Abstract
本发明公开了一种快速吸油的免洗清洁组合物,属于日用化工领域,其包括溶剂、悬浮剂、粉剂、表面活性剂及头发调理剂,粉剂为多孔吸油微球粉末状,其在组合物中粒径为300目‑10000目,通过复配悬浮剂来形成稳定的卡片宫空间假塑结构,赋予乳液良好的触变性、稳定性和流动性,达到了所述的组合物的粘度低于500mpas且能稳定悬浮大量粉剂的效果。本发明还公开了一种快速吸油清洁的发用湿巾,采用凸凹不平的珍珠纹交叉无纺布,能够避免粉剂积聚、脱落,利用本发明的快速吸油的免洗清洁组合物制备的发用湿巾能给头发提供安全便捷的清洁干洗效果且该湿巾可产业化生产并进行行业推广和应用,填补了市场上湿巾清洁类产品的空白。

技术领域
本发明涉及日用化工技术领域,具体涉及快速吸油的免洗清洁组合物及制备和含该组合物的发用湿巾。
背景技术
清洁头发一般选用洗发水、洗发香波等,而这些产品在使用过程中会产生大量泡沫,要用大量清水进行冲洗泡沫。然而在一些特殊情况下,比如需要护理的卧床病人、产妇、还有头发容易出油的人群、及由于特殊原因需在缺水环境下生活几天的人群等,这些人均不方便用水洗头,但几天不洗头会导致头发油腻,以至于影响了人的整个精神面貌,甚至痛苦不堪。
当今社会竞争激烈,大多数人的精神和生活压力较大,头发容易出油现象普遍严重,甚至有些人群一天不洗头,头发都油腻腻的,虽然市场有头发干洗气雾剂销售,但这里面含有大量的抛射剂,比如液化石油气、二甲醚等,使用过程要避免明火,防止燃烧,并且种产品不能随身携带上飞机或火车或轮船,如专利CN 104523444 A、CN 104510629 B;而头发干洗粉虽然方便使用,但使用时粉末会飞扬,极易被人体吸入,长时间使用会有害人体健康,如专利CN 108721141 A。
目前市场上的发用清洁湿巾主要设计用于代替瓶装洗发产品,需要用清水冲洗泡沫,但不方便随时随地抽取使用并且快速去除头发油脂,为能给消费者提供短时间内解决头发问题的便利性,探索研发快速吸油的免洗清洁组合物及含该组合物的发用湿巾是非常必要的,以便满足消费者多样化需求。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明为了解决现有技术的不足,提供了一种快速吸油的免洗清洁组合物及制备方法,此外本发明还提供了一种方便携带和使用的可随时随地短时间内为头发提供清洁干洗且利于产业化生产和推广的发用湿巾。
技术方案:一种快速吸油的免洗清洁组合物,包括溶剂、悬浮剂、粉剂、表面活性剂及调理剂;
所述的粉剂为300-10000目粒径、不溶解于溶剂的多孔微球粉末,在组合物中重量百分比为1.00-30.00%;所述的溶剂在组合物中重量百分比为1.00-30.00%;所述的悬浮剂在组合物中的重量百分比为0.05-2.00%;所述表面活性剂在组合物中的重量百分为0.1-10.0%;所述的调理剂在所述的组合物中的重量百分比为0.01-5.00%;所述的免洗清洁组合物粘度低于500mpas。
悬浮剂在所述的组合物中能形成稳定的卡片宫空间假塑特殊胶体结构,其在所述组合物中能悬浮粉剂形成稳定性良好的均匀稀乳液,本发明的组合物不仅能保持低粘度,还能稳定悬浮堆积密度大的粉剂,而且起到快速清洁、去收表面的油脂,并达到快干的效果。
进一步地,还包含有消泡剂、保湿剂、防腐剂及其他添加剂,所述的添加剂为芳香剂、螯合剂和pH调节剂。
通过在所述组合物中添加其他成分,赋予了快速吸油的免洗清洁组合物更多的使用性能。
进一步地,所述的快速吸油的免洗清洁组合物,所述溶剂为水和酒精,所述的酒精为低刺激食用级脱醛酒精。乙醇起到快干的作用。
进一步地,所述不溶解于溶剂的粉剂为多孔且吸油量为50-400ml/100g的微球粉体,选自硅石、甲氧基氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷/硅倍半氧烷共聚物、乙烯/甲基丙烯酸共聚物、三异硬脂酸异丙氧钛酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯交联聚合物、丙烯酸(酯)类交联聚合物、聚乙烯、尼龙、聚甲基硅倍半氧烷、二氧化钛、滑石粉中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述悬浮剂为丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物和膨润土的组合物。

