(1) placing the silkworm cocoons (including various silkworm cocoons such as colored cocoons and green cocoons) with the cocoon coats removed in a container filled with warm water, vacuumizing for 5-10 minutes, extracting air in a part of cocoon layers to enable water to quickly permeate into the cocoon layers, transferring the cocoon layers to 95-100 ℃, heating for 5-15 minutes, and transferring the silkworm cocoons to the warm water with the temperature of 60-70 ℃ for silk reeling. Single, several to tens (12 to 15) cocoons can be simultaneously reeled once and wound on a spinning wheel to form stranded raw silk with the circumference of several meters according to the requirement of a product. After winding, the raw silk is taken down from the spinning wheel and respectively tied up end heads for preventing disorder, two ends are straightened and combined or twisted and combined with single-strand raw silk, and the length of the single-strand raw silk reserved on the end head is determined by the diameter of the silk reeling wheel. The thickness of single-strand raw silk is determined by the number of combined silk reeling cocoons and the number of winding turns. The structure of the raw silk rope without the cut at the end is shown in the attached figure 1, one end of a plurality of strands of raw silk is knotted and then is combined and knotted again to prevent disorder, the raw silk rope with the plurality of strands of raw silk twisted is fixed and then is wound into a U-shaped retaining ring by a rope braiding device, and the knotted raw silk is removed at the two ends of the raw silk rope, so that the raw silk rope without the cut at the end is formed.
(2) The obtained single silk rope is woven into raw silk cakes, the knotted end of the raw silk at the starting end penetrates into the woven raw silk cakes, the end of the raw silk cakes is exposed to be used as a hook for drying a puff in the sun, and the shape and the weaving structure of the raw silk cakes are shown in attached figure 2.
(3) And (3) boiling the woven raw silk cake in water, thermally degumming for 5-60 minutes, taking out the raw silk cake, and drying to obtain the silk powder puff for cleaning or the fibroin powder puff for cleaning.
The woven silk fibroin puff provided by the embodiment has the advantage that sericin outside the silk fibers is completely removed, so that the woven silk fibroin puff can be a silk cleaning puff. A small amount of bath foam is smeared on the surface of the skin for wiping, and rich foam can be generated to facilitate skin cleaning; the silk beauty powder puff adopting the weaving process is skin-friendly, soft and not loose, after being soaked in warm water for a moment, the powder puff is held by two hands to be applied to the skin of the face or other parts of the body, repeated massage is carried out for more than a few minutes, active substances such as silk protein and the like can be smeared on the surface of the powder puff contacting with the skin and then continuously massaged, repeated rinsing is carried out in water after the massage is finished, and the powder puff is hung and dried in the air or in the sun after water is squeezed out, so that bacteria cannot grow, and the silk beauty powder puff can be continuously used next day. Therefore, the puff has the characteristics of durability, softness, smoothness, convenience in hanging and drying or airing after washing and the like.
According to the method provided by the embodiment, the fibroin cleaning wiper can be woven, is suitable for wiping the car body and the car window after being smeared with the detergent, can thoroughly remove dirt, does not damage the car body and the car window, and has no scratch; the product can also be used for washing high-grade tableware, ceramics and glass products and cleaning and wiping the surfaces of precision machines, and has the characteristics of fineness, easy foaming of a cleaning agent and the like.
In the technical scheme of the invention, the silkworm cocoons for reeling comprise common commercial white silkworm cocoons, colored cocoons, green cocoons rich in flavonoid substances, large cocoons and the like; or spun silk made from non-domestic silkworm cocoon such as tussah silkworm cocoon, and winding into raw silk with non-notch end on a spinning wheel, and twisting multiple spun silk raw silk into silk rope.
Example 2
This example provides a silk cosmetic puff. Combining a plurality of raw silk ropes obtained by the method of the step (2) in the embodiment 1, weaving or crocheting the raw silk ropes into raw silk cakes in various shapes, directly immersing the raw silk cakes into a sericin solution with the concentration of 1-10% (w/v) for adsorption for 5-60 minutes, and supplementing part of sericin lost due to silk reeling so as to enable the sericin to be adsorbed outside silk fibers again; and drying the raw spinning cakes to obtain the sericin-coated silk beauty powder puff.
