Abstract

The asphalt flue gas absorption device provided by the invention can effectively collect the asphalt flue gas in a laboratory, and treat and absorb the flue gas.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of chemical absorption, and particularly relates to an asphalt flue gas absorption device.
Background
The asphalt is solid at normal temperature, and can be tested only by heating to flowing liquid, but the asphalt can generate smoke which is carcinogenic to human bodies and pollutes the environment in the heating process. With the rapid development of asphalt roads, research asphalt and binder courses thereof are additionally arranged in many colleges and universities, but untreated laboratory asphalt smoke can cause adverse effects on bodies of scientific researchers, teachers or students, is easy to cause cancer after being inhaled for a long time, and causes great pollution to the environment of a laboratory.

The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art and provides an asphalt smoke absorbing device.

The asphalt smoke absorbing device is of a cylinder structure, and the cylinder structure is easy to clean.
The structure of the invention is suitable for research and development laboratories or places with poor dense smoke ventilation effect indoors, and the air collecting port of the smoke returning fan adopts four or more fans, and the fans can suck external smoke from the bottom. The resistance wire layer top has set up the ozone layer, and the top of ozone layer has evenly set firmly a plurality of ultraviolet lamp, and the ozone layer obtains oxygen under the heating of resistance wire layer and a plurality of ultraviolet lamp's irradiation, and then oxygen reacts with the pitch flue gas.
Preferably, an exhaust port is arranged at the center of the top of the cylinder. The side of the asphalt smoke absorbing device is provided with a screw hole for convenient fixing on a wall.
