Description

Detachable marine silencing ventilation pipe
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of vibration and noise reduction, relates to a silencing ventilation pipe, and particularly relates to a detachable marine silencing ventilation pipe.
Background
In order to improve the work environment comfort of crew, most ships are equipped with marine air-conditioning and ventilation systems, wherein ventilation ducts are an important component of the air-conditioning and ventilation systems. Since the air-conditioning ventilation duct extends to each cabin, noise generated by mechanical devices such as an air conditioner may affect the comfort of the cabin environment as the airflow in the duct enters the cabin. Since the number of pipes in a ventilation system is very large, and the number of pipes is very easy to become an important way for transmitting noise, the noise reduction aiming at the pipes is an important problem for controlling the noise of ships. The duct noise is mainly caused by vibration of the duct wall structure and turbulence of the fluid in the duct, so that when an air current flows in the ventilation duct, both duct structure noise and aerodynamic noise are generated in the duct, and the noise is directly transmitted to the cabin along the duct.
The traditional mode of damping and reducing noise of the ship cabin ventilating duct mainly comprises the step of coating a sound absorption material by a duct, which needs to spend a large amount of coating materials to coat the whole section of the duct and can consume a large amount of reconstruction time and cost.
The exploration is suitable for the new technology of vibration reduction and noise reduction of the ship ventilation pipeline, and has important practical significance for improving the environmental comfort of the ship cabin. On the basis of analyzing the vibration noise transmission path and transmission efficiency of the ship ventilation pipeline, the device which is low in manufacturing cost, compact in structure and capable of effectively reducing noise transmission in the ventilation pipeline is designed, and has important engineering application value for vibration reduction and noise reduction of the ship ventilation pipeline.
In recent years, the vibration damping mass is introduced into the field of vibration damping and noise reduction of ships, and with the improvement of the requirements of vibration damping and noise reduction, novel structures are gradually developed. The invention discloses a local perforated plate silencing unit, a combined perforated plate silencing unit, a composite silencing sheet, a composite silencing device and a pipeline system, wherein the application number is 201820991506.7, and the invention is named as 'the local perforated plate silencing unit, the combined perforated plate silencing unit, the composite silencing sheet, the composite silencing device and the pipeline system'. The local perforated plate is opposite to the bottom plate, the side plate is clamped between the local perforated plate and the bottom plate, and the driven surface is arranged around the periphery of the local perforated plate to form a silencing cavity together with the local perforated plate and the bottom plate. The local perforated plate silencing unit can reduce resonance absorption frequency and is suitable for low-frequency noise control. However, the invention has complex structure, large flow resistivity and large influence on wind speed, and can only use the perforated plate to eliminate noise, so that the silencing frequency band is narrow and the expected effect cannot be achieved.
The invention patent with the application number of 201721889178.1 and the name of 'air pipe silencer' discloses an air pipe silencer, which comprises a silencer body and a flange, wherein the silencer body comprises a perforated plate and a sound absorption lining, the perforated plate is connected with the air pipe body locally, the sound absorption lining is clamped between the air pipe body and the perforated plate, and the flange and the air pipe body are of an integrally formed structure. When the air pipe is used, air flows through the pipeline of the air pipe body, and under the action of the sound absorption lining, noise of air flow is absorbed by the sound absorption lining through the perforated plate, so that the purpose of controlling the noise is achieved. However, the sound absorption material is fixed inside the perforated plate and cannot be replaced, and the structure that the flange and the air pipe are integrated can increase the radiuses of two ends of the pipeline, so that the occupied space of the pipeline is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a detachable marine silencing ventilation pipe aiming at the problems and the defects of the prior art.
Compared with the traditional pipeline vibration and noise reduction structure, the pipeline vibration and noise reduction structure has stronger vibration and noise reduction capability, and simultaneously solves the problems of high manufacturing cost, large occupied space area, incapability of replacing sound absorption materials and the like.

Preferably, the outer sleeve is composed of two sections of air pipes with large and small diameters, wherein a flange plate is arranged on the end face of the small diameter section; the small diameter section has a length equal to the length of the non-perforated section of the inner sleeve.
Further preferably, the perforation rate of the perforation section is 20% -40%, the hole diameter is 3-8 mm, and the hole distance is 1-2 times of the hole diameter.
More preferably, the length of the non-perforated segment is 1/5-1/10 of the length of the perforated segment.
Further preferably, the sound absorption material is needle-punched cotton, glass fiber or superfine fiber, and the ratio of the thickness of the sound absorption material to the diameter of the inner sleeve is 1: 10-1: 15.
Further preferably, the outer diameter of the shoulder I is 1-2 mm smaller than the inner diameter of the outer sleeve; the outer diameter of the shoulder II is 1-2 mm larger than that of the outer sleeve.
The invention has the advantages and beneficial effects that:
1. the invention uses the perforated plate and the acoustic material to combine, enlarges the noise elimination frequency range and improves the noise elimination performance of the silencer. The insertion loss in the frequency band of 100Hz-5000Hz can reach 10dB at most. The transmission of noise in the ship ventilation pipeline can be effectively reduced.
2. The invention is arranged between the ventilating ducts of the ship and does not occupy the area of the cabin of the ship. Compared with the method of coating the sound absorption material through a pipeline, the method saves a large amount of coating materials, modification time and cost. Has high benefit ratio and good economical efficiency.
3. The silencer adopted by the invention does not change the diameter of the original air pipe, has small flow resistivity and has little influence on the original air speed in the air pipe. The perforated plate can effectively reduce the noise of the resonance frequency band, the acoustic material can reduce the noise frequency band wider, and the perforated plate and the acoustic material have better noise elimination effect after being combined.
4. The perforated plate and the acoustic material can be combined according to the actual vibration reduction requirement of the ventilation pipeline, so that the specified noise standard is achieved. The ship ventilation pipeline is convenient to modularize manufacture and install. Has good application prospect.
