It is worth noting that the processing steps of the integrated composite pipe metal joint connecting device are as follows: firstly, marking a socket depth line on a composite pipe 6, and coating a layer of lubricating grease on the inner surface of a metal joint 7; secondly, a hollow structure in the metal joint 7 penetrates into the pull rod 22, and is partially overlapped with the cylindrical push plate 23 by means of the step at the outer edge end of the cylindrical push plate 23, and then the inner expansion head 21 is screwed and fixed on the pull rod 22; thirdly, inserting the composite pipe 6 into the end of the metal joint 7 through a first slip 1421 of a slip body 14, turning over and aligning the first slip 1421 by using a second slip 1422 of the slip body 14, and matching and connecting the first slip 1421 and a locking hole 1423 on the aligned end side of the second slip 1422 through a slip locking seat 13, locking the first slip 1421 and the second slip 1422 until the composite pipe 6 is completely fixed, starting a hydraulic system, namely a hydraulic pump and an oil cylinder 43, driving the metal joint 7 to be inserted into the composite pipe 6 by using the oil cylinder 43 until the mark line of the composite pipe 6 is reached, stopping the advance of the oil cylinder 43, and then opening the slip locking seat 13 to enable the composite pipe 6 to be in a free state; and fourthly, adjusting the position of the metal joint 7, namely withdrawing from the double guide holes 311 of the baffle bracket 31, then installing an internal expansion limiting plate 3121 on a step in the double guide holes 311 of the second baffle bracket 313, namely installing the internal expansion limiting plate 3121 on one side of the second baffle bracket 313 facing the slip body 14, moving the composite pipe 6 to enable the head end part of the metal joint 7 to coincide with the positioning groove 3124 of the internal expansion limiting plate 3121, starting a hydraulic system, enabling the pull rod 22 of the oil cylinder 43 to move back until the internal expansion head 21 is completely separated from the inner wall of the metal joint 7, and realizing the internal expansion.
The inner expansion operation process is described above, and the operation mode of the outer stripping is as follows:
after the third step and the fourth step, the position of the metal joint 7 is adjusted, then the outer stripping setting block 3122 is installed on the inner side of the second baffle bracket 313, i.e. the side facing the first baffle bracket 314, the hydraulic system is started to push the metal joint 7 into the outer stripping setting block 3122 (the size is smaller than that of the metal joint 7) until the metal joint 7 completely passes through the outer stripping setting block 3122, the outer buckling of the metal joint 7 is realized, and then the outer stripping setting block 3122 is removed.

Claims (9)
1. An integrated composite pipe metal joint connecting device is used for connecting a composite pipe with a metal joint and is characterized by comprising a power device (4), a linking device (2), a erection device (3) and a fixing device (1), wherein the power device (4) is movably connected with the linking device (2), the erection device (3) is connected with the power device (4), the linking device (2) is coupled with the erection device (3), the linking device (2) is arranged in the erection device (3), the erection device (3) is connected with the fixing device (1), the erection device (3) comprises at least two baffle supports (31), the baffle supports (31) are parallel to each other and are vertical to the ground, one baffle support (31) is connected with the fixing device (1), and the other baffle support (31) is connected with the power device (4), the erection device (3) further comprises a supporting piece (5), the baffle supports (31) are connected through the supporting piece (5), the baffle supports (31) are provided with double guide holes (311), the double guide holes (311) are aligned, and a detachable positioning piece (312) is arranged on the double guide holes (311) of the baffle supports (31) in a matched mode according to needs.
2. The apparatus for connecting a one-piece composite tubular metal joint according to claim 1, wherein the detachable retainer (312) is an inner expansion limiting plate (3121) or an outer stripping shaping block (3122).

The metal joint connecting device of the integrated composite pipe as defined in claim 1 or 2, wherein the fixing device (3) comprises two baffle supports (31), each baffle support (31) comprises a first baffle support (314) and a second baffle support (313), the supporting member (5) is a supporting rod (51), the first baffle support (314) and the second baffle support (313) are connected through the supporting rod (51), the first baffle support (314) is arranged on the power device (4) in a threaded manner, and the second baffle support (313) is connected with the fixing device (1).

An integrated composite pipe metal joint connection apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that said joining means (2) comprises a pull rod (22), an internal expansion head (21) and a cylindrical push plate (23), said cylindrical push plate (23) is connected with said power device (4), and said pull rod (22) is connected with said power device (4), said internal expansion head (21) is connected with said pull rod (22).

The apparatus for connecting an integrated composite pipe metal joint according to claim 4, wherein the power unit (4) comprises an oil cylinder (43), an oil pipe joint (42), and an oil cylinder rod (41), the oil pipe joint (42) is integrally connected with an upper surface of the oil cylinder (43), the oil cylinder rod (41) is threadedly coupled with the cylinder push plate (23), and the oil cylinder rod (41) is threadedly coupled with the pull rod (22) after the cylinder push plate (23) is connected to the oil cylinder rod (41).

An integral type composite pipe metal joint connecting device according to claim 1, characterized in that, the fixing device (1) comprises a base (11), a base connecting plate (12), a slip locking seat (13) and a slip body (14), the base (11) is integrally attached to the inner side edge of the base connecting plate (12), two side portions of the base connecting plate (12) are respectively connected with the baffle bracket (31) laterally, the slip body (14) is arranged on the upper surface of the base (11), the slip body (14) comprises a slip bracket (141) and a slip (142), the slip (142) comprises a first slip (1421) and a second slip (1422), the first slip (1421) is integrally connected to the slip bracket (141), the second slip (1422) is rotatably connected with one end of the first slip (1421), the other end is rotationally locked through the slip locking seat (13).
7. The apparatus for connecting a metal joint of an integrated composite pipe according to claim 6, wherein the baffle bracket (31) is provided with a stepped double guide hole (311).
