The adjusting mechanism comprises a fixing block 5, an inserting plate 6 and a rotating handle 602, the fixing block 5 is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the second baffle plate 301, a round hole is formed in the fixing block 5, an annular plate 501 is connected in the round hole, and a second slot 502 matched with the inserting plate 6 is formed in the annular plate 501.
The inserting plate 6 is connected with a rotating handle 602 through an inserting rod 601, the outer wall of the rotating handle 602 is provided with a rotating rod 603, and the inserting rod 601 is connected in the annular plate 501 in a sliding manner.
The rotating shaft 302 is provided with a sliding groove 304 and a first slot 307, the sliding groove 304 is communicated with the first slot 307, a push plate 306 is connected in the sliding groove 304, and a first spring 305 is connected between the push plate 306 and the inner wall of the sliding groove 304.
The specific working steps of the adjusting mechanism are that firstly the rotating handle 602 is pressed to make the inserting rod 601 on the rotating handle 602 inserted into the annular plate 501, so that the inserting plate 6 is separated from the second slot 502 on the annular plate 501, meanwhile, the inserting plate 6 moves in the first slot 307, so as to push the push plate 306 in the sliding groove 304, so as to compress the first spring 305, then the rotating handle 602 is rotated to make it drive the inserting plate 6 to rotate through the inserting rod 601, because the inserting plate 6 is matched with the first slot 307, the rotating shaft 302 is driven to rotate, after rotating for one sixth of a circle, the auxiliary positioning mechanism can continue to position the rotating shaft 302 to a certain extent, and the outer wall of the rotating handle 602 is provided with six rotating rods 603, so that the worker can know the rotating angle of the rotating shaft 302 more conveniently, and operate more conveniently, after rotating, the rotating handle 602 is loosened, the inserting plate 6 can be automatically reset by the first spring 305, so that it is engaged with the second insertion groove 502 of the annular plate 501, thereby fixing the position of the rotating shaft 302 through the insertion plate 6, and thus fixing the position of the drill 402 for convenient use.
The auxiliary positioning mechanism mainly comprises a disc 7 and a projection 701 arranged on the outer wall of the disc 7, the disc 7 is connected to the outer wall of one end, penetrating through the first baffle 3, of the rotating shaft 302, the outer wall of the first baffle 3 is also connected with two identical stoppers 704 in a sliding mode, and the projection 701 is arranged between the two stoppers 704.
The outer wall of first baffle 3 is fixedly connected with first backup pad 702 and second backup pad 703 respectively, and dog 704 sliding connection is on first backup pad 702, and the outer wall of dog 704 is connected with limiting plate 705, and the outer wall of limiting plate 705 is connected with gag lever post 706, and gag lever post 706 sliding connection is on second backup pad 703, and second spring 707 has still been cup jointed to the outer wall of gag lever post 706, and second spring 707 connects between limiting plate 705 and second backup pad 703.
The main working process of the auxiliary positioning mechanism is that the rotating shaft 302 drives the disc 7 to rotate, so that the protrusion 701 on the outer wall of the disc 7 rotates to abut against the stopper 704. Because the outer wall of lug 701 and dog 704 all is equipped with the arc surface of mutually supporting, thereby more convenient messenger's dog 704 slides, thereby compress the second spring 707 of gag lever post 706 outer wall, after lug 701 rotates to two dogs 704 down between, then indicate axis of rotation 302 to have rotated one sixth of a circle, dog 704 then can carry out certain spacing to it, rotate hard once more then can make it continue to rotate, second spring 707 then can make dog 704 automatic re-setting
A concave hole is arranged on the rotary table 4, and a micro motor 403 matched with the drill 402 is connected in the concave hole; it may be convenient to run the drill bit 402.
A groove 101 is formed in the base 1, the inner wall of the groove 101 is connected with a workbench 102, a through hole 103 and a first through groove 104 corresponding to the drill 402 are formed in the workbench 102, a second through groove 105 is further formed in the corner of the groove 101, a long groove 106 is formed in the base 1, a collection box 107 is connected in the long groove 106 in a sliding mode, and the through hole 103, the first through groove 104 and the second through groove 105 are communicated with the long groove 106; through the through hole 103, the first through groove 104 and the second through groove 105, residual drilling residues can fall into the collection box 107 in the long groove 106, and then the collection box 107 can be taken out for recycling, so that the cleanness of the working environment is kept, and the energy conservation and environmental protection are facilitated.
The outer wall of the base 1 is also fixedly connected with a nut seat 8, the inner thread of the nut seat 8 is connected with a screw rod 801, the outer wall of the screw rod 801 is connected with a clamping plate 802, and the outer wall of the clamping plate 802 is connected with a rubber pad; the screw 801 is in threaded connection with the nut seat 8 by rotating, so that the clamping plate 802 is driven to move to abut against a workpiece on the workbench 102, the workpiece is fixed in position and convenient to drill, the clamping plates 802 are arranged on four sides, the workpiece can be conveniently fixed in different positions, and the clamping plates 802 cannot clamp the workpiece due to rubber pads.
Base 1's outer wall still fixedly connected with water tank 9, be equipped with on water tank 9 and draw water motor 901, the end of drawing water motor 901 is placed in the bottom of water tank 9, and the play water end of drawing water motor 901 is connected with the shower nozzle through expansion hose 902, starts to draw water motor 901, can conveniently pass through expansion hose 902 with the coolant liquid in the water tank 9 from the shower nozzle blowout to cool down work piece and drill bit 402, adopt expansion hose 902 to make the shower nozzle conveniently take the removal.
