The present embodiment is a specific solution, and a drum washing machine includes a box 123, an outer tub 100 disposed in the box 123, a detergent box 110, and a feeding pipeline 111 communicating the detergent box 110 and the outer tub 100. An inner cylinder 120 is coaxially arranged in the outer cylinder 100, a lifting rib 112 is arranged on the inner cylinder 120, and a heater 113 is arranged in the outer cylinder 100. The detergent box 110 and the outer tub 100 are provided with water inlet pipes, and the water inlet pipes are provided with water inlet valves 116. The rear part of the washing machine is provided with a driving device for driving the inner drum 120 to rotate, the driving device comprises a direct drive motor 117, a transmission shaft 118 of the driving motor is connected with the inner drum 120 to drive the inner drum 120 to rotate, and a bearing 119 is arranged between the transmission shaft 118 and the outer drum 100. The washing machine further comprises a door body 114 and a sealing window gasket 109 which are arranged at the front part of the box body 123, and the door body 114 is matched with the sealing window gasket 109 to seal the joint of the door body 114 and the box body 123. The sealing gasket 109 is partially folded to form a pleated channel. The lower portion of the wrinkle passage is provided with a second communication port communicating with the outer tub 100. The lower portion of the outer tub 100 is provided with a drain port to which a drain pipe 122 is connected, and the drain pipe 122 is provided with a drain valve for opening/closing the drain pipe 122.
The particle storage device 102 and the water pump are arranged in the box body 123, the particle storage device 102 is provided with a storage cavity 103, cleaning particles 115 are contained in the storage cavity 103, the water outlet end of the water pump is communicated with the storage cavity 103, and the storage cavity 103 is respectively communicated with the wrinkle channel, the chamber of the detergent box 110 and the outer barrel 100 through four water conveying paths 104 a, b, c and d. The water inlet end of the water pump is communicated with a water outlet and a water discharge pipe 122 section between the water discharge pump through a water return pipeline 105, a water inlet and a water outlet which are communicated with the inside and the outside of the storage cavity 103 are arranged on the particle storage device 102, the water inlet is connected with the water outlet end of the water pump, the water outlet is communicated with the outer cylinder through a conveying water path 104, and the water outlet is higher than the water inlet.
A filter screen capable of separating the water inlet and the water outlet is arranged in the storage cavity 103, for example, the filter screen is connected with the particle storage device 102 in a sliding way, a chute is arranged in the particle collection device, and the filter screen 108/the filter screen is matched with the chute. The filter screen inserts and collects the intracavity, and the filter screen separates water inlet and delivery port, and clean granule 115 is intercepted in storing chamber 103, realizes the collection of clean granule 115, pulls out the collection chamber with the filter screen, and the water inlet communicates with the delivery port, and clean granule 115 realizes the cleanness to the section of thick bamboo wall in getting into urceolus 100 along with rivers.
The shape and type of the filter 108 and the filter screen are not limited, and the filter 108 may be a grid-shaped, mesh-shaped, or filter-hole type filter.
The particle size of the cleaning particles 115 is 0.05mm to 12mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 4.0mm, and more preferably 1 mm to 2 mm.
The material of the cleaning particles 115 may be metal, inorganic non-metal or organic. The cleaning particles 115 are preferably made of organic polymer materials, such as polyurethane, silicone, rubber, nylon, etc. It is preferable to add antibacterial components such as copper ions, anions, etc. to the cleaning particles 115.
The control method of the washing machine comprises the following steps:
the washing machine controls the conduction and cut-off mechanism to conduct the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet, controls the drainage device 121 to close drainage, controls the liquid conveying device 101 to start, and controls the liquid conveying device 101 to drive the liquid medium in the outer barrel 100 to carry the cleaning particles 115 in the storage cavity 103 to return to the interior of the outer barrel 100 to carry out self cleaning on the barrel wall of the outer barrel 100;
the washing machine controls the conduction and cut-off mechanism to cut off the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet, and the conduction and cut-off mechanism collects the cleaning particles 115 in the storage cavity 103;
the washing machine controls the liquid delivery device 101 to be closed and controls the drainage device 121 to be opened, so as to discharge the liquid medium in the outer cylinder 100.
The above-mentioned cleaning process may be a cleaning program set in the washing machine, and after the washing machine acquires the cleaning program selected by the user, the washing machine is controlled to execute the cleaning program.
Or, the washing machine may preset a certain number of times of washing/usage time, and when the number of times of washing/usage time of the washing machine reaches the preset value, the cleaning program is executed. For example, when the number of washing times reaches 20 times, the cleaning process is started, or, when the washing machine is used for one month/one quarter, the cleaning process is started.
Alternatively, a detection device for detecting the amount of dirt/mold may be provided in the washing machine, and the washing machine may control the washing machine to perform the cleaning process according to the amount of dirt/mold detected. When the amount of dirt/mold detected by the detecting means reaches a preset value, a cleaning process is performed.

Claims (15)
1. A washing machine is characterized in that a washing machine is provided,
an outer cylinder;
the particle storage device is provided with a storage cavity communicated with the outer cylinder, and cleaning particles are contained in the storage cavity;
the liquid inlet end of the liquid conveying device extends into the liquid medium, the liquid outlet end of the liquid conveying device is communicated with the storage cavity, and the liquid conveying device drives the liquid medium to carry cleaning particles into the outer barrel for self cleaning;
the outer barrel is provided with a water outlet which is connected with a drain pipe, the liquid inlet end of the liquid conveying device is connected with a water return pipeline, the water return pipeline is connected with the drain pipe, and the liquid conveying device drives a liquid medium in the outer barrel to carry cleaning particles in the storage cavity to return to the inside of the outer barrel for self cleaning;
the particle storage device is provided with a liquid inlet communicated with the storage cavity and the liquid conveying device and a liquid outlet communicated with the storage cavity and the outer cylinder, and the liquid outlet is higher than the liquid inlet.
