Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a method applied to a terminal to delete a session message according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method includes step S11, step S12, and step S13. In step S11, the terminal acquires deletion instruction information of the first user, where the deletion instruction information is used to request deletion of a chat record in which the first user participates; in step S12, the terminal determines one or more target session messages to be retained from the chat log according to the retained keyword information in response to the deletion instruction information, wherein the target session messages match with the retained keyword information, or the target session messages have at least one context associated session message in the one or more target session messages, and the context associated session message matches with the retained keyword information; in step S13, the terminal deletes all other session messages in the chat log except the one or more target session messages.
In step S11, the terminal obtains deletion instruction information of the first user, where the deletion instruction information is used to request deletion of a chat record in which the first user participates. In some embodiments, the deletion instruction information may be generated when the first user deletes the social friend or deletes the private chat record with the social friend, or may be generated when the first user exits the conversation group or deletes the group chat record of the conversation group, where the deletion instruction information includes, but is not limited to, a name or id of the conversation corresponding to the chat record, and a name or id of the social object corresponding to the chat record. For example, when the first user deletes the second user from the social friend of the first user, the deletion instruction information "delete private chat records with the 'second user' that requests to delete private chat records of the first user and the second user" is generated.
In step S12, the terminal determines, in response to the deletion instruction information, one or more target session messages to be retained from the chat log according to the retained keyword information, wherein the target session messages match the retained keyword information, or the target session messages have at least one context associated session message among the one or more target session messages, and the context associated session message matches the retained keyword information. In some embodiments, the reserved keyword information may be obtained from a server, may be input by a user, and may be automatically generated according to a chat record or personal information of a social object corresponding to the chat record, where the context associated session message of the target session message includes, but is not limited to, a session message that is near the target session message and satisfies a predetermined semantic similarity, a predetermined number of session messages near the target session message, and a session message within a predetermined time range near the target session message, and the target session message to be reserved may match the reserved keyword information, or the target session message to be reserved may not match the reserved keyword information, and there is at least one corresponding context associated session message in the target session message, and the context associated session message matches the reserved keyword information.
In step S13, the terminal deletes all other session messages in the chat log except the one or more target session messages. In some embodiments, all other session messages except the target session message are deleted, if the deletion instruction information is generated by the first user deleting a social friend or exiting a session group, the reserved target session message may be stored in a database or a file local to the terminal, the first user may view or export the reserved target session message through a social application or another application, and when the first user newly adds the social friend or newly joins the session group, the chat record may be recovered according to the target session message locally reserved by the terminal.
According to the method and the device, when the social friend is deleted or the chat records of the social friend are deleted, the important conversation messages which are possibly required to be retained by the user are automatically matched and retained according to the retained keyword information, so that the important conversation messages are prevented from being lost when the chat records are deleted, the flexibility of deleting operation is enhanced, the social experience of the user is improved, further, the retained keyword information is automatically generated according to the chat records and the personal information of the user or the social friend, and the accuracy and the convenience of deleting operation are improved.
In some embodiments, the step S12 includes: the terminal responds to the deletion instruction information, and determines one or more target session messages to be reserved from the chat records according to reserved keyword information in a local storage, wherein the target session messages are matched with the reserved keyword information, or at least one context associated session message exists in the one or more target session messages, and the context associated session message is matched with the reserved keyword information; or, sending the deletion instruction information to the network equipment; receiving session indication information returned by the network equipment, wherein the session indication information is used for indicating one or more target session messages to be reserved and determined from the chat records according to reserved keyword information, and the target session messages are matched with the reserved keyword information, or at least one context associated session message exists in the one or more target session messages, and the context associated session message is matched with the reserved keyword information. In some embodiments, the step of determining the target session message to be reserved according to the reserved keyword information may be performed in a local storage of the terminal, or may be performed in the server, where the terminal sends, to the server, deletion instruction information for requesting deletion of a chat record in which the first user participates, after receiving the deletion instruction information, the server determines the target session message to be reserved in the chat record and returns session indication information (for example, the session indication information may include an id of the target session message to be reserved) for indicating the target session message to be reserved to the terminal, and the terminal deletes, according to the received session indication information, all other session messages in the chat record except the target session message indicated by the session indication information.
