Abstract
The invention discloses a distribution box, which comprises a box body and a box door, wherein a cable joint for a cable to pass through is arranged on the box body, a second flanging is arranged on the outer edge of the box door, a first flanging is arranged on the edge of an opening of the box body, and the second flanging can be matched with the first flanging; by applying the distribution box disclosed by the invention, the waterproof performance of the distribution box can be effectively enhanced.

The distribution box is widely applied electrical equipment, the performance of the traditional distribution box sealing material is not good, so that the strength is not enough, gaps are too large, and the sealing performance is poor, the distribution box arranged outdoors is poor in waterproof performance, water enters the box, the humidity is high, the corrosion of electrical elements in the box and the corrosion damage life of the box body are reduced, and when the water enters seriously, the elements are damaged, the electrical short circuit is caused, the power failure accident is caused, and the normal power supply is influenced.
Therefore, the prior art provides a distribution box, and a rubber sealing ring is pasted on a box door or a box body, and the service life of the rubber sealing ring adhesive is effective, so that the rubber sealing ring is easy to fall off after being switched for many times, sealing failure is caused, and external water flow easily enters the distribution box to cause short circuit.

The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides the distribution box which can effectively improve the waterproof performance of the distribution box.
According to one aspect of the invention, the distribution box comprises a box body and a box door, wherein a cable joint for a cable to pass through is arranged on the box body, a second flanging is arranged on the outer edge of the box door, a first flanging is arranged on the edge of an opening of the box body, and the second flanging can be matched with the first flanging.
Furthermore, a sealing ring is arranged on the first flanging, the sealing ring is located at the part where the first flanging is matched with the second flanging, and the sealing ring can block a gap between the first flanging and the second flanging.
Furthermore, the cable joint is a locking joint which can prevent water from entering the box body from the locking joint.

The distribution box of the embodiment is applied, because the first flanging 110 is integrated with the box body 100, the second flanging 210 is integrated with the box door 200, the first flanging 110 is fixed firmly with the box body 100, and the second flanging 210 is fixed firmly with the box door 200, the situation that the sealing structure falls off is not easy to occur after the box is opened and closed for many times, and the sealing performance between the box door 200 and the box body 100 of the distribution box is effectively improved.
Further, since the first flange 110 is located at the edge of the door 200, the edge of the door 200 can be effectively prevented from cutting a user when the door 200 is opened or closed, thereby ensuring the safety in use.
In order to facilitate opening and closing of the door 200, a hinge 500 may be used to connect the door 200 and the box 100.
As shown in fig. 5, in order to further enhance the sealing effect of the first flange 110 and the second flange 210, a sealing ring 120 may be disposed on the first flange 110, the sealing ring 120 is located at a portion where the first flange 110 and the second flange 210 are engaged, and the sealing ring 120 can close a gap between the first flange 110 and the second flange 210. When the box body 100 is closed, the sealing ring 120 is extruded by the first flange 110 and the second flange 210 to fill the gap between the first flange 110 and the second flange 210, and the sealing performance of the distribution box is effectively improved.
In order to ensure the anti-aging performance of the sealing ring 120, EPDM may be used as the material of the sealing ring 120, and in order to ensure that the sealing ring 120 is firmly fixed to the first flange 110, EPDM may be directly injected into the first flange 110 to form the sealing ring 120.
As shown in fig. 2, in order to improve the condition that water is easily introduced into the distribution box from the cable connector 400, a locking connector capable of blocking water from entering the box body 100 from the locking connector may be selected as the cable connector 400.
The locking joint can be selected from the locking joints known from the prior art.
As shown in fig. 4, in order to enable the locking connector to have better locking performance under the condition of multiple locking and unlocking, the cable inside the cable connector 400 is convenient to replace, the cable connector 400 comprises a locking head 430 and a locking nut 440, a threading hole 431 used for penetrating the cable is formed in the locking head 430, the locking nut 440 is in threaded fit with the locking head 430, one end, far away from the locking head 430, of the locking nut 440 is provided with a pressing surface, and the pressing surface can press the locking head 430 to enable the caliber of the threading hole 431 to be reduced.
When using, pass through threading hole 431 with the cable earlier, then screw up lock nut 440 along the direction towards chamber door 200 for the face of extrusion extrudes locking head 430, and locking head 430 receives the extrusion and contracts to the adduction, makes the bore of threading hole 431 diminish, and the cable in the threading hole 431 receives the extrusion to make the clearance in the threading hole 431 diminish, prevents that water from getting into.
Optionally, a sealing cap 450450 may be added between the pressing surface and the locking head 430 to improve sealing.
In order to better fill the gap in the threading hole 431 and enhance the sealing effect when the cable in the threading hole 431 is extruded, a rubber ring 460 may be arranged on the inner wall of the threading hole 431.
In order to better fix the locking head 430 on the box body 100 and facilitate disassembly and assembly, a boss 432 may be provided on the locking head 430, an inner nut 410 is sleeved on the locking head 430, the inner nut 410 is in threaded fit with the locking head 430, and the inner nut 410 and the boss 432 can clamp the box body 100; when the cable connector 400 needs to be detached, the inner nut 410 is screwed out, and the locking head 430 is taken out.
To prevent water from entering the case 100 from the boss 432, a seal 420 may be provided between the boss 432 and the case 100.
As shown in fig. 1 and 6, in order to lock the door 200 and the cabinet 100 after the door 200 is closed, a locking device 300 may be provided on the door 200, and the locking device 300 is used to lock the cabinet 100 and the door 200.
As shown in fig. 6, the locking device 300 includes a lock body 340, a lock cylinder 350 and a lock tongue 360, the lock body 340 is disposed through the door 200, the lock cylinder 350 passes through the lock body 340 and is rotatably disposed relative to the lock body 340, and the lock tongue 360 is fixedly disposed at one end of the lock cylinder 350.
As shown in fig. 6, in order to better secure the locking device to door 200, first nut 330 may be used to threadably engage lock 340 to secure lock 340 to door 200, and spacer 320 may be disposed between first nut 330 and door 200, and spacer 320 may be used as pawl spacer 320.
When the door 200 and the box 100 need to be locked, the lock bolt 360 is driven by the lock bolt 350 to engage with the box 100 to complete the locking by only rotating the lock bolt 350.
Here, a second nut 370 may be selected to fix the locking tongue 360 to the locking tongue 350.
To enhance the waterproof performance of the locking device 300, a gasket 310 may be disposed at an end of the lock body 340 away from the locking tongue 360, and the gasket 310 is used to block water from entering the case 100 from the locking device 300.
In order to enhance the sealing performance of the cabinet 100 and the door 200 while firmly locking the cabinet 100 and the door 200, the latch 360 may be provided in a step shape, and a distance between one end of the latch 360 away from the lock cylinder 350 and the door 200 is smaller than a distance between one end of the latch 360 close to the lock cylinder 350 and the cabinet 100; when the latch 360 is driven by the lock core 350 to rotate to the locking position to lock the box door 200 and the box body 100, the end of the latch 360 away from the lock core 350 is extruded by the box body 100 to deform, so as to generate an acting force for drawing the box door 200 towards the box body 100, further extrude the first flange 110 and the second flange 210, and enhance the sealing between the first flange 110 and the second flange 210.
