According to another embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, 4 and 5, a cavity is opened at the center of the supporting member 200, a shaft seat 220 is fixedly installed in the cavity, and the shaft seat 220 and the supporting member 200 are of a split structure. Referring to the schematic structural diagram of the shaft seat 220 shown in fig. 5, a clamping groove 250 and a limiting groove 251 are arranged on the shaft seat 220, and the shaft seat 220 is further provided with a notch portion 252 communicated with both the clamping groove 250 and the limiting groove 251. As shown in fig. 6 to 9, the rotating column 265 is located in the slot 250, and by rotating the rotating operation member 260, the rotating column 265 can rotate relative to the slot 250, and the notch 261 on the side wall of the rotating column 265 can rotate along with the rotating column 265 to align with or be staggered with the notch 252. Wherein, when the notch 261 rotates to be staggered with the notch 252, a closed loop lock catch central column 150 can be formed, as shown in fig. 7 and 8; when the notch 261 is rotated to align with the notch 252, the central post 150 is no longer locked, and the central post 150 can move out of the notch 261, as shown in fig. 9 and 10.
Specifically, the shaft seat 220 is a hollow cylindrical structure with an opening at one end, and includes an opening end at the upper end and a sealing end at the lower end, which are opposite to each other, the sealing end is provided with a fixed inner cylinder 258 extending inwards and upwards, the fixed inner cylinder 258 is provided with a middle through hole penetrating through the sealing end of the shaft seat 220, and the middle through hole is a limiting groove portion 251. The shape of the limiting groove part 251 is matched with the shape of the central column 150, so that the central column 150 is clamped in the limiting groove part 251. As shown in fig. 5, the locking groove 250 is a space between the inner wall of the shaft seat 220 and the outer wall of the fixed inner cylinder 258, and the opening portion 252 is formed at the lower end of the side wall of the shaft seat 220 and penetrates through the sealing end of the shaft seat 220 and the cylinder wall of the fixed inner cylinder 258 respectively.
As shown in fig. 2, 4 and 5, the height of the fixed inner cylinder 258 is smaller than that of the shaft seat 220, and the fixed inner cylinder 258 is coaxially disposed with the inner wall of the shaft seat 220. An annular stationary wall 268 is rotatably mounted between the outer wall of the stationary inner barrel 258 and the inner wall of the axle seat 220. As shown in fig. 5, the opening portion 252 is formed at the joint of the side wall and the bottom wall of the shaft seat 220, and the cross section of the opening portion 252 is L-shaped, that is, a part of the lower end of the side wall and the bottom wall of the shaft seat 220 is communicated with the slot 250. The fixed inner cylinder 258 is formed by extending upward the position where the bottom wall of the shaft seat 220 meets the notch part 252, so that the fixed inner cylinder 258 is connected with the bottom of the notch part 252.
Further, referring to fig. 2, 7 and 8, when the rotating operation member 260 is rotated to rotate the annular fixing wall 268 on the rotating column 265 to a position opposite to the position-limiting groove 251 of the fixed inner cylinder 258, the notch 261 is rotated to be staggered with the notch 252, and referring to the relative position of the rotating column 265 and the slot 250 in fig. 2, the annular fixing wall 268 on the rotating column 265 and the inner wall of the fixed inner cylinder 258 are connected together to form a closed ring, so as to lock the central column 150, at this time, the support member 200 can only rotate relative to the centers of the central column 150 and the cover body 100, but cannot be separated from the central column 150, and at this time, the support member 200 and the cover body 100 are in a locked state and cannot be separated from each. As shown in fig. 4, 9 and 10, after the rotating operation member 260 is rotated to rotate the annular fixing wall 268 on the rotating column 265 by 180 °, the annular fixing wall 268 is rotated to be sleeved on the outer wall of the fixed inner cylinder 258, and the gap 261 is rotated to be aligned with the gap portion 252, referring to the relative position of the rotating column 265 and the slot 250 in fig. 4. At this time, the central post 150 is no longer locked by the closed ring, when the cover body 100 is rotated, and the supporting member 200 eccentrically rotates relative to the cover body 100 around the connecting post 130, the central post 150 also rotates relative to the connecting post 130 and can move out of the notch 261 relative to the engaging groove 250, so that the supporting member 200 can be detached from the cover body 100 and separated from the cover body 100, that is, the supporting member 200 and the cover body 100 are in an unlocked state.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 7 and 9, the central column 150 has an "i" shape in cross section, and includes a central column 155, a first stopper 151 and a second stopper 152 fixed to the upper end and the lower end of the central column 155, respectively, and step surfaces are formed between the central column 155 and the first stopper 151 and the second stopper 152, respectively. The central column 155 can be clamped in the position-limiting groove 251 and can be abutted against the inner wall of the fixed inner cylinder 258.