2. The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the liquid delivery device is a water pump, a liquid inlet end of the water pump is communicated with the outer tub through a water return pipeline, a liquid outlet end of the water pump is communicated with the storage chamber, the storage chamber is communicated with the outer tub through a delivery water path, and the delivery water path and the water return pipeline form a circulation water path.
3. A washing machine as claimed in claim 1 wherein the outer tub is provided with a first communication port communicating with the inlet end of the liquid delivery means, the first communication port being located adjacent the lowermost portion of the outer tub.
4. A washing machine as claimed in claim 1 wherein the drain pipe is provided with a drain means for opening/closing the drain pipe, the inlet end of the liquid delivery means and the communication opening of the drain pipe being located between the drain opening and the drain pipe of the drain means.
5. A washing machine as claimed in claim 4 wherein the drain means is a drain valve or drain pump.
6. A washing machine as claimed in claim 1 wherein the liquid inlet is provided in the bottom wall of the particle storage means.
7. The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the storage chamber is provided with a conduction and cut-off mechanism for conducting/cutting off the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet, the conduction and cut-off mechanism conducts the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet, the liquid conveying device drives the liquid medium in the outer cylinder to carry the cleaning particles in the storage chamber back to the inside of the outer cylinder for self-cleaning, the conduction and cut-off mechanism cuts off the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet, and the conduction and cut-off mechanism collects the cleaning particles in the storage chamber.
8. A washing machine as claimed in claim 7 wherein the conduction cut-off means is a filter plate or screen having a pore size smaller than the particle size of the cleaning particles.
9. The washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising a sealing window pad of the door body and/or a detergent box and/or a dispensing pipeline communicated with the detergent box, wherein the sealing window pad is partially folded to form a corrugated channel, the corrugated channel and/or the detergent box and/or the dispensing pipeline are/is communicated with the storage chamber, and the liquid delivery device drives the liquid medium to carry cleaning particles into the corrugated channel and/or the detergent box and/or the dispensing pipeline to perform self-cleaning on the corresponding part.
10. The washing machine as claimed in claim 8, wherein the water delivery path further comprises a delivery branch corresponding to the corrugated passage and/or the detergent box and/or the dispensing pipeline, and the outlet end of the delivery branch is communicated with the corresponding corrugated passage and/or the detergent box and/or the dispensing pipeline.
11. The washing machine as claimed in claim 9, wherein the wrinkle passage communicates with the outer tub through a second communication port, and the second communication port of the wrinkle passage communicating with the outer tub is located at a bottom of the wrinkle passage.
12. A control method of a washing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 11, wherein the washing machine comprises:
an outer cylinder;
the particle storage device is provided with a storage cavity communicated with the outer cylinder, and cleaning particles are contained in the storage cavity;
a liquid conveying device, wherein the liquid inlet end of the liquid conveying device extends into the liquid medium, the liquid outlet end is communicated with the storage cavity,
the control method comprises the following steps: the washing machine controls the liquid conveying device to be started, and the liquid conveying device drives the liquid medium to carry cleaning particles into the outer barrel to carry out self-cleaning.
13. The control method of a washing machine as claimed in claim 12, wherein the liquid feed end of the liquid feeding means communicates with the outer tub,
the control method comprises the following steps: the washing machine controls the liquid conveying device to start, and the liquid conveying device drives the liquid medium in the outer barrel to carry the cleaning particles in the storage cavity back to the interior of the outer barrel for self cleaning.
14. The control method according to claim 12, wherein the particle storage device is provided with a liquid inlet for communicating a storage chamber with the liquid transport device and a liquid outlet for communicating the storage chamber with the outer cylinder, the storage chamber is provided with a conduction/shutoff mechanism for conducting/shutting off the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet,
the control method comprises the steps that the washing machine controls the conduction and cut-off mechanism to conduct the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet, the liquid conveying device is controlled to be started, the liquid conveying device drives a liquid medium in the outer barrel to carry cleaning particles in the storage cavity to return to the interior of the outer barrel for self cleaning, the washing machine controls the conduction and cut-off mechanism to cut off the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet, and the conduction and cut-off mechanism collects the cleaning particles in the storage cavity.
15. The control method according to claim 14, wherein the tub of the washing machine has a drain port to which a drain pipe is connected, the drain pipe is provided with a drain device for opening/closing the drain pipe, a communication port of the liquid feed end of the liquid feed device and the drain pipe is provided between the drain port and the drain device,
the control method comprises the following steps:
the washing machine controls the conduction and cut-off mechanism to conduct the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet, controls the drainage device to cut off the drainage pipe, controls the liquid conveying device to start, and drives the liquid medium in the outer barrel to carry the cleaning particles in the storage cavity back to the inner part of the outer barrel for self-cleaning;
the washing machine controls the conduction and cut-off mechanism to cut off the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet, and the conduction and cut-off mechanism collects the cleaning particles in the storage cavity;
the washing machine controls the liquid conveying device to be closed and controls the drainage device to be opened, and liquid media in the outer barrel are drained out of the outer barrel.
