Abstract
The invention provides a domestic sewage treatment agent and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of sewage treatment. The domestic sewage treatment agent disclosed by the invention is composed of the following substances in parts by weight: 10-30 parts of polyacrylamide, 10-25 parts of chitosan, 1-5 parts of photosynthetic bacteria, 1-5 parts of actinomycetes, 5-10 parts of polyaluminium chloride, 5-10 parts of attapulgite clay and 40-70 parts of deionized water. The domestic sewage treatment agent has a good purification effect, the preparation method of the domestic sewage treatment agent is simple, the used raw materials are nontoxic, and secondary pollution is avoided.

The polyacrylamide can increase the utilization rate of water recycling circulation, can also be used for sludge dehydration, and can be used for coagulation and clarification of suspended particles in domestic sewage when being matched with attapulgite clay; the chitosan is non-toxic, does not cause secondary pollution, is used for treating the activated sludge and has excellent effect; the photosynthetic bacteria can utilize organic matters, sulfides, ammonia and the like as hydrogen donor and carbon source to carry out photosynthesis under anaerobic illumination or aerobic dark condition, can degrade harmful substances such as nitrite and sulfides in water, and has strong decomposition and conversion capability; actinomycetes can decompose a plurality of organic matters in sewage; the polyaluminium chloride has the performances of adsorption, condensation, precipitation and the like, has good stability, wide adaptive water range, strong adsorption capacity, high density and precipitation speed, low effluent turbidity and good dehydration performance; the attapulgite clay is renewable, has low energy consumption, is beneficial to environmental protection, can decolorize grease, and can adsorb substances such as hormone, virus, toxin and the like in sewage.
Further, the chitosan is high-viscosity chitosan. The high-viscosity chitosan has high viscosity, good quality, no toxicity and biodegradability, and can flocculate suspended matters in sewage.
Further, the preparation method of the high-viscosity chitosan comprises the following steps: grinding 1-5 parts of chitin, adding 200 parts of sodium hydroxide solution, stirring and reacting for 3 hours at 50 ℃, filtering after the reaction is finished, and drying a filter cake in a 60 ℃ oven for 24 hours to obtain the high-viscosity chitosan. The preparation method is simple.
Furthermore, the particle size of the ground chitin is 350-500 μm. The reaction yield of the high-viscosity chitosan prepared by adopting the chitin with the grain size is high.
Further, the mass concentration of the sodium hydroxide solution is 35%.
A method for preparing a domestic sewage treatment agent, comprising the steps of:
(1) respectively activating photosynthetic bacteria and actinomycetes and then carrying out expanded culture;
(2) putting photosynthetic bacteria and actinomycetes in a culture medium according to the weight ratio for mixed culture for 24 hours, and centrifugally separating a bacterial liquid to remove components of the culture medium to obtain a mixed microorganism;
(3) and (3) mixing the polyacrylamide, the high-viscosity chitosan, the polyaluminium chloride and the attapulgite clay in parts by weight with deionized water, uniformly stirring, and adding the mixed microorganism obtained in the step (2) to prepare the domestic sewage treatment agent.
Further, the culture medium in the step (2) is composed of the following formula by weight: 80 parts of soluble starch, 10 parts of potassium nitrate, 5 parts of dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, 5 parts of sodium chloride, 5 parts of magnesium sulfate, 50 parts of agar and 200 parts of deionized water.
Has the advantages that: compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: the domestic sewage treatment agent has a strong flocculation effect on domestic sewage, can decolorize grease in the domestic sewage, can biodegrade organic matters in the domestic sewage, and has a good treatment effect on the domestic sewage. Example 1
A method for preparing a domestic sewage treatment agent, comprising the steps of:
(1) preparing high-viscosity chitosan: grinding 1 part of chitin into powder with the particle size of 350 microns, adding 200 parts of 35% sodium hydroxide solution by mass concentration, stirring and reacting for 3 hours at 50 ℃, filtering after the reaction is finished, and drying a filter cake in a 60 ℃ oven for 24 hours to obtain high-viscosity chitosan;
(2) respectively activating photosynthetic bacteria and actinomycetes and then carrying out expanded culture;
(3) putting 1 part of photosynthetic bacteria and 1 part of actinomycetes into a culture medium for mixed culture for 24 hours, and centrifugally separating a bacterial liquid to remove components of the culture medium to obtain a mixed microorganism;
(4) and (2) mixing 10 parts of polyacrylamide, 10 parts of high-viscosity chitosan obtained in the step (1), 5 parts of polyaluminum chloride, 5 parts of attapulgite clay and 40 parts of deionized water, uniformly stirring, and adding the mixed microorganisms obtained in the step (3) to prepare the domestic sewage treatment agent.
Wherein the culture medium in the step (3) consists of the following components in parts by weight: 80 parts of soluble starch, 10 parts of potassium nitrate, 5 parts of dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, 5 parts of sodium chloride, 5 parts of magnesium sulfate, 50 parts of agar and 200 parts of deionized water.
Example 2
A method for preparing a domestic sewage treatment agent, comprising the steps of:
(1) preparing high-viscosity chitosan: grinding 5 parts of chitin into powder with the particle size of 500 mu m, adding 200 parts of 35% sodium hydroxide solution by mass concentration, stirring and reacting for 3h at 50 ℃, filtering after the reaction is finished, and drying a filter cake in a 60 ℃ oven for 24h to obtain the high-viscosity chitosan;
(2) respectively activating photosynthetic bacteria and actinomycetes and then carrying out expanded culture;
(3) putting 5 parts of photosynthetic bacteria and 5 parts of actinomycetes into a culture medium for mixed culture for 24 hours, and centrifugally separating a bacterial liquid to remove components of the culture medium to obtain a mixed microorganism;
(4) and (2) mixing 30 parts of polyacrylamide, 25 parts of the high-viscosity chitosan obtained in the step (1), 10 parts of polyaluminum chloride, 10 parts of attapulgite clay and 70 parts of deionized water, uniformly stirring, and adding the mixed microorganisms obtained in the step (2) to prepare the domestic sewage treatment agent.
Wherein the culture medium in the step (2) consists of the following components in parts by weight: 80 parts of soluble starch, 10 parts of potassium nitrate, 5 parts of dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, 5 parts of sodium chloride, 5 parts of magnesium sulfate, 50 parts of agar and 200 parts of deionized water.
Example 3
A method for preparing a domestic sewage treatment agent, comprising the steps of:
(1) preparing high-viscosity chitosan: grinding 3 parts of chitin into powder with the particle size of 425 micrometers, adding 200 parts of 35% sodium hydroxide solution by mass concentration, stirring and reacting for 3 hours at 50 ℃, filtering after the reaction is finished, and drying a filter cake in a 60 ℃ oven for 24 hours to obtain high-viscosity chitosan;
(2) respectively activating photosynthetic bacteria and actinomycetes and then carrying out expanded culture;
(3) putting 3 parts of photosynthetic bacteria and 3 parts of actinomycetes into a culture medium for mixed culture for 24 hours, and centrifugally separating a bacterial liquid to remove components of the culture medium to obtain a mixed microorganism;
(4) and (2) mixing 20 parts of polyacrylamide, 17 parts of the high-viscosity chitosan obtained in the step (1), 7 parts of polyaluminum chloride, 7 parts of attapulgite clay and 55 parts of deionized water, uniformly stirring, and adding the mixed microorganism obtained in the step (3) to prepare the domestic sewage treatment agent.
Wherein the culture medium in the step (3) consists of the following components in parts by weight: 80 parts of soluble starch, 10 parts of potassium nitrate, 5 parts of dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, 5 parts of sodium chloride, 5 parts of magnesium sulfate, 50 parts of agar and 200 parts of deionized water.
The beneficial effects of the invention are further illustrated by the following experimental data, 1kg of the sewage treatment agent produced in examples 1-3 is respectively added into 1t of domestic sewage for purification treatment, and the removal rate of each index in the purified water is measured after 4h, and the test results are shown in the following table:

In conclusion, the results in table 1 show that the domestic sewage treatment agent provided by the invention has the advantages of strong decontamination capability, high reaction speed, high removal rate of suspended matters in sewage, no need of a sludge treatment system, good sewage purification effect and suitability for popularization and application.

Claims (7)
1. A domestic sewage treatment agent is characterized in that: the composition is prepared from the following substances in parts by weight: 10-30 parts of polyacrylamide, 10-25 parts of chitosan, 1-5 parts of photosynthetic bacteria, 1-5 parts of actinomycetes, 5-10 parts of polyaluminium chloride, 5-10 parts of attapulgite clay and 40-70 parts of deionized water.
2. The domestic sewage treatment agent according to claim 1, wherein: the chitosan is high-viscosity chitosan.

The domestic sewage treatment agent according to claim 2, wherein: the preparation method of the high-viscosity chitosan comprises the following steps: grinding 1-5 parts of chitin, adding 200 parts of sodium hydroxide solution, stirring and reacting for 3 hours at 50 ℃, filtering after the reaction is finished, and drying a filter cake in a 60 ℃ oven for 24 hours to obtain the high-viscosity chitosan.

(1) respectively activating photosynthetic bacteria and actinomycetes and then carrying out expanded culture;
(2) putting photosynthetic bacteria and actinomycetes in a culture medium according to the weight ratio for mixed culture for 24 hours, and centrifugally separating a bacterial liquid to remove components of the culture medium to obtain a mixed microorganism;
(3) and (3) mixing the polyacrylamide, the high-viscosity chitosan, the polyaluminium chloride and the attapulgite clay in parts by weight with deionized water, uniformly stirring, and adding the mixed microorganism obtained in the step (2) to prepare the domestic sewage treatment agent.
7. The method for preparing a domestic sewage treatment agent according to claim 6, wherein: the culture medium in the step (2) consists of the following components in parts by weight: 80 parts of soluble starch, 10 parts of potassium nitrate, 5 parts of dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, 5 parts of sodium chloride, 5 parts of magnesium sulfate, 50 parts of agar and 200 parts of deionized water.