(1)悬浮剂的活化制备:将悬浮剂高速均质分散于75-85℃部分水溶剂中,降温,得到预处理悬浮液溶液;
(2)将余下水溶解表面活性剂、保湿剂、螯合剂加入搅拌锅中,边搅拌加热至75-90℃,转速10-50rpm,然后将步骤(1)中悬浮液溶液混合,低速均匀和搅拌至均匀;
(3)降温至40-45℃,加入微球粉体、调理剂、防腐剂、芳香剂、pH调节剂、消泡剂、乙醇,并充分搅拌至均匀后出料;
本发明的目的之三在于,快速吸油的免洗清洁组合物在发用湿巾中的应用,将所述组合物添加于无纺布表面,所述无纺布与所述组合物的重量比为1:1-1:10。所述的无纺布为交叉珍珠纹水刺无纺布,防止了粉剂积聚和脱落。所述无纺布的纵向断裂强力≥100N/5cm,纵向断裂伸长率≥60%,横向断裂强力≥50N/5cm,横向断裂伸长率≥40%。
本发明中快速吸油的免洗清洁组合物,流动性能好且悬浮性能好,容易被加液到无纺布上,易于产业化生产和推广;本发明的组合物制成的发用湿巾不仅快速去除头油和去除脏污,而且头发能快速干爽,达到头发干洗效果,此外,其方便携带,随时随地都可以抽取使用,同时保证头发在一天时间内能保持干爽不油腻的良好状态,使头发轻轻松松地实现了吸油、清洁和养护的效果。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明进行说明,但本发明并不局限于此。下述实施例中所述实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法;所述试剂和材料,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径获得,下面实施例并非用以限制本发明的专利范围,凡未脱离本发明所为的等效实施或变更,均应包含于本专利保护范围中。
本发明中所用的原料均为市售,其中:还包括粒径为300目-10000目多孔微球粉末状。本发明中的调理剂为发用调理剂。本发明各个实施例配方中原料的添加量以各原料的有效物含量进行计算。
实施例1:
本实施例为一种快速吸油的免洗清洁组合物,以制备总量为1KG的快速吸油的免洗清洁组合物为例,本实施例的配方参照表1,具体制备过程如下:
(1)悬浮剂的预处理:在烧杯中称取膨润土2g,加入适量的去离子水,然后置入80℃水浴锅中加热,以3000转/分均质20min,即得胶体分散液A,备用;
(2)称取丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物1g,加入适量去离子水,螺旋桨搅拌至均匀分散,即得到透明溶液B,备用;
(3)在转速为40rpm的搅拌下,将透明溶液B缓慢加入分散液A中,得到混合分散液C,备用;
(4)称取5g甘油、0.5g乙基己基甘油、0.5g尿囊素、10g甲基丙二醇、0.5gEDTA-二钠、2g羟苯甲酯、2g聚甘油-4癸酸酯、3g月桂酰谷氨酸钠、1g辛酰/癸酰氨丙基甜菜碱,0.2g硅树脂、1g山梨醇脂肪酸酯、0.5g聚二甲基硅氧烷分别加入混合分散液C中,边搅拌边加热至80℃,保温5min,降温至70℃时,将0.5g氯苯甘醚加入乳化锅中;
(5)降温至45℃,将称取的50g硅石、80g甲氧基氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷/硅倍半氧烷共聚物、4g苯氧乙醇、1g氢化卵磷脂加入乳化锅,以1000转/分的速度搅拌至粉剂完全分散均匀,得到悬浮液D;
(6)将适量香精和150g酒精搅拌混溶,得到混合溶液E,备用;
(7)在以30转/分的速度搅拌下,将溶液E缓慢加入溶液D中,使体系混合均匀,充分搅拌20min,即得快速吸油的免洗清洁组合物溶液。
对本实施例的快速吸油的免洗清洁组合物进行如下性能测定:
(1)粘度测定:将样品温度稳定为25℃,用Brookfield粘度计,3#转子,20rpm进行测定。
(2)稳定性测定:将待测物装于透明瓶中,分别置于5℃、25℃和45℃恒温箱中,每间隔4小时观察一次盛有待测物的透明瓶是否有分层,观察制备完成后24小时内稳定性效果。
(3)pH值测定:将校准后的PHS-3C型pH电极置入待测乳液中,确保电极头部完全浸入,待pH数值10s内无变化,即可读数,并记录数值。