In some embodiments, the step S12 includes a step S121 (not shown), a step S122 (not shown), and a step S123 (not shown), in which step S121, the terminal makes a matching query from the chat records according to the reserved keyword information in response to the deletion instruction information to obtain one or more first session messages matching the reserved keyword information; in step S122, the terminal determines, for each of the one or more first session messages, a context-associated session message in the chat log that is context-associated with the first session message; in step S123, the terminal uses the one or more first session messages and the context associated session message corresponding to each first session message as one or more target session messages to be retained. In some embodiments, in response to the deletion instruction information, the plurality of first session messages matching the retained keyword information can be searched for in the chat log, traversed, for each first session message, determining a context associated session message corresponding to the first session message, and the context associated session message corresponding to the plurality of first session messages and each first session message is taken as the target session message, alternatively, in the process of inquiring the chat log to obtain a plurality of first session messages matched with the reserved keyword information, determining a context associated session message corresponding to a first session message each time the first session message is obtained from the query, and then continuously inquiring to obtain the next first session message, and finally taking the plurality of first session messages and the context association session message corresponding to each first session message as the target session message.
According to the method and the device, when the social friend is deleted or the chat record with the social friend is deleted, the important conversation message which the user possibly wants to keep is automatically matched and kept according to the reserved keyword information, so that the important conversation message is prevented from being lost when the chat record is deleted, the flexibility of deleting operation is enhanced, and the social experience of the user is improved.
In some embodiments, the chat log corresponds to a social group in which the first user participates, the reserved keyword information includes member identification information corresponding to at least one group member in the social group, and the step S121 includes: and the terminal responds to the deletion instruction information and matches and obtains one or more first session messages sent by at least one group member from the chat records according to the member identification information. In some embodiments, the reserved keyword information includes member identification information for identifying one or more group members in the social group, the member identification information including, but not limited to, a name, a nickname, an ID, etc. of the group member, and the conversation message sent by the one or more group members corresponding to the member identification information in the chat log is taken as the first conversation message matching the reserved keyword information. For example, the reserved keyword information is "mingmen", and the conversation message sent by the group member "mingmen" is taken as the first conversation message matching the reserved keyword information.
In some embodiments, the step S121 includes: the terminal responds to the deletion instruction information, and carries out matching query from the chat records according to reserved keyword information and a preset matching method so as to obtain one or more first session messages matched with the reserved keyword information; wherein the predetermined matching method comprises at least one of: a character matching method; a synonym matching method; and (4) semantic matching method. In some embodiments, a first session message matching with the reserved keyword information is obtained by matching from the chat records according to a predetermined matching method such as a text matching method, a synonym matching method, or a semantic matching method, wherein the text matching method determines whether the session message matches with the reserved keyword information by comparing whether the session message includes the reserved keyword information, for example, the reserved keyword information is "eat", and since the session message "where to eat today" includes "eat", it can be determined that the session message matches with the reserved keyword information, the synonym matching method determines whether the session message matches with the reserved keyword information by comparing whether the session message includes a synonym of the reserved keyword, for example, the reserved keyword information is "sleep", and since the session message "has a rest" in the morning in the evening, thus, it can be determined that the session message matches the reserved keyword information, and the semantic matching method determines whether the session message matches the reserved keyword information by comparing whether the semantic similarity between the session message and the reserved keyword information is greater than or equal to a predetermined similarity threshold, for example, the reserved keyword information is "swim", and since the semantic similarity (e.g., 70%) between the session message "yesterday i bought a new piece of swimwear" and "swim" is greater than a predetermined similarity threshold (e.g., 50%), it can be determined that the session message matches the reserved keyword information.