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the lower end surface of the first stopper block 151 abuts against the upper end edge of the fixed inner cylinder 258, and the annular fixing wall 268 at the lower end of the rotating column 265 rotatably abuts against the side end surface of the first stopper block 151, that is, when the rotating column 265 rotates, the annular fixing wall 268 at the lower end of the rotating column 265 can rotate with the rotating column 265 relative to the first stopper block 151 and abut against different portions of the side end surface of the first stopper block 151. In addition, as shown in fig. 7 and 9, an arc-shaped baffle 255 is further disposed at the bottom of the locking slot 250, and the arc-shaped baffle 255 is a bottom wall of the sealing end of the shaft seat 220. The central column 155 is clamped in the limit groove 251 of the clamping groove, the arc-shaped baffle 255 abuts against the side wall of the central column 155 and is located on the step surface of the second stopping block 152, that is, the arc-shaped baffle 255 abuts against the side wall of the central column 155 and abuts against the upper end edge of the second stopping block 152.
In addition, in the embodiment according to the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, two limiting columns 110 are symmetrically disposed on the cover body 100 with respect to the center of the cover body 100, and the connecting column 130 is disposed in the region between the central column 150 and the limiting columns 110. Correspondingly, two arc-shaped grooves matched with the limiting columns 110 are symmetrically arranged on the supporting piece 200 relative to the center of the supporting piece 200, and each arc-shaped groove comprises a guide groove 210 at a first section and an offset groove 215 at a second section which is smoothly connected with the guide groove 210 at the first end.
As shown in fig. 1, in a state that the supporting member 200 is locked with the cover body 100, when the supporting member 200 rotates relative to the center of the cover body 100, the limiting posts 110 on the cover body 100 are driven to slide relative to the guide grooves 210, and the sliding tracks of the two limiting posts 110 in the corresponding guide grooves 210 are symmetrical relative to the center of the supporting member 200; as shown in fig. 3, when the central column 150 is not locked by the closed ring by rotating the rotational operation member 260, when the support member 200 eccentrically rotates relative to the connecting column 130 of the cover 100, the two positioning posts 110 are driven to rotate relative to the connecting column 130 and to be offset in the offset slots 215, it should be understood that, due to the eccentric rotation, the offset tracks and distances of the two positioning posts 110 in the corresponding offset slots 215 are different, and preferably, the centers of symmetry of the two offset slots 215 are offset from the central column 150, for example, the centers of symmetry are located at the position of the connecting column 130, so as to further facilitate the offset of the positioning posts 110 in the offset slots 215. Here, the cooperation of the guide groove 210 and the offset groove 215 with the stopper post 110 plays a role of guiding assistance for the central rotation and the eccentric rotation of the supporting member 200 with respect to the cover body 100, and assists the detachment and separation of the supporting member 200 from the cover body 100. It should be noted that the width of the guiding groove 210 is smaller than the cross-sectional width of the top of the position-limiting post 110, so as to stop at the top of the position-limiting post 110, and the width of the offset groove 215 is larger than the cross-sectional width of the top of the position-limiting post 110, so as to be capable of separating from the position-limiting post 110 upwards.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the positioning column 110 includes a cylinder 111 and a circular truncated cone 112 located at a top end of the cylinder 111, a step surface is formed between the circular truncated cone 112 and the cylinder 111, one end of the cylinder 111 away from the circular truncated cone 112 is fixedly connected to the cover 100, a width of the guide groove 210 is smaller than a diameter of the circular truncated cone 112, and a width of the offset groove 215 is larger than the diameter of the circular truncated cone 112. As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 11, the guide groove 210 has an arc-shaped bar shape, and the offset groove 215 has an arc-shaped block shape. Therefore, when the support member 200 is locked with the cover body 100, i.e., the cover body 100 is rotated to make the limit post 110 slide relative to the guide groove 210 in a state of closing the ring-locked central post 150, the column 111 of the limit post 110 penetrates through the guide groove 210 and is stopped at the top surface of the guide groove 210 by the circular truncated cone 112, i.e., the guide groove 210 is stopped below the circular truncated cone 112, so that the guide groove 210 cannot be separated from the limit post 110 upward; when the supporting member 200 is detached, the rotating operation member 260 is rotated to prevent the central post 150 from being locked by the closed ring, when the cover body 100 is rotated, the supporting member 200 eccentrically rotates relative to the cover body 100, and the position-limiting post 110 slides relative to the offset groove 215, when the eccentric rotation causes the central post 150 to move out of the notch 261, the engaging groove 250 of the supporting member 200 is disengaged from the central post 150, and since the width of the offset groove 215 is greater than that of the circular truncated cone 112, the offset groove 215 can also be disengaged from the position-limiting post 110 upward, so that the supporting member 200 can be taken away upward and separated from the cover.