(4)清洁率测定:将油污均匀涂抹于PMMA板上,干燥30min,将固定尺寸的卸妆棉浸泡于快速吸油的免洗清洁组合物,含液量为干巾时的3倍,然后将其固定于恒重的金属块上,以恒定的力度擦拭PMMA板,测试PMMA板上固定的三个区域的色度值(测三次),通过色度变化计算清洁效率。数值越大,清洁力越好。
(5)快干测定:将待测物置于表面皿中,待测物重量为W1,表面皿重量为W2,将不加盖的表面皿置于同等条件的室温下,放置1min,再称取表面皿和待测液的总重量W3,计算失重率=(W1+W2-W3)/(W1+W2)。失重率的数值越大,快干速度越快。
本发明实施例1-5的快速吸油的免洗清洁组合物的配方按照表1进行配制。

实施例2-5:
实施例2-5为快速吸油的免洗清洁组合物,各个实施例的制备配方参照表1,制备方法及性能评价方法参照实施例1。实施例2-5与实施例1的区别在于,配方中添加了二氧化钛、乙烯/甲基丙烯酸共聚物、三异硬脂酸异丙氧钛酯、小麦胚芽油和玉米胚芽油。其制备方法参考实施例1;实施例1-5的快速吸油的免洗清洁组合物的性能评价结果如表2所示。

由表2可看出,本发明的快速吸油的免洗清洁组合物粘度不超过500mpa.s,流动性良好,且其在24小时内均无分层,经评估,本发明的快速吸油的免洗清洁组合物具有较佳的清洁率、稳定性和快干效果。
实施例6:
本实施例为一种发用湿巾,本实施例的湿巾所选用的无纺布为交叉珍珠纹无纺布,无纺布的纵向断裂强力不小于100N/5cm,纵向断裂伸长率不小于60%,横向断裂强力不小于50N/5cm,横向断裂伸长率不小于40%。将无纺布裁剪成150mm*180mm块状,称取30片裁剪好的无纺布重量为52g,然后将无纺布的加液管均匀分层放置并用实施例1制备的快速吸油的免洗清洁组合物来加液160g,折叠包装,即得到发用湿巾。对发用湿巾的使用效果评估采用人群评估方法,每组10人,分三组,取各组平均分。每个试用者用一张本实施例的发用湿巾对头发进行擦拭后,由受试者对使用后的舒适度、头发手感、清洁效果、去油效果、快干效果用“可接受、接受、不可接受”来评价;指标“使用中是否有明显泡沫、湿巾表面是否有粉剂积聚”用“有、无”来评价;湿巾挤出液pH值为实测值。
实施例7:
本实施例为一种发用湿巾,本实施例利用实施例2制备的快速吸油的免洗清洁组合物与无纺布按照4:1的比例制备,本实施例的发用湿巾的制备方式以及对其性能评价方式与实施例6相同。
实施例8:
本实施例为一种发用湿巾,本实施例利用实施例3制备的快速吸油的免洗清洁组合物溶液与无纺布按照4:1的比例制备,本实施例的爽身湿巾的制备方式以及对其性能评价方式与实施例6相同。
实施例9:
本实施例为一种发用湿巾,本实施例利用实施例4制备的快速吸油的免洗清洁组合物溶液与无纺布按照5:1的比例制备,本实施例的爽身湿巾的制备方式以及对其性能评价方式与实施例6相同。
实施例10:
本实施例为一种发用湿巾,本实施例利用实施例5制备的快速吸油的免洗清洁组合物溶液与无纺布按照5:1的比例制备,本实施例的爽身湿巾的制备方式以及对其性能评价方式与实施例6相同。
实施例6-10的发用湿巾的性能评价结果如表3所示。

由表3可看出,本发明的发用湿巾在使用时以及使用后24个小时内头发均保持良好清爽状况。

Claims (10)
1.一种快速吸油的免洗清洁组合物,其特征在于,包括溶剂、悬浮剂、粉剂、表面活性剂及调理剂;
所述的粉剂为300-10000目粒径、不溶解于溶剂的多孔微球粉末,在组合物中重量百分比为1.00-30.00%;所述的溶剂在组合物中重量百分比为1.00-30.00%;所述的悬浮剂在组合物中的重量百分比为0.05-2.00%;所述表面活性剂在组合物中的重量百分为0.1-10.0%;所述的调理剂在所述的组合物中的重量百分比为0.01-5.00%;所述的免洗清洁组合物粘度低于500mpas。
2.根据权利要求1所述的快速吸油的免洗清洁组合物,其特征在于,还包含有消泡剂、保湿剂、防腐剂及其他添加剂,所述的添加剂为芳香剂、螯合剂和pH调节剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的快速吸油的免洗清洁组合物,其特征在于,所述溶剂为水和酒精,所述的酒精为低刺激食用级脱醛酒精。
