Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of daily necessities, and particularly relates to a polyaspartic acid sodium toothpaste.
Background
The toothpaste is a daily necessity which is used together with the toothbrush for cleaning teeth, protecting the oral hygiene and being safe to human bodies. Along with the improvement of living standard of people, the quality demand of toothpaste is gradually improved. Toothpastes are generally required in terms of performance: (1) can remove pellicle and plaque from tooth surface without damaging enamel and dentin; (2) has good function of cleaning the oral cavity and the periphery thereof; (3) no toxicity and no stimulation to oral mucosa; (4) has comfortable fragrance and taste, and is cool and fresh after use. In the existing functional toothpaste for whitening teeth, the components are complex and various, most of the toothpaste for whitening teeth achieves the effect of whitening teeth by preventing tartar and dental plaque through pyrophosphate, diphosphate, zinc citrate and the like, and the effect of reducing the formation of tartar is different from 9 to 69 percent in the aspect of whitening effect. The fluoride toothpaste in the prior art has whitening effect, but the fluoride toothpaste is not suitable for children, and in addition, people in high fluorine water areas are easy to cause fluorine poisoning.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing the polyaspartic acid sodium toothpaste with relatively simple components and good whitening effect.
In order to achieve the technical effects, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
the polyaspartic acid sodium toothpaste is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 15-25% of silicon dioxide, 30-70% of sorbitol, 1-5% of sodium polyaspartate, 0.5-2.5% of sodium lauryl sulfate, 0.1-0.5% of carrageenan, 0.1-1.0% of hydroxymethyl cellulose, 0.1-1% of xanthan gum, 0.6-1.5% of essence, 0.1-1.0% of pigment and the balance of water;
further, the toothpaste comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 18-22% of silicon dioxide, 50-60% of sorbitol, 3.5-5% of sodium polyaspartate, 1-2% of sodium lauryl sulfate, 0.3-0.4% of carrageenan, 0.1-0.5% of hydroxymethyl cellulose, 0.2-0.6% of xanthan gum, 0.6-1% of essence, 0.3-0.7% of pigment and the balance of water.
Further, the relative molecular weight of the sodium polyaspartate is 2500-8000.
Further, the silica is spherical silica, and the particle size of the spherical silica is 0.8-50 μm.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention aims at the characteristics of teeth and oral cavity, selects sodium polyaspartate well, takes the sodium polyaspartate which is effective in removing dental calculus as a main component, limits pigment coloring, reduces dental plaque and soft calculus, finally reduces dental calculus and whitens teeth, and has the effect of reducing dental calculus formation by over 75 percent.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following examples:
the polyaspartic acid sodium toothpaste is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 15-25% of silicon dioxide, 30-70% of sorbitol, 1-5% of sodium polyaspartate, 0.5-2.5% of sodium lauryl sulfate, 0.1-0.5% of carrageenan, 0.1-1.0% of hydroxymethyl cellulose, 0.1-1% of xanthan gum, 0.6-1.5% of essence, 0.1-1.0% of pigment and the balance of water. Wherein the relative molecular weight of the sodium polyaspartate is 2500-8000, and the silicon dioxide is spherical silicon dioxide with the particle size of 0.8-50 μm. Preferably, the toothpaste comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 18-22% of silicon dioxide, 50-60% of sorbitol, 3.5-5% of sodium polyaspartate, 1-2% of sodium lauryl sulfate, 0.3-0.4% of carrageenan, 0.1-0.5% of hydroxymethyl cellulose, 0.2-0.6% of xanthan gum, 0.6-1% of essence, 0.3-0.7% of pigment and the balance of water.
The invention forms the whitening product which can reduce dental plaque, tartar and dental calculus by adding the sodium polyaspartate according to a certain proportion. The principle is as follows: the nature of the polyaspartic acid sodium is polymeric amino acid, has a molecular structure similar to that of protein, can be naturally degraded, and is non-toxic and harmless to human bodies and the environment. Sodium polyaspartate competes strongly with the hydroxyapatite surface of teeth, and similarly to the competition of casein phosphopeptide and serum albumin, sodium polyaspartate negatively charged on the HAP surface repels negatively charged bacteria, thereby inhibiting plaque formation in the initial stage. Sodium polyaspartate may compete with proline-rich proteins on the tooth surface, limiting the attachment of polyphenols and slowing down tooth staining. The sodium polyaspartate can block calcium particles in the physiological PH environment of the oral cavity, thereby inhibiting the precipitation of calcium phosphate-containing salt, inhibiting the formation of calcification and reducing tartar and tartar. In addition, the method adopts the spherical silicon dioxide with the grain diameter of 0.8-50 μm, the spherical silicon dioxide is used for penetrating into tooth gaps to clean more thoroughly, the oral cavity is cleaner, and the dentinal tubules can be blocked to play a role in relieving tooth sensitivity under the condition that the grain diameter is smaller than that of the dentinal tubules.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications made without inventive step from the above-described concept will fall within the scope of the present invention for those skilled in the art.
