Adding the polyvinyl chloride and the chlorinated polyethylene in parts by mass into a high-speed mixer, stirring at a high speed for mixing at a speed of 300/min for 5 minutes at a mixing temperature of 60 ℃, and adding a plasticizer from a small feeding port while stirring at a high speed; after the plasticizer is fully absorbed by the polyvinyl chloride and the chlorinated polyethylene, cooling to room temperature, sequentially adding a calcium-zinc heat stabilizer, a filler, a lubricant, polyethylene wax and an antibacterial agent according to certain parts by mass, and then uniformly mixing under a high-speed stirring condition for 5 minutes to prepare a mixed material; adding the mixed materials into a double-screw extruder, wherein the rotating speed of a screw is 200rpm, and cutting the mixture into granular antibacterial PE master batches through cold-drawing strips.
Example 2
The antibacterial PE master batch comprises the following components in parts by mass: 65 parts of polyvinyl chloride, 8 parts of calcium-zinc heat stabilizer, 25 parts of filler, 25 parts of chlorinated polyethylene, 2 parts of lubricant, 1.5 parts of antioxidant phosphite ester, 1.5 parts of polyethylene wax, 25 parts of environment-friendly plasticizer, 17.5 parts of antibacterial agent, zeolite type nano silver ion antibacterial agent as antibacterial agent, and calcium carbonate as filler. Adding the polyvinyl chloride and the chlorinated polyethylene in parts by mass into a high-speed mixer, stirring at a high speed for mixing at a speed of 400/min for 7 minutes at a mixing temperature of 65 ℃, and adding a plasticizer from a small feeding port while stirring at a high speed; after the plasticizer is fully absorbed by the polyvinyl chloride and the chlorinated polyethylene, cooling to room temperature, sequentially adding a calcium-zinc heat stabilizer, a filler, a lubricant, polyethylene wax and an antibacterial agent according to certain parts by mass, and then uniformly mixing under a high-speed stirring condition for 7 minutes to prepare a mixed material; adding the mixed materials into a double-screw extruder, wherein the rotating speed of a screw is 150rpm, and cutting the mixture into granular antibacterial PE master batches through cold-drawing strips.
Example 3
The antibacterial PE master batch comprises the following components in parts by mass: 80 parts of polyvinyl chloride, 10 parts of calcium-zinc heat stabilizer, 30 parts of filler, 30 parts of chlorinated polyethylene, 3 parts of lubricant, 2 parts of antioxidant phosphite ester, 2 parts of polyethylene wax, 30 parts of environment-friendly plasticizer and 20 parts of antibacterial agent, wherein the antibacterial agent is a zeolite type nano silver ion antibacterial agent, and the filler is talcum powder. Adding the polyvinyl chloride and the chlorinated polyethylene in parts by mass into a high-speed mixer, stirring at a high speed for mixing at a rotation speed of 500/min for 10 minutes at a mixing temperature of 70 ℃, and adding the plasticizer from a small feeding port while stirring at a high speed; after the plasticizer is fully absorbed by the polyvinyl chloride and the chlorinated polyethylene, cooling to room temperature, sequentially adding a calcium-zinc heat stabilizer, a filler, a lubricant, polyethylene wax and an antibacterial agent according to certain parts by mass, and then uniformly mixing under a high-speed stirring condition for 10 minutes to prepare a mixed material; adding the mixed materials into a double-screw extruder, wherein the rotating speed of a screw is 300rpm, and cutting the mixture into granular antibacterial PE master batches through cold-drawing strips.
The organic solvent is any one or a mixture of more than two of acetone, dimethyl phthalate, dipropylene carbonate, tetrahydrofuran, methyl ethyl ketone, dimethylformamide, dimethylacetamide, dimethyl sulfoxide, N-methylpyrrolidone, trimethyl phosphate and diacetone alcohol in any proportion; the amino silane coupling agent is one or more of aminopropyltriethoxysilane, aminopropyltrimethoxysilane and aminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane.

Claims (10)

1.