4.根据权利要求1所述的快速吸油的免洗清洁组合物,其特征在于,所述的粉剂为多孔且吸油量为50-400ml/100g的微球粉体,选自硅石、甲氧基氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷/硅倍半氧烷共聚物、乙烯/甲基丙烯酸共聚物、三异硬脂酸异丙氧钛酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯交联聚合物、丙烯酸(酯)类交联聚合物、聚乙烯、尼龙、聚甲基硅倍半氧烷、二氧化钛、滑石粉中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求2所述的快速吸油的免洗清洁组合物,其特征在于,所述悬浮剂为丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物和膨润土的组合物;所述调理剂选自聚季铵盐-70、聚季铵盐-7、聚季铵盐-10、聚季铵盐-39、聚季铵盐-47、聚季铵盐-22、小麦胚芽油、十八烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、肉桂酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵、玉米胚芽油、PEG-5油基磷酸酯、氢化卵磷脂中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的快速吸油的免洗清洁组合物,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂选自辛酰/癸酰氨丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂基羟基磺基甜菜碱、聚甘油-4癸酸酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油酯类聚甘油-10酯类、癸基葡糖苷、月桂基葡糖苷、聚甘油-6聚蓖麻醇酸酯、PEG-7橄榄油羧酸钠、椰油酰氨基丙酸钠、油酰谷氨酸二钠、椰油酰谷氨酸二钠、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、月桂酰谷氨酸钠、椰油酰谷氨酸钠、椰油酰甘氨酸钠、椰油酰甘氨酸钾中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求2所述的快速吸油的免洗清洁组合物,其特征在于,所述的消泡剂选自硅树脂、山梨醇脂肪酸酯和聚二甲基硅氧烷的组合物;所述防腐剂选自苯氧乙醇、氯苯甘醚、羟苯甲酯中的至少一种;所述保湿剂选自甘油、甜菜碱、海藻糖、丁二醇、丙二醇、1,2-戊二醇、甲基丙二醇、辛甘醇、双丙甘醇、泛醇、尿囊素、乙基己基甘油、羟乙基脲中的至少一种;所述芳香剂选自天然来源精油、人工合成香精中的至少一种;所述螯合剂选自EDTA四钠、EDTA二钠、植酸钠中的至少一种;所述pH调节剂选自柠檬酸、氢氧化钠、柠檬酸钠、磷酸二氢钾、磷酸氢二钾中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求2-7中任一项所述的快速吸油的免洗清洁组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)悬浮剂的活化制备:将悬浮剂高速均质分散于75-85℃部分水溶剂中,降温至45℃,得到预处理悬浮液溶液;
(2)将余下水溶解表面活性剂、保湿剂、螯合剂加入搅拌锅中,边搅拌加热至75-90℃,转速10-50rpm,然后将步骤(1)中悬浮液溶液混合,低速均匀和搅拌至均匀;
(3)降温至45℃,加入微球粉体、调理剂、防腐剂、芳香剂、pH调节剂、消泡剂、乙醇,并充分搅拌至均匀后出料。
9.权利要求2-7中任一项所述的快速吸油的免洗清洁组合物在发用湿巾中的应用,其特征在于,将所述的组合物均匀添加于无纺布表面,所述无纺布与所述组合物的重量比为1:1-1:10。
10.根据权利要求9所述的快速吸油的免洗清洁组合物在发用湿巾中的应用,其特征在于,所述发用湿巾的基体为交叉珍珠纹无纺布,所述无纺布的纵向断裂强力≥100N/5cm,纵向断裂伸长率≥60%,横向断裂强力≥50N/5cm,横向断裂伸长率≥40%。
