The skin-care oil-absorbing ball comprises the following raw materials:
95 parts of base material and 5 parts of surface modifier, wherein the mass ratio of the main attapulgite powder to the auxiliary diatomite powder in the base material is 4:1.5, the fineness of the attapulgite powder is 1000 meshes, the content of rod crystals is 83%, the diameter of the rod crystals is 20-80 nm, the length of the rod crystals is 200-1500 nm, the fineness of the diatomite powder is 400 meshes, the content of silicon dioxide is more than or equal to 85%, and the surface modifier comprises 4 parts of oleic acid and 1 part of sodium carboxymethylcellulose.
Preparing a skin-care oil-absorbing ball:
(1) crushing attapulgite clay ore, purifying by a wet method to remove impurities, and grading attapulgite powder with different particle sizes by airflow grading equipment;
(2) uniformly mixing attapulgite powder with the particle size of 1000 meshes and diatomite powder with the particle size of 400 meshes, adding the uniformly mixed attapulgite powder and diatomite powder into a disc type granulator with the diameter of 1.6m, and carrying out rolling granulation molding at the rotating speed of 30rpm/min and the water spraying mass to material mass ratio of 1:50 to obtain a skin-protecting oil-absorbing biscuit, wherein the weight gain of the skin-protecting oil-absorbing biscuit per minute is 1kg, and the granulation size is 3 cm; heating the skin-care oil absorption ball biscuit to 600 ℃ at the heating rate of 1.5 ℃/min, and sintering for 2h to obtain a biscuit body;
3) mixing 4 parts of oleic acid and 1 part of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, dissolving in water to obtain a surface modifier solution, wherein the total mass fraction of the oleic acid and the sodium carboxymethylcellulose in the solution is 5%, soaking the blank body in the surface modifier solution for 10min, taking out, and drying at 105 ℃ for 2h to obtain the skin-care oil-absorbing ball.

As can be seen from Table 1, compared with the commercially available skin care product of comparative example 1, the skin care oil absorption ball has an oil absorption rate of less than 10%, the skin care oil absorption ball of the invention has an oil absorption rate of 12.3-14.9%, and a good oil control effect, and the attapulgite powder material mainly utilizes a good length-diameter ratio and rich pores to realize the oil absorption. Comparing comparative example 2 with examples 1-4, although the oil absorption rate of comparative example 2 is higher, the attapulgite powder of comparative example 2 is seriously fallen off in use, because the comparative example 2 does not contain the surfactant, the use strength of the attapulgite blank cannot be strengthened, and the attapulgite powder particles are fallen off in use. Comparative example 3 the attapulgite powder has a low oil absorption rate because the content of the surface modifier in the comparative example 3 is 10 parts, which is higher than 1-5 parts defined in the invention, and because the content of the surface modifier is high, the strength of the attapulgite blank can be improved, but the excessive surface modifier can cause the surface adsorption pore diameter of the skin-care oil absorption ball to be blocked, and the oil absorption rate is too low. Compared with the comparative example 4 and the examples 1-4, although the oil absorption rate of the comparative example 4 is up to 22%, the attapulgite powder falls off in the using process, the sintering temperature of the comparative example 4 is 600 ℃, which is lower than 700-1000 ℃ defined by the invention, the lower sintering temperature causes insufficient crystal transformation of the skin care balls, the element mobility is low, and the surface structure of the skin care balls cannot be fused, so that the surface powder falls off. Compared with the comparative example 5 and the examples 1-4, the skin care ball has high strength and no powder falling, but the oil absorption rate of the comparative example 5 is only 5%, and the integral structure of the skin care ball collapses and the surface pore structure is damaged at 1050 ℃, so that the adsorption capacity is lost and the oil absorption rate is low.

Claims (10)

1. The skin-care oil-absorbing ball is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 95-99 parts of a base material and 1-5 parts of a surface modifier penetrating into the base material, wherein the base material comprises a main material attapulgite powder and an auxiliary material powder, the mass ratio of the main material powder to the auxiliary material powder is 4: 0.25-1.5, the auxiliary material powder is at least one selected from diatomite powder, volcanic rock powder, talcum powder, deep-sea mud powder and octyl starch succinic acid aluminum powder, and the surface modifier is at least one selected from long-chain fatty acid soap, amino acid or sodium carboxymethyl cellulose.
2. The skin-protecting oil-absorbing ball as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fineness of the attapulgite powder is 80-1000 meshes, the purity is not less than 80%, the attapulgite powder consists of rod crystals, the diameter of the rod crystals is 20-80 nm, and the length of the rod crystals is 200-1500 nm.
3. The skin-care oil-absorption ball as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fineness of the auxiliary material powder is 200-500 meshes, and the purity is more than or equal to 85%.
4. The skin care oil absorbing ball as claimed in claim 1, wherein the long chain fatty acid soap is at least one selected from palmitic acid, stearic acid or oleic acid.
5. The skin-care oil-absorbing ball as claimed in claim 1, further comprising 0.1-1.0 part of a conditioning oil secretion component and 0.2-1 part of a humectant.
6. The skin-care oil-absorbing ball as claimed in claim 5, wherein the oil-secretion regulating component is at least one selected from the group consisting of yeast extract, vitamin B3, neoconazole, vitamin B6, ethyl linoleic acid, zinc salt, copper salt and plant extract; the humectant is at least one selected from lanolin, mineral oil, vaseline, paraffin, cetyl alcohol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, hyaluronic acid and chitosan.
7. A method of making the skin-protecting oil-absorbing globule of claim 1, comprising the steps of:
(1) crushing, purifying and sieving attapulgite clay ore to obtain attapulgite powder;
(2) uniformly mixing the attapulgite powder serving as the main material and the powder serving as the auxiliary material, forming to obtain a skin-care oil absorption ball biscuit, and sintering the skin-care oil absorption ball biscuit to obtain a blank;
(3) and dissolving a surface modifier in water to prepare a surface modifier solution, immersing the blank body in the surface modifier solution, taking out and drying to obtain the skin-care oil-absorbing ball.
8. The preparation method according to claim 7, wherein the sintering temperature in the step (2) is 700-1000 ℃, the heating rate is 1-5 ℃/min, and the sintering time is 1-2.5 h; the drying temperature in the step (3) is 100-200 ℃, and the drying time is 1-3 h.
9. The method according to claim 7, wherein the forming of step (2) is press forming or pan granulation.
10. The method according to claim 7, wherein the surfactant in the step (3) is present in an amount of 0.1 to 30% by mass in the solution.
