Background
The temperature of a horizontal annealing furnace for carrying out heat treatment on steel materials such as silicon steel is close to 1000 ℃, and furnace rollers for supporting and conveying in the furnace have the characteristic of high temperature resistance. As shown in figure 1, the furnace roller adopts a structural form that a carbon sleeve is additionally arranged on a steel roller core, the carbon sleeve 200 is directly sleeved on the roller core 100 and is connected with the roller core through a connecting key 300, and replacement is convenient. Since the carbon sleeve is mainly composed of graphite and is easily worn, the carbon sleeve must be periodically replaced to assemble a new carbon sleeve 200 to the roll core 100. The supporting wheel 31 in the preferred embodiment is a grooved wheel, that is, a concave wheel groove is formed in the middle of the wheel rim, and the supporting inclined surface 21 on the sliding block 20 is embedded in the wheel groove of the supporting wheel 31, so that better guiding effect can be achieved. The limit support seats 73 may have multiple sets for placing multiple roll cores side by side, for example, four roll cores may be placed side by side. When the holder 32 is in a horizontal state, (the axis of the through hole of) the height from the ground of the limit support base 73 is the same as the height from the ground of the holder 32, so that the end of the roll core of the transportation cart 70 can be conveniently inserted into the holder 32. If a plurality of roller cores are arranged on the transportation trolley 70 side by side, and the distance between the adjacent roller cores is the same as that between the clamping seats 32 on the swinging frame 30, the end parts of the plurality of roller cores can be inserted into the clamping seats 32 at a time, so that the assembly of the carbon sleeves of the plurality of furnace rollers can be carried out at a time.
The method for using the special device for assembling the furnace roller carbon sleeve is explained below, and the method for assembling the furnace roller carbon sleeve by using the device comprises the following steps:
A. placing the roll core 100 to be assembled on the limit support seat of the transfer trolley 70, as shown in fig. 6;

D. under the static cantilever state, one end of the carbon sleeve tilted from the roller core can be sleeved on the roller core conveniently and assembled and fixed. The sleeve is provided in the holder 32 and is rotatably supported in the holder 32 by a bearing, so that the roll core 100 can be easily rotated. Since the carbon cover 200 is fixed to the roll core 100 by a plurality of circumferentially distributed connection keys 300 (see fig. 1), each connection key 300 can be easily rotated to the top for fixing by the rotation of the roll core 100.