Further, fig. 1 also shows the sliding track range of the connection post 130 and the position-limiting post 110 when the supporting member 200 rotates relative to the center of the cover body 100, and the rotation angles thereof are all rotation along y-y to x-x. When the supporting member 200 eccentrically rotates with respect to the connecting post 130 of the cover 100, the central post 150 is offset with respect to the engaging slot 250, the positioning posts 110 are offset with respect to the offset slots 215, the offset tracks are as shown in fig. 3, the rotation angle is along the rotation from x-x to z-z, the offset tracks of the two positioning posts 110 in the offset slots 215 are different, and it can also be seen from fig. 3 that the offset track of the positioning post 110 farther from the central hole 230 in the offset slot 215 is longer.
Here, it should be understood that the rotation angles and the sliding tracks of the spacing post 110 and the connecting post 130 can be adjusted by a gear assembly, and the rotation angles of the spacing post and the connecting post can be set to be the same or different, which is not listed here.
In the embodiment according to the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, 4 and 6, the rotation operation member 260 includes a rotation column 265 and an operation part 266 located at an upper end of the rotation column 265. The supporter 200 includes a fixing portion 280 at a lower end and a top cover 290 snap-coupled to a top surface of the fixing portion 280, and an accommodating space is formed between the top cover 290 and the fixing portion 280. The top cover 290 is formed with a through hole for exposing the operation portion 266, and the operation portion 266 protrudes out of the support member 200 through the through hole of the top cover 290, so that the rotation operation member 260 is pressed or rotated by rotating the operation portion 266. A baffle 267 is fixedly connected between the rotary post 265 and the operating portion 266, the baffle 267 is formed by protruding the lower end of the operating portion 266, and the width of the baffle 267 is greater than the width of the rotary post 265 so as to form a step surface with the rotary post 265. As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the rotating column 265 is received in the slot 250, the operating portion 266 protrudes out of the supporting member 200 for operation, and the blocking plate 267 can be stopped on the bottom surface of the top cover 290 to limit the rotating operation member 260 from being pulled out of the supporting member 200 upward.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, two insertion posts 269 are symmetrically disposed at two ends of the blocking plate 267, the insertion posts 269 can be inserted into insertion holes (not labeled) of the upper cover 290 to be snap-fit with the insertion holes, and the rotation operation member 260 can be selected by pressing the rotation operation member 260 to disengage the insertion posts 269 from the insertion holes. Here, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the top end surfaces of the baffle 267 and the shaft seat 220 are both located in the accommodating space between the top cover 290 and the fixing portion 280, and a space with a certain height is formed between the baffle 267 and the top end surface of the shaft seat 220, an elastic member, which may be a spring 240, may be sleeved on the rotation operating member 260, and the spring 240 abuts against between the baffle 267 and the top end surface of the shaft seat 220. Thus, when the rotational operation member 260 is pressed, the pressing spring 240 is compressed downward, and the insertion column 269 is disengaged from the insertion hole to be able to rotate the rotational operation member 260; after the rotation of 180 ° and the release of the rotation operation member 260, the rotation operation member 260 can be restored to its original position by the elastic restoring force of the spring 240, so that the insertion column 269 is again fastened in the insertion hole. With the above arrangement, the rotation operation member 260 can only rotate when pressed, thereby preventing the support member 200 from being accidentally unlocked from the cover 100 due to an erroneous operation.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the top surface of the top cover 290 is also provided with a mark 291. The mark is used to indicate whether the cover body 100 and the support member 200 are in the locked state or the unlocked state.
