the waterborne polyurethane base coating, the roll coating amount is 50g/m, and then the waterborne polyurethane base coating is dried at 120 ℃, the waterborne surface treatment agent is prepared by uniformly mixing 50 parts of waterborne polyurethane, 3 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 3 parts of sodium alginate and 100 parts of water, and the waterborne polyurethane base coating after the waterborne surface treatment is preheated for 2min at 180 ℃ before the vacuum grain absorption.
In conclusion, the waterborne polyurethane synthetic leather fabric prepared by the invention has the advantages that the thickness of the fabric is increased, the bubbles are fine, uniform and consistent in size, good in stability, good in stretch-proof and wear-resistant performance, soft in hand feeling, plump and light, good in moisture permeability and air permeability, compact and simple in preparation process, easy to continuously produce and very suitable for industrial mass production through synchronous improvement of the components and the process.
The invention can obtain environment-friendly products because all the environment-friendly raw materials are adopted, various chemical indexes of the products can reach the standard of ecological synthetic leather, and the whole production process can not generate waste gas and waste water, thus being a clean and environment-friendly production process.
The waterborne polyurethane synthetic leather fabric obtained by the method has good hand feeling and mechanical property by adopting the post-finishing process of waterborne surface treatment and vacuum grain absorption.

Claims (9)

1. The water-based polyurethane synthetic leather fabric is characterized in that: the waterproof coating comprises a base cloth (1) and a waterborne polyurethane base coating layer (2) coated on the base cloth (2); the waterborne polyurethane base coating layer (2) is formed by coating waterborne polyurethane base coating on the base cloth layer (1), and the thickness of the waterborne polyurethane base coating layer (2) is 2-5 times that of the base cloth layer (1).
2. The preparation method of the water-based polyurethane synthetic leather fabric is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
step one, preprocessing base cloth; step two, preparing aqueous polyurethane slurry; step three, preparing the waterborne polyurethane base coating; step four, preparing the water-based polyurethane synthetic leather fabric; wherein:
in the first step, 3-5 parts of acetic acid and 1-3 parts of oxalic acid are dissolved by 80-100 parts of water to prepare an acidic treatment solution, the acidic treatment solution is uniformly stirred and then is filled into a dipping tank, the base fabric is dipped into the treatment solution through the dipping tank, the dipping amount is 70% -90% of the weight of the base fabric, and then the base fabric is sequentially rolled, ironed, calendered and dried to obtain a pretreated base fabric;
in the second step, 70-90 parts of waterborne polyurethane is added into a blending kettle, 0.1-1 part of dispersing agent, 4-15 parts of polypropylene powder and 4-15 parts of talcum powder are added under the stirring condition, the mixture is stirred and dispersed for more than 30 minutes under the condition of 1000-1500 revolutions per minute, and 1-5 parts of thickening agent are added and stirred to prepare waterborne polyurethane slurry;
before coating, adding 3-10 parts of foam stabilizer into the waterborne polyurethane slurry under a stirring condition, and bubbling the waterborne polyurethane slurry by adopting compressed air, wherein the bubbling rate is 0.2-0.8 m for each hour, and stirring and foaming are carried out at 600-1000 r/min for 5-10 minutes to prepare the waterborne polyurethane synthetic leather fabric foaming slurry;
in the third step, the waterborne polyurethane slurry is coated on the pretreated base cloth by scraping, and then the waterborne polyurethane base cloth is dried to obtain a waterborne polyurethane base cloth coating layer;
and in the fourth step, carrying out surface treatment and vacuum grain absorption on the waterborne polyurethane bass coating layer to obtain the waterborne polyurethane synthetic leather fabric.
3. The method for preparing the aqueous polyurethane synthetic leather fabric according to claim 2, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the first step, six rollers are adopted for heating and ironing, the ironing temperature is 140-160 ℃, the calendaring temperature is 140-160 ℃, and the pressure is 2-4 MPa.
4. The method for preparing the aqueous polyurethane synthetic leather fabric according to claim 2, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the second step, the solid content of the waterborne polyurethane is not less than 60%.

The method for preparing the aqueous polyurethane synthetic leather fabric according to claim 2, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the second step, the dispersing agent is sodium dodecyl sulfate or polyacrylamide surfactant, the foam stabilizer is fatty amide surfactant or sulfonate surfactant, the thickener is water-soluble associated polyurethane thickener or water-soluble cellulose thickener, the talcum powder is talcum powder with mesh number larger than 1000, and the wetting agent is anionic organosilicon wetting agent.
6. The method for preparing the aqueous polyurethane synthetic leather fabric according to claim 2, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the third step, the blade coating amount of the waterborne polyurethane slurry is 230-480 g/m.

The method for preparing the aqueous polyurethane synthetic leather fabric according to claim 2, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the fourth step, the aqueous surface treatment is to uniformly roll coat the aqueous surface treatment agent on the surface of the aqueous polyurethane bass coating, wherein the roll coat amount is 35-50 g/m, and then the aqueous surface treatment agent is dried under the condition of 80-120 ℃.

The method for preparing the aqueous polyurethane synthetic leather fabric according to claim 2, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the fourth step, the water-based surface treating agent is obtained by uniformly mixing 30-50 parts of water-based polyurethane, 1-3 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 1-3 parts of sodium alginate and 50-100 parts of water.

The method for preparing the aqueous polyurethane synthetic leather fabric according to claim 2, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the fourth step, the waterborne polyurethane base coating after the waterborne surface treatment is preheated for 1-2 min at the temperature of 150-180 ℃ before the vacuum line absorption.
