At present, the technology for playing incoming call video ring tone during the call between two smart phones is mainly divided into two types: telecom operator video color ring back tone technology and incoming call show technology.

Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present application is not limited thereto.
In a preferred embodiment, the called user is an enterprise client, and pre-made data including video, audio, photos, texts, links and the like downloaded locally or from a network is configured at a web end; meanwhile, the called user designates a service telephone (including a mobile phone number or a fixed phone number), and then the prefabricated data and the service telephone are stored in a service background. When the calling end starts a calling process, the service background informs the calling end equipment to update the data configuration relation and downloads the local cache of corresponding data through a real-time network communication message and/or a manufacturer-specific message push channel of the calling end communication equipment.