Research shows that the sericin not only has the functions of moisture absorption, antibiosis, antioxidation, whitening, ultraviolet radiation resistance and the like, is widely applied to high-grade cosmetics and skin care products, but also has a plurality of pharmacological actions such as digestion promotion, cell proliferation promotion, antioxidation, antivirus, anti-aging, anti-tumor, blood sugar reduction and the like. At present, sericin is widely applied to products such as beauty skin care products, hair care cosmetics, shower gel and the like. In addition, the colored silkworm cocoon also contains lutein and b-carotene, and the green cocoon layer also contains flavonoid compounds such as quercetin, kaempferol and glucoside thereof; most of the substances have various pharmacological effects and biological activities, especially activities and functions of whitening, resisting oxidation, inhibiting free radicals and the like.
The silk puff provided by the embodiment is used for massage and beauty treatment, and the silk cosmetic puff manufactured by using a weaving method has the main function of using sericin on the surface of silk fiber. The natural silk beautifying puff is used for massaging the face or other skin parts every day, so that the corium layer of the skin is expanded due to blood vessel massage, and the active sericin on the surface of raw silk enters the corium layer under the action of warm water to play the roles of silking, water retention, whitening, oxidation resistance and ultraviolet radiation resistance, and play the roles of skin whitening and aging resistance.

The method comprises the steps of rewinding raw silk (white steam filature) produced by an enterprise on a reeling wheel, taking down annular raw silk fibers of the reeling wheel, knotting two ends of the straightened raw silk to prevent the raw silk from being disorderly changed into single-strand raw silk, combining and twisting the single-strand raw silk or a plurality of strands of raw silk into a raw silk rope without a notch at the end, wherein the length and the thickness of the raw silk rope are determined by the size and the number of winding turns of a reeling wheel. Weaving or hooking with single or multiple raw silk ropes to obtain raw silk cakes with various shapes, removing knotted raw silk at two ends after fixation, combining to obtain a buckle ring, penetrating the buckle ring at the starting end into the raw silk cakes, exposing the raw silk cakes at the tail end to serve as a hook for drying the puff in the sun. Boiling the raw silk cake in water for degumming for 10-60 minutes, taking out the raw silk cake, and drying to obtain a silk puff (fibroin puff) with a cleaning purpose; or a sericin-coated puff was prepared by the method of example 2.
Example 4
The raw silk rope with no cut at the end obtained in the embodiment 1 or 3 can be woven into daily necessities with various shapes such as tea-cup cushions, seat cushions, insoles and the like by single or a plurality of raw silk ropes, and can also be woven into raw silk ropes for decoration. And (3) soaking the woven product into water, boiling for degumming for 5-60 minutes, and removing sericin outside all fibers to obtain silk woven tea cup pads, seat cushions, insoles and other daily necessities and ornaments with no notches at ends.
Claims (7)
1. A preparation method of a silk rope woven puff is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) winding raw silk obtained by silkworm cocoons through a silk reeling process on a spinning wheel, integrally taking down the raw silk wound on the spinning wheel, straightening and combining two ends or twisting and combining two ends to obtain single-strand raw silk without a notch at the end;
(2) twisting single-strand or multiple-strand combined raw silk into raw silk ropes without notches at the ends, and weaving single-strand or multiple-strand raw silk ropes into raw silk cakes;
(3) degumming the raw silk cake to obtain the silk fibroin puff for cleaning.
2. The method for preparing silk rope knitted puff according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: two ends of the raw silk rope without the cut at the end are provided with loop openings.
3. The method for preparing silk rope knitted puff according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the raw spinning cake is woven in a single layer or in a layer-by-layer and crossed multilayer manner.
4. The method for preparing silk rope knitted puff according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: and (3) boiling the raw silk cake in water for 1-60 minutes for degumming.

(2) single strand or several strands of raw silk are combined and twisted into raw silk ropes without notches at the ends, and single strand or several strands of raw silk ropes are woven into raw silk cakes;
(3) and immersing the raw silk cakes into a sericin solution with the concentration of 0.5-10% w/v for adsorption for 1-60 minutes, and drying to obtain the silk powder puff for beauty treatment with the surface of the silk fiber coated with sericin.
7. A cosmetic silk puff prepared according to claim 6.
