the front end of the inner-layer needle tube 2 is opened, and the rear end is connected with an end cover 4 in a sealing way; a wire guide hole is formed in the center of the end cover 4; the front end of the guide wire 3 passes through the guide wire hole and extends into the inner-layer needle tube 2, and the rear end of the guide wire is connected with an operating handle; the front end of the guide wire 3 is provided with an anti-blocking unit; the anti-blocking unit comprises arc-shaped flexible stirring fins 5 symmetrically arranged on two sides of the guide wire.
