Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a treatment method of oily sludge in an oil field, belonging to the field of harmless treatment of oily sludge.
Background
Oily sludge is brought into a hazardous waste control list (HW08 items) by China, the amount of petroleum sludge in China is huge at present, about 3000 million tons of oily sludge can be generated every year, the stockpiled sludge reaches hundreds of millions of tons, and if the oily sludge is directly discharged without treatment, large-area land is occupied, and the environmental pollution to surrounding soil, water and atmospheric environment is serious. The sludge contains a large amount of bacteria, viruses, parasites and eggs thereof, heavy metals comprise arsenic, copper, zinc, chromium, mercury and the like, and the sludge also contains a large amount of toxic and harmful substances such as benzene series, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon, polychlorinated biphenyl, dioxin and the like. PAHs (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons) in petroleum are confirmed to be carcinogens, affect the normal functions of liver, kidney, cardiovascular system and the like, and have great harm to human bodies after long-term contact.
In view of the various hazards caused by oily sludge, the utilization of oily sludge in harmless disposal is not slow enough. At present, the methods for treating oily sludge at home and abroad are mainly divided into a physical chemical method and a biological method. The physical and chemical method is a process for degrading petroleum pollutants in oil sludge through physical or chemical action or combined action of the two to treat or purify the oil sludge, and mainly comprises the following steps: water washing, solidification, solvent extraction, incineration, supercritical, isolation, washing leaching, chemical oxidation, photodegradation, solvent-sonication, etc. The biological treatment method utilizes characteristic microorganisms screened in nature or artificially by some means, and utilizes the activity of the microorganisms for metabolizing organic matters to ensure that petroleum hydrocarbon in the oil sludge is dispersed and stripped or degraded into small molecular substances, thereby realizing the purpose of treating the oil-containing sludge.
In recent years, along with the increase of the environmental protection of oil fields, the treatment of oily sludge is paid sufficient attention, and a plurality of new methods are developed as required, but all the methods have various advantages and certain limitations, and the method totally meets the national and local environmental protection requirements and is difficult to realize by being applied to one process alone.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims at the oil sludge with high oil content, the oil content in the oil sludge is recycled, and the residual sludge is subjected to harmless treatment so as to meet the soil environment quality standard, thereby solving the problems.
The invention provides a method for treating oily sludge in an oil field, which comprises the following steps: firstly, oil-containing sludge is treated by adopting a grinding and cleaning method, and then the oil sludge after grinding and cleaning is repaired by adopting a repairing agent.
The preferred grinding and cleaning steps of the present invention are as follows: putting the oily sludge, the medicament and water into a grinding cleaning machine for cleaning; screening the cleaned oily sludge by using a screen, and respectively collecting a solid and muddy water mixture; centrifugally dewatering the mud-water mixture, and respectively collecting oil-containing sewage and oil sludge; separating oil from water in oily sewage, and collecting oil.
The invention preferably adopts magnesium minerals as the medicament, and the addition amount of the medicament is 0.5-3% of the mass of the oily sludge.
The agent of the present invention is further preferably at least one of brucite, magnesite and dolomite.
The invention preferably has the mass ratio of the oil-containing sludge to water of 1: 1-4.
The cleaning time is preferably 5-20 min.
The invention preferably has the aperture of the screen mesh of 1-20 mm.
The preferred repairing agent treatment steps of the invention are as follows: and adding water into the oil sludge and the repairing agent, stirring, airing and air-drying.
The stirring time is preferably 30-60 min.
According to the invention, the repairing agent is preferably a magnesium mineral, and the adding amount of the repairing agent is 5-30% of the mass of the oil sludge.
The repair agent of the present invention is further preferably at least one of brucite, magnesite and dolomite.
The invention preferably adopts the airing and air-drying method as follows: stirring for 2-5 times per day, and treating for 2-4 days.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the method adopts a combined treatment method of firstly grinding, cleaning and then repairing, solves the problems of poor treatment effect and large medicament consumption of a single method, can quickly and efficiently realize the harmless treatment of the oily sludge by the mutual cooperation of the two methods, and has the advantages of simple and efficient construction, good treatment effect, low cost and important application prospect.
