Abstract

The metal lower shell, the metal upper shell and the cable locking device can be provided with sealing rings so as to realize a waterproof function; after the product is assembled, the metal lower shell, the metal upper shell, the cable locking device and the shielding layer of the cable can be conducted in all directions to form a fully-closed structure, so that a good electromagnetic shielding function is realized. Detailed Description

The shielding ring 11 of the cable locking device is wound around the shielding net of the terminal cable 14, is contacted with the metal lower shell 1, and forms an omnibearing metal shielding ring with the metal upper shell 10.

The base (as shown in figures 17, 18 and 19) mainly comprises an insulating lower shell 2, a metal wiring terminal 4, a nut 5 and a sealing ring 3, wherein the insulating lower shell and the metal lower shell are connected through a buckle (figures 9, 10 and 11 and figures 14 and 15); the nut 5 is riveted to the metal terminal 4 (fig. 8) by means of a bead interference, and the metal terminal is fitted into the insulating lower case 2 by means of a hook (fig. 8, 10, and assembled fig. 12, 13). The cable locking device (fig. 19) is mainly composed of a metal lower case joint part, a cable locking device shielding ring 11, a cable locking device sealing ring 12 and a cable locking device nut 13, wherein the cable locking device shielding ring 11 is connected with the cable locking device sealing ring 12 through a clamping groove, then the metal lower case 1 is integrally assembled, and the cable is prevented from rotating when the product locks the cable through a reversing groove. Each spare and accessory part adopts assembly type such as a buckle, a clamping hook and the like, the assembly is simple, and the process difficulty and the cost are reduced.
The assembly process of the invention is as follows:
the assembly process is based on the metal lower shell and is mainly divided into 3 parts
1. Mounting of base (fig. 18) (without joint): the nut 5 is swaged into the metal terminal 4 and assembled together into the insulating lower case 2, and then the assembled insulating lower case 2 is assembled into the metal lower case 1 by the snap 21 (fig. 9) of the insulating lower case.
2. Mounting of the cover plate (fig. 16, 17): the insulating upper case 9 is fitted to the metal upper case 10 by snap fitting, and the seal ring 8 is fitted to the metal upper case 10.
3. Installation of the cable locking device (fig. 19) part: the cable lock shield 11 is fitted into the cable lock seal ring 12 and then together with the metal lower housing 1 at the joint location 60, the cable lock nut 13 is screwed on.
After the above assembly is completed, the sealing ring 3 is assembled into the metal lower case 1, and the assembled cover plate (fig. 16) is assembled into the base (fig. 18) without locking.
