Starting the first driving unit 23 and the second driving unit 26 to drive the first baffle plate 24 and the second baffle plate 27 to move in opposite directions respectively, finally pressing the longitudinal ribs 15 onto the stirrups 12 by the first baffle plate 24 and the second baffle plate 27, and stopping the first driving unit 23 and the second driving unit 26;
finally, the contact points of the plurality of stirrups 12 and the longitudinal bars 15 are welded or bound.
After a group of longitudinal bars 15 and stirrups 12 are completely bound or welded, a power mechanism 19 of the lifting seat 16 is started, so that the longitudinal bar supporting rod 21 vertically moves downwards to the position of the next group of longitudinal bars 15 and then stops, the first driving unit 23 and the second driving unit 26 are started, the first baffle plate 24 and the second baffle plate 27 move oppositely, the longitudinal bars 15 are placed on the supporting rod 21 between the stirrups 12 and the first baffle plate 24/the second baffle plate 27, and the process of positioning the longitudinal bars 15 and welding or binding the reinforcement cage 03 in the previous step is repeated. After the multiple groups of longitudinal bars 15 and the stirrups 12 of one reinforcement cage 03 are completely bound or welded, the distance between the first stirrup clamping mechanism and the second stirrup clamping mechanism 1 is widened, and the power mechanism 19 of the lifting seat 16 is started, so that the longitudinal bar supporting rod 21 supports the welded or bound reinforcement cage 03 to be lifted upwards, and then the reinforcement cage is lifted away by other hoisting tools, and the production of the reinforcement cage 03 is completed. The reinforcing cage 03 manufacturing device in the embodiment has the advantages that the automation degree is high, the manual interference is effectively eliminated, the positioning accuracy of the longitudinal ribs 15 can be improved, the manufacturing accuracy of the reinforcing cage 03 is guaranteed, the stirrups 12 can be rectangular, circular, triangular, I-shaped and the like, and different types of reinforcing cages 03 can be manufactured by the device.

The welding or binding device for the reinforcement cage is characterized by comprising a longitudinal reinforcement positioning machine and a stirrup positioning machine, wherein the longitudinal reinforcement positioning machine comprises a lifting seat and a plurality of longitudinal reinforcement supporting assemblies arranged on the lifting seat, and each longitudinal reinforcement supporting assembly comprises a supporting rod horizontally arranged for supporting a longitudinal reinforcement; the stirrup positioning machine includes parallel arrangement's first stirrup screens mechanism and second stirrup screens mechanism, first stirrup screens mechanism and second stirrup screens mechanism all include the fixed plate of vertical setting and set up in the screens board of fixed plate side, be provided with a plurality of draw-in grooves that hold the stirrup on the screens board, the draw-in groove of first stirrup screens mechanism with the draw-in groove of second stirrup screens mechanism constitutes the stirrup holding tank relatively.

The reinforcement cage welding or binding device according to claim 1, wherein the lifting seat comprises a fixed seat and a movable seat, the movable seat is movably disposed on the fixed seat, an end of a supporting rod of each longitudinal reinforcement supporting assembly is fixed on the movable seat, the longitudinal reinforcement supporting assembly further comprises a first lead screw, a first driving unit and a first baffle, the first lead screw and the first driving unit are fixed on the movable seat, the first lead screw is parallel to the supporting rod, a head end of the first baffle is fixed on the first lead screw, a tail end of the first baffle exceeds a plane where the supporting rod is located, and the first driving unit drives the first lead screw to rotate so as to drive the first baffle to move in a horizontal direction.
