Eccentric bearing assembly
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the eccentric bearing assembly 300 includes a pressing bearing 301 and an eccentric step shaft 302, and an eccentric wheel 303 is provided at the middle of the eccentric step shaft 302.
In one embodiment, the eccentric wheel 303 is integrally disposed on the eccentric step shaft 302; alternatively, in another embodiment, eccentric 303 is a separate design that is fixedly journaled on eccentric step shaft 302 via a keyed connection.
Specifically, one end of the eccentric step shaft 302 is connected to the mounting base 100 by a bolt, and the mounted eccentric step shaft 302 can rotate around its own axis. Specifically, a support bearing 105 is provided in a mounting hole 104 of the mounting base 100 supporting the end of the mounting head 102, and a connecting section for one end of the eccentric step shaft 302 is supported and connected in an inner hole of the support bearing 105.
The pressing bearing 301 is sleeved on the eccentric wheel of the eccentric step shaft 302 and is clamped and limited by a shaft shoulder on the eccentric step shaft 302 and a clamp spring 304. An adjustment segment is provided at the other end of the eccentric step shaft 302.

Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the pressing plate 200 is an n-shaped pressing plate including a horizontal plate 201 and two vertical plates 202 on the same side of the horizontal plate 201.
The spacing between the two vertical plates 202 is greater than the width of the mounting base 100 that supports the mounting head 102. And the ends of the two vertical plates 202 are provided with connecting holes 203 corresponding to the supporting holes 103, and the pressing plate 200 is movably connected to the supporting and mounting head 102 by a bolt assembly 204.
The upper surface of the horizontal plate 201 corresponds to the pressing bearing 301 in the vertical direction.
Magnetic pole arrangement
The upper magnetic pole 205 is provided on the lower surface of the horizontal plate 201 of the pressing plate 200, the lower magnetic pole 106 is provided on the upper surface of the bottom plate 101 of the mounting base 100 at a position corresponding to the position of the horizontal plate 201, and the upper magnetic pole 205 and the lower magnetic pole 106 have the same polarity and are in a repulsive state at all times.

And (3) disassembling the filling nozzle, sleeving the rotating handle 400 into the adjusting section of the eccentric bearing assembly 300, rotating the rotating handle 400 by 30 degrees in the direction opposite to the pressing direction, automatically lifting the pressing plate 200 under the repulsive magnetic force of the magnetic poles, and separating the filling nozzle from the quick pressing mechanism to be in a free state to finish the disassembly.
In conclusion, the technology of the scheme has the following advantages: the eccentric bearing assembly 300 is rapidly disassembled by rotating the handle 400 while lifting the pressing plate 200 using the principle of magnetic repulsion for easy disassembly and assembly.
The quick pressing mechanism is not only applied to pressing of the filling nozzle, but also applied to other mechanical equipment needing pressing.
