6. The cooking assembly of claim 5, wherein the heating container is a baking tray, and a clamping groove is arranged on the back of the baking tray;
the heating element is arranged in the clamping groove, and the clamping groove is arranged on the back of the baking tray and is in a shape like a Chinese character kou, a Chinese character bow, a Chinese character hui or a spiral shape.
7. The cooking assembly of claim 6, wherein the housing is made of plastic material, and the distance between the side surface of the mounting groove and the side surface of the baking tray is greater than 5 mm.
8. A small kitchen appliance, comprising:
the cooking assembly of any one of claims 5-7;
the temperature sensing seat assembly comprises a shell and a heating circuit arranged in the shell; the surface of the shell is provided with an electric connecting hole;
when at least part of the electric connection part passes through the electric connection hole to be connected to the heating circuit, the sealing part and the shell form a closed space, and the part of the electric connection part, which does not pass through the electric connection hole, is accommodated in the closed space.
9. The kitchen appliance according to claim 8, wherein said housing has a blocking plane, said electrical connection holes being formed on said blocking plane; the sealing component is abutted against the blocking plane to form the closed space.

The small kitchen appliance according to claim 8, wherein said housing has a plug end in which said electrical connection hole is formed; the inserting end part is inserted in the sealing part, the electric connecting part penetrates through the electric connecting hole, and the inserting end part and the sealing part form the closed space.