In some embodiments, the step S122 includes: and the terminal determines one or more corresponding context associated session messages according to the semantic content of each first session message in the one or more first session messages, wherein the semantic content of each context associated session message and the semantic content of the corresponding first session message meet a preset semantic similarity condition. In some embodiments, the semantic similarity condition includes any predetermined condition related to semantic similarity, such as the semantic similarity of the two falls within a predetermined semantic similarity range, and the semantic similarity of the two is greater than or equal to a predetermined semantic similarity threshold. For example, for each first session message in one or more first session messages, at least one context session message of the first session message is acquired, semantic similarity between semantic content of the first session message and semantic content of each context session message is respectively calculated, and a context session message with the corresponding semantic similarity meeting a predetermined semantic similarity condition is taken as a context associated session message corresponding to the first session message.
In some embodiments, the step S122 includes: the terminal determines, for each of the one or more first session messages, a predetermined number of session messages in the vicinity of the first session message as context-associated session messages corresponding to the first session message. In some embodiments, a predetermined number (e.g., 10) of session messages in the vicinity of the first session message may be determined as context-associated session messages corresponding to the first session message, e.g., the first 5 session messages and the last 5 session messages of the first session message as context-associated session messages corresponding to the first session message.
In some embodiments, the step S122 includes: and for each first session message in the one or more first session messages, the terminal determines the session message in a preset time range near the first session message as the context associated session message corresponding to the first session message. In some embodiments, a session message within a predetermined time range (e.g., 10 minutes) around the first session message may be determined as a context-associated session message corresponding to the first session message, e.g., a session message within the first 10 minutes and a session message within the next 10 minutes of the first session message are taken as context-associated session messages corresponding to the first session message.
In some embodiments, the obtaining of the deletion instruction information of the first user includes: and responding to the friend deleting triggering operation of the first user to the second user, and generating the deleting instruction information. In some embodiments, the operation of deleting friends may be an operation performed by the user in any form for triggering deletion of the second user, for example, an operation of the first user clicking a predetermined deletion button on a user interface of the second user, for example, a predetermined sliding operation performed by the first user for the first user, and for example, a predetermined voice instruction for deleting the second user is input by the first user.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: and the terminal receives information which is from the network equipment and used for indicating that the first user successfully adds the second user as a friend, and restores the one or more target session messages into the historical chat records of the first user and the second user. In some embodiments, information from the network device indicating that the first user successfully added the second user as a friend (e.g., "add friend successfully, second user is already your social friend") is received, the retained targeted session message is restored to the historical chat log of the first user with the second user, which the first user can view in the session page with the second user.
In some embodiments, the obtaining of the deletion instruction information of the first user includes: and generating the deletion instruction information in response to the group quitting triggering operation of the first user on the social group. In some embodiments, the group quitting trigger operation may be an operation performed by the user in any form for triggering the quitting of the social group, for example, an operation in which the first user clicks a predetermined quit button on a group information page corresponding to the social group, for example, a predetermined sliding operation performed by the first user for the social group, and for example, the first user inputs a predetermined voice instruction for quitting the social group.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: and the terminal receives information which is from the network equipment and used for indicating that the first user successfully joins the social group, and restores the one or more target session messages into the historical chat records of the social group. In some embodiments, information is received from the network device indicating that the first user successfully joined the social group (e.g., "you have successfully joined social group a"), the retained targeted conversation message is restored to the historical chat log for the social group, which the first user can view in the group conversation page for the social group.
In some embodiments, the method further includes, before the step S12, a step S14 (not shown), and in step S14, the terminal acquires the reserved keyword information. In some embodiments, the reserved keyword information may be obtained from a server, may be input by the user, and may be automatically generated according to the chat log or the personal information of the social object corresponding to the chat log.
